Srchek’s Terms of service
by claiming you agree to the following terms:
You claim by:
▪ commeting on the specified comment
▪ noting me personally
When claiming:
▪ please provide your PayPal e-mail either in notes or comments (if trough notes you must also link the adopt you’d like)
▪ after claiming you have 72h to pay
▪ you may extend the 72h but you must note me beforehand, if you do not pay in the arranged time you will be blacklisted
Edits:
▪ comment/note me which edits youd like when claiming, to ensure there is no time delays
▪ please do not change your mind on edits you want after i already started working on them
▪ avaliable edits and prices will be listed in the adopts description*
▪ edits will be made from exisiting base parts, but i might make minor line edits myself
*if you would like some other edit note me and i will tell you if its possible to do and the price
Customs:
▪ i offer custom adopts on bases i use for my adopts (you can also note me and ask which bases)
▪ price range is the same as my regular adopts
▪ you can request one in notes, include as many details as possible please :)
▪ you get one revision in the sketching phase for free
▪ you must pay before i start working on it
▪ the time frame might be longer than non customs (expect 2-3 weeks, but again likely less)*
*if i do not deliver in the given timeframe you may request a refund, refunds will not be given if you already have the files
Payments:
▪ accepted currency is EUR
▪ payment via PayPal* invoice
▪ as stated above you may put your payment on hold, but you must note me beforehand
▪ you will get your product only after the payment has been made in full
*if for some reason you can not use paypal then note me with the payment method you can use, maybe we can figure something out
Delivery:
▪ you will be given the unwatermarked full resolution .png of the artwork, if it also comes with alt versions it will say so in the description
▪ if no edits are requested, the file will be sent to you within a week (likely much sooner)*
▪ if edits are requested, depending on the amount and complexity, it may take up to 2 weeks (again likely much less)**
*if no edits are reqested and the product is not delivered on time you will be issued a full refund upon your request (you may not request a refund if you already recieved the files)
**if edits are reqested and the product is not delivered on time, but the delay is caused due to you failing to communicate your wants you may request a partial refund, if its on me you may request a full refund(you may not request a refund if you already recieved the files)
After adopting:
▪ after purchasing the buyer will be named in the description of the adopt, if you would like to remain unamed let me know beforehand
▪ when posting the artwork made by me elsewhere, credit for the design would be highly appreciated
▪ you must credit the base creator if posting the artwork purchased
▪ after adopting the character, you own it and may edit it as you please, but it should still resemble the original
▪ you may post the artwork on your own page or wherever you choose, as long as you credit
▪ you are allowed to use the characters design for whatever youd like (that includes commercial purposes)
▪ you may resell the character for the same price you bought it as, if additional art has been made for it, then you may resell for a higher price than it was orginally purchased for
▪ you may gift or trade the character
*credit should be given via link/hyperlink or a clickable icon, if posted outside of FA you may credit via text
