The Point is...there is alot of....bad things in the world, and despite my problems and issues, my trials and tribulations....Im still alive, and able to find something to smile about. I am truly blessed in many ways despite the many obstacles I must overcome now, and will in the future. And of course what Ive endured earlier this year. I almost died, and by a miracle...and good luck, I survived. Still, the scariest moment of my life.
Im sure many have heard this before and it may sound dumb...but Ill echo it...count your blessings. Because things may be hard now, but it can always be worse. Take What joys you have, and cherish them. Find good things in your life to be happy about. Hold onto it, use it as motivation, never let it go, never let anyone or anything steal it away.

Ill stop there before I go on a silly tirade (Which apparently means 'a long angry rant'

.....but....I dont get it...if you want a break from me, if you dont like my commissions, or...WHATEVER...why cant you just talk to me?
Instead of just Blocking and Banning Me, why not just ask me to take a break? Sure OK, I understand the idea that maybe Ive been swamping you with alot of work and taking away from others. Hell, I even understand the idea that you want to do more then sketches.....cheapness aside, I just Love Sketches!
I can understand that might get tiring or you want to do more, hell, even get paid more. I get it!

But....instead of just blocking me, why can't you just talk to me?
Or even better!.....Remove Sketches from your Offerings. Maybe "This month/For a while I no longer am offering Sketch Commissions"

I'm just kind of upset that Ive lost a handful of artists to this, because I commission to many sketches.

You are NOT breaking the Rules or TOS for Drawing Pictures...pornographic or Otherwise.
ART, IS NOT, SEX WORK

But, Paypal isn't going to know, or investigate weather your Message means a Drawing, or maybe its just code for sex.
It sounds suspicious, so they are going to Fire 1st under the assumption that their TOS is being broken....AKA, somebody is doing SEX - WORK.

Once again...a Drawing, is NOT, Sex Work. But the weird and NSFW stuff you might post in that Box, is NOT going to be clear, and they have no reason to assume somebody isn't trying to be sneaky.

What do you do? Whats the Solution?

But if You REALLY need your customers to do so, like as a sort of Tracker to make sure you get payment....Learn how to Generate Invoices. Or at least Create your Own Order#.

I MIGHT have another character...or 2 in the works.

But as Im planning and writing, it kinda hit me....
Any of you have Shy Characters?!
I do have one....ONE....Alterise. She has Herd Mentality deeply ingrained, preferring to be in groups for safety...and she is inherently fearful of Predator Species. Sharp Fangs, especially on a beast MUCH bigger then her do trigger her Flight Response.
But besides typical PREY behaviors, she is shy, and soft-spoken...usually.

Just randomly curious (and I love OC conversations) anybody else have shy characters/Sonas?

Do you actually Plan to use them in the Future?

When you see an adopt and you place a Bid in an Auction, or Purchase Via Buyout for the Asking Price, do you actually have plans or intend to use it?
I know a couple of people who have admitted to me, they just want to support the Artist, and that is absolutely AMAZING of them, especially the People that Spend the Big Buck and do the complete AB - Autobuys

But then...a few of them I notice....dont even use them....and its...VERy upsetting.
I wont rant about about Money, because thats not the point, the point is, just buying a design to claim the rights to it...and then...quite literally never using it for anything.
And not just myself, but Ive seen people get very upset about this, because maybe they wanted it and had plans, and now its gone to somebody who just lets it sit and not see ANY use. Ever

Its the Owners Right, dont get me wrong or misunderstand me being a Crybaby. (Even though I am)
But IDK, just kinda sucks y'know.

Sometimes I wonder about attempting to ask the person, if I compensate them 50% if I could Co-own. I know that probably sounds very silly and stupid. But for real, its very upsetting to see people just buy a design, and NEVER use it.
Again, its their Right. They won it and paid for it fair and square. Again...just sucks lol

I study galleries, and TOS.

But, I saw what they JUST UPLOADED...listed as a NO.
This...confused the fuck out of me. I double checked the whole TOS, and saw no...specifics or leeway. So...I sent them a Note for Clarification.

The responses I got were short and Blunt.
Thats FINE!

But...they didn't answer my question AT ALL, and it sure AF didnt address the fact they had a type of image...that is listed as a NO. I just try to ask if its specific, or if its just a once and blue moon thing....and they dont seem to understand,
They just pretty much said "No in genera; (Paraphrased) but Im still trying to get clarifacation....Its listed as a NO...but you drew it....and as a commission...

IM CONFUSED AS FUCK.
If you dont do NSFW of it, FINE.
But do you do SFW of it?....I cant get a clear answer.

And....the lack of clarity here, just killed any small amount of interest or love I had in the artist.

Back again with a classic Spirix Rant
Noting Major or important, no alarms, just annoyed venting
Getting it out of my system in a healthy-ish way.

So, I wasted some money on a handful of Portraits to try and get basically a "Panting Dog" type of image.
(Nothing expensive, I am a great bargain hunter)

But, all but one image, seems to draw the tongue small and still mostly in the mouth, even though I have pointed out: WITH IMAGES/PHOTOs as Reference. And, I notice they all look like basic human tongues, and not canine/dog tongue.
Again, I went out of my way to get references, CLEAR VISUALS.....and all but 1 person just insists on drawing a short and small looking human-like tongue.

Are they that hard to draw, even with references (with different angles...but Im detail oriented)
Or they just scary and alien? "To real" like some people say about "realistic Animal-accurate" Junk?

SO FUCKING HARD TO FIND?!

And yes, there are quite alot of them, but whenever I ready for something, they are just gone or unavailable!
And even worse......most are just Wolf or Dragon Artists.....and are both quite expensive.

Only Solace I have, is there is no shortage of Feline / TLK artists...just once again...bloody expensive!
Just sucks they arn't a focus atm.

But LoL just complaining to give SOME activity on my page....and a very light request to see if ya'll know any feral artist I might have missed that might be open..and are NOT Wolf & Dragon Artists

The issue was resolved
A firm reminder, I was just venting (being a baby) that my description for a free picture wasnt done correctly, potentially because I opened room for error by sharing to many ref links for an idea.
Its a bad habit born from past commission experiences

Regardless, the artist was nice enough and quick to make the corrections.

Journal will remain for archiving....
Even if irrelevant and frankly childish.
Im not afraid to show Im human
And will not share the artist....

Im just upset and being a big baby here.

Got a free picture (yay) and its for a tiny idea. Provided the neccessary refs n details, but the refs are on a separate image hosting site because I didnt upload them yet.
So because of that, I provided a link to my gallery here on FA, solely as proof I own the character.

Thought I was just covering my bases.
But I get the art (yay) and I noticed the art includes details from his VERY 1st ref, that I didnt provide in my description, that is buried in my gallery.
Part of my description, I posted his new ref (soon to be posted) and, it got completely ignored.

Im looking at this and wondering, if this would have been avoided, if I didnt try to be considerate and link to my gallery as proof of ownership.
Because, doing so, gives people the excuse to ignore my details and just choose what they like instead.

Its free, so I cant complain that much.
But it makes me fume, that I took the time to write something, just for it to be ignored.
Is it My fault for being considerate and linking to my gallery just to prove ownership, and that Im not stealing a character?!
