Well I had made plans to attend TFF later this month. Booked the rooms and reservation and everything. But it seems I may end up having a room either all to myself, or just with one other person who will only be there a couple days. Poses a problem as I obviously would like to go to another fur con, but not really interested in paying for a 4 night stay all by myself. Kind of a shot in the dark, but if there are any people I know somewhat who need a room at TFF or know someone, by all means let me know. Otherwise I'm going to have to cancel.

I'll be attending Mff next month, will be only my second con I've ever gone to but looking forward to attending as many events as I can, and of course meeting up with some friends. I don't have a suit but you'll likely see me around with my bright yellow fox hat and black tipped tail!

I mostly play fighting games, Skullgirls and Tekken for the moment. But will also stream other content in time, like Overwatch or more casual games. Been awhile since I did a journal so thought I figured I'd do one for the Christmas holiday. First off yes Merry Christmas to you all and I hope you have a good one. Mine was fine, didn't get very much this year but my family is sort of on hard times with my step-dad's condition so we're making do.

I turned 25 a couple days ago so that's a thing, I probably need to consider taking better care of myself so that's something to think about for a new years resolution. That or maybe finally get around to learning how to drive.

As for my account here, I haven't uploaded very much but there are arts in the work they're just coming slowly but surely. Got to get in contact with a few artists I haven't heard from but hopefully I'll have some great pictures to show off next year. I also have a lot of ideas I want to commission with both my own characters and friends alike, but once again it depends if things turn around for my step dad so our family can finally be stable financially again. Until then I'm going to have to be a bit more stingy. If we finally hear the good news though I'll make a journal asking what people want me to commission next. Or heck, just respond here with any ideas/concepts you'd want to see from my gallery in the next upcoming year. I am always curious to know what people want to see more of. Maybe more Hawke, perhaps more Crimson abusing others, perhaps more martial art scenes? Feel free to tell me and you all have a great holiday.

I forgot to make a journal about it initially but I flew out to Chicago to participate in a huge fighting game tournament called ComboBreaker. There were nearly 20 or so different tournaments but I only took part in Skullgirls this time around. I put up a good fight and got third so I'm pretty happy. Played lots of games with my friends from the fighting game community and even got some commissioned art which I'll be uploading here soon.

For those who want to watch the various tournament streams you should be able to find them here http://www.twitch.tv/teamsp00ky . However the venue had some wifi troubles here and there, so some parts of certain tournaments might be missing. I know it happened for Skullgirls top 8 at least.

I'm finally back home from my second trip to EVO at Las Vegas. This year not only did some of my family go but nearly all of my good friends drove out there as well!

It was a great time, I say many of my rivals and other fellow players again, played in the biggest side tourney by far and won second place for Skullgirls! I was the grand finalist on the winners side but got out played in the last match. No worries though, I was more than happy to get as far as I did and even beat my Skullgirls rival Sonicfox (not to be confused with the folf, Sonicfox here on FA). Not only did I win a nice part of the pot but for placing top 2 I even won a PS4 along with the new Skullgirls champion, Dekillsage! Also won a nice headset to go with it!


The top 16 of Skullgirls was supposed to be streamed live by Madcatz, however due to some difficulties with Tekken doing an exhibition match after their tournament was over, he sort of got the short end of the stick and could only do top 4 on their stream. You can even see my with my friends at the start. (Also note my old gamertag as TJgamer and I'm called that quite often by the announcers)

Other than the tournament itself, I bought lots of stuff at the shops there at EVO, even got a famous artist to draw me a commission, which I'll upload later when I get to scanning it. Oh, and being 21 this time around I was actually able to gamble in Las Vegas! Granted I lost about $200 but hey you win some you lose some.

Overall an amazing experience, I am glad I was able to go. And I'll definitely be going again next year. But for now I still need to unpack and also watch any and all streams of my tournament as well as the ones I missed like Melee and some other finals!

It's been in the works for awhile but now it's publicly official,  Dicewolf has become this fox's master!
However it was decided that Dash needed to be broken in a bit first, and what better day to start than on Paw Day?

Starting today, for a whole week, this fox is going to be strapped down inside Dice's boot and make for a soft, fluffy micro insole. There will be no escape and there is going to be lots of heavy stomps and harsh musk to test this fox's limits. It's going to be boot hell down here but don't feel too bad for Dash, it's all part of being slave to a mighty demi-god.

You'll see a notice on my main profile which I'll be updating daily with the fox's persepective and experiences from inside the powerful wolf's musky boot. So feel free to to stop by and check how he is doing down during the week of torture ; or until Dice decides to actually let him go!

Nothing too important but made a few minor changes to a couple of characters. Figured I'd share in a journal so if anyone looked back to some pictures and noticed some differences they won't think they're going crazy.


First minor detail is about my character Hawke, I never liked the idea of two of my characters having green eyes so I've made it so that Hawke's eyes are now red. Why red? Well there's an interesting tidbit I noticed about my characters and I feel like being coy about it so I won't say what it is exactly. I was hesitant at first but the red eyes sort of look good on him, He may look a bit more evil now but he always did have the whole potentially-mad-scientist thing going for him.

The next tidbit is that I changed the color's of Crimson's clothes. Instead of a grey outfit on the upper half and somewhat tan pants, I've made them both a nice brown color. The grey shoes that he used to wear also really bugged me, made those a dark brown along with his straps and other small details in his outfit. I don't know why but Crimson just looks really good in brown, and after fiddling in PS for a bit I decided to keep it like this for now.

Yep that's right, as far as the law is concerned I'm now officially an adult fox.
Having turned 21 I can now legally drink, though I don't see myself ever doing that anyways. Also I can now gamble, though that would have been more useful when I was at Las Vegas earlier this year. =P

Been awhile since my first attempt and haven't been as active as I like here on FA, figured it was time to do something while I'm waiting to fill my gallery up more =p.

After putting so many hours into pokemon X and raising enough guys for my team, I sort of want to test things out. If anyone has a full team and is wants to have a battle let me know so we can add one another and duke it out. =p (Sleep clause and no duplicate items/pokemon rules)

I colored one of the Dash faces from my submission of "Dash expressions" that  UTX-shapeshifter drew. After that he quickly shaded it and I made a nice BG, all came together nice. See what good teamwork can accomplish!

Well I'm back from my time in Las Vegas! While I couldn't gamble I sure had a great time! I tell you, those evo rooms are crazy, so many people getting hype for the players on the many giant big screens and so much cheering and screaming, but in a good way.

As for my tournament I got 5th place! Won a bit of prize money and overall enjoyed myself. I like to think that for my first official game tournament I did really well and didn't let the pressure or nerves get at me too much. Also I got to meet and talk to Mike Z (Creator of Skullgirls), the development team, the voice actresses and even other famous faces like Seth Killian! Or however his last name is spelled.

I'll definately try to go again next year, hopefully Skullgirls will once again partake in the event, even if as a side tournament again.

Well my plane takes off in a couple hours and my family and I are already about to take off to the airport.

Never done this before but figured it would be fun to talk about what was on my watcher's minds or answer any questions about my 3 characters, especially as I updated my profile with information on Hawke and Crimson since Dash's had been there alone all this time.

So yeah ask away with any sort of question you might have and I'll do everything in my power to answer. Be it about my personal self, my commissioned art or about a character of mine you're curious about, no need to be shy =p

Well first and foremost I've had a poor past couple of weeks. First my monitor broke and I had to get a new one, making the mistake of not buying one that had speakers built in. Too stubborn to return it I bought a nice pair of speakers. Shortly after there was a nasty storm and I wasn't aware that the modem for the internet in my room wasn't hooked up to a power surge. It short circuited and died, also taking my Compaq tower and PS3 (that were hooked up to it for wired connection purposes) with it.

The router was replaced shortly after, not a bit deal but I had to send in my desktop and ps3 in, both costing quite a bit. Especially as my desktop had to get a brand new video card and network card. And the back and forth trips with the irritable shop owner is a long story in itself so I won't get into it. Thankfully I already got my PS3 back, though there seem to be some issues with saving files from my computer and I still have to try and get all my saved-online data back onto it. My Desktop is obviously working fine now, despite all the suspicious forced back and forth trips so I'm back to indulge in my kooky internet shenanigans.

For more good news I'm starting to try and get back into learning how to draw, the hobby sort of died out for me some time ago but I feel inspired to give it a shot again. For those that know about it, My good personal friend  utx-shapeshifter and I are working on a big collage of my three characters and various friends/acquaintances. We finally made some decent progress last week and plan to do more work on it this week. Currently on the sketching stage but once done with that I'll make quick haste with the lining and coloring, hope to have that done within the next couple of months so look forward to that.

And a note on EVO, the tournament in Las Vegas I will be going to this summer, turns out the winner of the SkullGirls tournament will be able to put an OC or themselves in the background of one of the new upcoming stages. Given that I helped donate for the crowd fundraising so I already reserved putting Dash in as a background NPC, should I take EVO I may give the spot to one of my other characters like Crimson or Hawke, but there is a possibility I may give it to a fellow fur friend of mine because I'm nice like that =p. Though I have to win the tournament in the first place, if there is anything to be excited for, its the large, detailed, co-op collage coming.

I'll keep you guys updated if any news comes to light, and who knows, if I actually get decent at drawing there may be more to look at on this profile. For now, swift foxy out.

For those who don't know, EVO is the largest annual tournament for fighting games and is held in Las Vegas. A short time ago a game known as Skullgirls competed in a donation drive to get the 8th fighting game slot at EVO, our main competition was Smash bros. Melee and though our new 1 year old SG community lost to their 10+ year old community we gave them a heck of a fight, raising almost 80 thousand in charity for breast cancer research against their 94 thousand. Though we didn't win the donation drive, we raised so much money that EVO acknowledged us and gave us a sort of 8.5 slot in their tournament. Not only that but we will have the top 8 matches streamed and EVO gave our game a 1000 dollar pot bonus to further support our tournament.

I made plans to go by myself to EVO when it took place in July, for some reason I never thought to ask for my family's support. I told my step dad about EVO (note he loves fighting games) and shortly after he went and told everyone in my family. Much to my surprise everyone decided to go with me to watch and support me. (My mom, step dad, older sister and even my grandmother.) Admittedly I was quite surprised but happy to know everyone would back me up, plus the whole Las Vegas experience would only be more fun. We all have our preparations to leave and it seems to be a plan that's set in stone.

I've only ever been to a couple of fighting game tournaments and those were for Smash bros. Brawl some years ago but I am one of the top players in the Skullgirl community and can't miss my chance here. I have beaten Mike Z, the creator of the game, I top in every online tournament I play and before there are any remarks about online play ; Skullgirls uses GGPO for a far better online experience than any other fighting game, you can even play people in other countries with minimal to no lag. Also our community is barely a year old, and nearly anyone who got into the game plays online as there are very few local tournaments for it. I know top 8 is all I should go for but I honestly do believe I have a shot at taking this tournament.

Well there you have it. tl;dr I'm a beast at Skullgirls and plan on going to the annual EVO tournament in Las Vegas this summer.

Never done this before but I figured it's time to give Dash a break of constantly being abused by my other characters and this time have someone else be the victim. Plus I thought this would be a good way to meet more furs into paws. The idea is simple, one of my characters tormenting yours with their paws/footgear. Musk/sweat details can be prevalent, depends on the winner's liking.

So I just found out that since about a week ago there has been a lot of spending on my card account. Mostly on a Blue Banana site and 15 transactions on a site called just eat.co.uk The amount taken from me is a bit over a thousand and now I'm left with nothing but a buck. Not sure how this happened but my card is being used fraudulently. I've called my card and all I can do is call for a dispute in which they will go through every transaction, refund my money then file an investigation after which I'll get a letter saying whether my dispute was approved or not. Apparently if it is approved I keep my money, otherwise it goes back to them or something.

I've never been through something like this so the dispute seems to be the best way but I'm just so miserable right now. Nothing like this has ever happened to me and now I'm in tears waiting for my mom as I want her advice on this before I go any further. I also technically don't have a bank. My payroll from work is instantly transferred to this card and the people behind it are only able to provide the dispute option. Guess it I'll go for it and pray for the best, if only I checked my account more often I could have froze it before I lost so much, but now I'm more than likely going to suffer losses can only try to minimize it all....
