"Duncan The Dog" and "Evil Duncan" were asked to be mascots at the inaugural Lehigh Township New Year's balloon drop at Bryfogle Park to help ring in the new year! It was great to bring so many smiles to many faces, young and old alike! 69News was there to cover the festivities!
