Sweeetop's Term of Service
General | Posted 7 years ago☆ Terms of Service ☆
I reserve the right to refuse commissions at my discretion.
Please specify:
-If there is a due date, otherwise I’ll work on it when I feel like it. Please note that I have other responsibilities as well and therefore my time may be restricted due to this.
-If you do not want me to post the piece, or for me to wait until I am given the go ahead. Otherwise the piece will be posted to my tumblr/deviantart/furaffinity/twitter/facebook as I see fit.
Prices in USD, through Paypal only.
-All payments must be made upfront unless an alternate payment plan has been decided upon and agreed upon by both the commissioner and myself.
-WIPs will be sent out at my discretion unless otherwise requested.
I will not give full refunds to any finished commission if you are unsatisfied.
-I will happily change/edit whatever you want within the image (up to a certain point), but I will not rework a finished piece. If you are worried I may not be up to the task on my own, supply additional feedback and ask for WIPs.
-Refunds will be given to those that choose to retract their purchase before I’ve started the piece(s), or if I’m unable to complete the work.
-Please try not to ask for refunds. This money goes towards things, so if you choose to commission me please be confident in your purchase as I may have difficulty returning your funds.
I hold full copyright over commissioned artwork. You may not edit or gain profit from the artwork received.
-If I the artist would like to sell the piece or gain a profit from it, I will ask permission beforehand.
-You may upload the commission with credit wherever you like, though I appreciate a link so I can see comments/faves/etc. This also helps me keep track of and crack down on any art reposters.
-If you wish to gain some sort of profit from the artwork commissioned then you must discuss so in full with me, and have my full consent.
And a couple other things:
- Please be succinct with your emails, include all relevant information in one message (references, poses, ideas, etc.) so I can retrieve it easily. If it’s separated across multiple messages details are harder to keep together and I may forget them.
- You can ask for things not in my commission info! Be aware I may refuse, but if I like your idea I’ll be willing to work out custom pricing.
- Patience is a virtue and I have a life. If you have not received the commission/word on your commission within a week please feel free to send me a nice message asking for details. If they have already been provided, then please be courteous and do not bug me about it.
Thank you to all my lovely commissioners, I appreciate the business!
