…but right now things are shitty. I'm stuck in an airport waiting on a plane that's going to end up being five hours late, so I'll have to dish out money for a hotel room tonight [this morning] and call off work tomorrow. So that sucks.

But it was worth it though, the con was a lot of fun. I got to meet up with a ton of my friends and some great artists (there was a ten minute stretch where  Ritts,  Jinash ,  Lizombie and  Waitress all walked by and I got to say hi!), and I commissioned quite a few pieces of art, most of which I will post here when I get it (along with some stuff from AC I forgot).

Looking forward to next year, but more immediately looking forward to getting home.

SO hehe I uh.... haha.... not for the first time, and probably not for the last I accidentally hit "Sign Out" heeheehee when putting my computer to sleep for the night hohoho ahahaha.

SO obviously haha my art program, SAI ahahahahahaha instantly shut off without a second glance back hehe without asking me to save. I thought I had saved the SIX PAGES of comic I was working on coloring hehehe but NO apparently. Luckily I had only colored three out of the six pages, but that's another two hours work I have to redo on a commission I've been trying to work on for almost a month ahahahaha.

So yeah. Going to bed a little angry. I need to look into settings to remove that option so I don't hit it by accident, or figure out the shortcut for "sleep" and just use that.

So we're about two weeks out from AC2016, which I will be attending. I'll be in-suit most of the time, so look for a dumb green idiot bothering people and playing obnoxious music. Feel free to slap me in the face.

On that note, I need some funds if I want to properly enjoy the con [and buy stuff from the good people there]. So, I need to take some commissions to build up some cash.

I am so goddamn tired. And it didn't really hit me until I got home after my drive, but going to bed at 3:00 in the morning and waking up at 8 three days in a row has taken a toll. But I had a great time and made a few friends. Got my picture taken a bunch of times, which was cool. I mostly stayed in-suit during my stay, but I wasn't hiking about as much as at MFF so it was a little more tolerable. Plus I figured out an ingenious hydration system to negated the need for straws and water bottles.

Lows of the con were finding parking [only really a problem on day one, as I just got up earlier sat and sun to find a spot] and that part where a creepy older dude with a harmonium decided to hold my hand while we were standing next to each other. But other than that it was fun.

So, awesome con, will go next year. I'm planning on volunteering to set up and host Whose Lion is it Anyway if possible next time, as that was my favorite part of MFF.

BUT

I spent waaaaaaay too much money while I was down in Virginia, both at the con and the mall nearby. So I need to do some commissions to recoup some funds. Hit me up via notes if you want something done!

I'm walking around in Fursuit! Actually that's a lie, I'm waiting for the opening ceremony to start, slowly roasting in the heat. Look for a bright green canine! I'm not wearing my name, but if you approach and say "SF" I will identify myself.

So, I apologize for the lack of art the last two weeks. This is generally what happens after I do a lot of drawing, in that I usually run out of inspiration and neglect it in favor of doing other things. This month it's been split between playing The Division and assembling a rifle I've been working on for almost three years.

But that's not important. The important thing is, I need to get back into the habit of drawing.
