Hey all! I know it's been quite some time since I've posted anything on here, and I wanted to apologize for that. The past couple of months were a little hectic, and i was neglecting FA as a platform entirely when I really shouldn't have. I'm going to be more on top of it going forward, and I appreciate everyone who has stuck with me through my silence. I'm gonna do a mass upload of all the things I've neglected to here in a few minutes, and afterward I'll be opening up for a round of commissions, so stay tuned, and again, thank you all so much!

Hey guys! I wanted to let you in on my plans. This next queue that I open will be the last one at my current prices, as I'm going to raise them just a bit afterward. As it currently stands I'm not able to make quite enough money to fully pay for my portion of rent, so I need to bring them up just a tad, but I won't be doing it immediately.
I'll be posting another journal soon detailing the new prices, but for now I just wanted to tell you that they won't be effecting the next queue, again, the next queue will still be at current prices, after that the new prices will be in effect. And also again, it won't be very much of a raise, but I just wanted to give you guys a fair heads-up.
I also want to thank you again so so much for all your support, I know I don't post on here as often as I used to, and I take a bit longer to finish things than before, but I've been doing my best to put more and more detail into my work, and I really do hope it shows. Thank you for your understanding, I'll see you all again soon.

I've been seeing a lot of hesitance for the shinies system, and while I do still have that enabled, I figured it would be a good idea to try to give people a different option if they are willing/able to give a donation or tip of any kind. So in light of that, I created a Ko-Fi page! I want to stress that I am by no means wanting to force people into that sort of thing, but simply providing the options if people feel so inclined. I'm very very grateful to all of my commissioners and other supporters, and I'll be equally as grateful for if someone is able to tip as well. :3

Edit: I've had to disable shinies after being sent my first, which is unfortunate, but revealing. I don't have a bank account to link to my paypal, so, apparently that means I can't use any services like shinies, or Ko-Fi, or anything like that, meaning if anyone would like to tip for any reason in the future, it'll just have to be sent directly to my paypal. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Since I haven't taken on a new set of commissions yet I figured now would be a good time to dump some personal art I've done lately here. XD
I've got a bit of a project I'm working on for one of my friends at the moment, and once I'm finished with it I intend to open up for commissions again, but in the meantime, have some personal stuff!

Heeeeey, geez, I'm not on here often enough right now, I swear.
On the plus side we're currently living in a very stable place, so we shouldn't have to worry about that much anymore. I'm very sorry for being inconsistent with my queue openings, the holidays were a strange whirlwind of trying to tough through some really bad thoughts and feelings and doing our best to enjoy the season despite them, but it all ended up working out. I've got a couple of unofficial things I'm working on for some friends, and once that's done I should be back to my regular schedule. I'm going to do my best to be as on time as possible this year, though I'm not really off to a great start, part of doing well with a resolution is sticking to it even if you slip up, so I'll be doing my best from here on out. Again, I'm really sorry about the lack of activity here, I haven't exactly been active on any platforms aside from telegram, really, but I'm mulling some ideas over in my head and we'll see how they pan out later on. I want to thank you guys again so much. New watchers, thanks for being here, I'm sorry I haven't been able to go and thank you all individually, but I do really appreciate you being here and liking my work. Older watchers, you guys are rad as hell for sticking through with me, even if you maybe just forgot that you watch me. I appreciate every single favorite I get, and I'm so happy that people have been enjoying what I draw. I feel like overall I've been improving, and I'm excited to see what I'll be able to do this year too.

However! I also have to apologize. I know I just got a bunch of new watchers and you all seem fairly excited to see more work from me, and I know my older watchers have been kinda droughted too, for this I am terribly sorry! I have been drawing, I have been working, I promise you that. We just had a bit of a financial hiccup in that we had to purchase a brand new car battery last pay period and it resulted in us not being able to renew our phone service. So right now the only way I can get online is through various spotty trips to thr library (like now). I'm going to format all the sticker packs and get together all the art I've finished very soon and kind of do an upload dump for you guys as soon as I can, until then thank you so so mivh for your patience!

I wanted to apologize for not posting the past couple of days. We've been rather stressed at home. My husband's drug-addicted mother and uncle have been mooching off of the house for the past two months. They don't pay for anything, but they use everything, and they use a lot. We haven't been able to do laundry in almost three weeks, and we're lucky if we ever get to take a shower or make good. We've taken to donating plasma in order to have enough money for food, because there's just nothing left. This week, granny asked for us to pay $100 more than we usually do because the bills were particularly high this month. We couldn't pay her the extra and so she got mad and yelled at us when it isn't even our fault that the bills are so high. We're very very upset and have taken to saving up as much as we can so we can move into a hotel in two weeks. We're also going to be continually donating plasma and I may open some emergency commissions at some point soon so that we can make absolutely sure we have enough to leave. We cannot and will not continue to be used like this and then be yelled at for not paying for people that we didn't agree to pay for. So, that's what's up.

I wanted so badly for a big part of my life to be a full-time artist and make it my job. While I love drawing and art in general, I am right now facing too much in my life to be able to make it a job. I also lack too many important things. I have terrible anxiety and some pretty bad depression that, at times, prevents me from doing anything at all let alone draw. I still have a very large amount of things to learn and perfect as far as my art is concerned, I need to develop my style, practice backgrounds, anatomy, action, characters interacting, and so on. I also lack a consistent internet connection, a decent computer, and I need a better tablet to be able to draw better and do things like stream. As much as I want to devote myself completely to my art, I just don't have the energy, resources, or confidence to right now. While I still fully intend to become a full-time artist, it might just take a little while for me to get there. Until then i'm going to be picking up a day job, hopefully at a local bookstore, I'll be seeing a therapist, and i'll still be working on my art on my own terms. I may do trades and gifts from time to time, but for now I want to focus more on my own things. I have wonderful and supportive friends here, and I thank you all so much for it. I am sorry I haven't been uploading stuff recently, but the process of getting pictures from my computer to my phone is infuriating, and in a couple hours I'll lose my phone service for about two weeks, so i'll be silent for a little while, but i'll be at the library from time to time. Thank you guys again so much for everything, and i'll talk with you all later. :3

So, apparently I made a mistake by going onto facebook yesterday. See, we only had four gigabytes available on our hotspot, which should have feasibly lasted a month given how little I'd be using it. However, facebook decided to royally fuck us over and do a background update that took up literally three and a half of those four gigs. Yeah. The data is gone thanks to fuckbook. So, I'm back to square one for the time being since we don't have the money to get any more data. So, I'll be at the library for a bit on Thursday and Friday, possibly Saturday. Gotta wait about two weeks for more data, and no more facebook for me. At least not until we can get a bigger connection.

We've ordered a hotspot! Since we're living in my husband's grandmother's house, she's ultimately the one who makes the rules, and one of those rules is no wifi router in the house because then my husband's irritating annoying horrible deadbeat mother would never leave for any reason ever. So instead of that, we ordered a hotspot so that I can at least get online with my computer to make it easier to keep up with people and to upload things. So, come Monday, I'll technically have internet and I'll be able to uploadmore frequently again. :D

Alright guys, sorry for being away for so long. We ended up having some issues up in Ohio and we couldn't afford to keep staying there. We couldn't find jobs that would keep us for very long and it was too expensive. Some of our roommates ended up bailing on us all of a sudden, again, so we had to leave, and we would have had to live out of our car for at least three weeks before getting into a rent-adjusted apartment or anything of the like. We weren't gonna do that, especially with our kitten. We came back down to Kentucky because my husband's grandmother had recently gained some extra space in her house due to her father (my husband's great-grandfather) passing away. We're living there now, but there's a lot of drama caused by the husband's mother and sister who are both deadbeat assholes. Due to those two, Granny refuses to allow internet to be hooked up in the house. The only way we can get online now is through occasional trips to the library (which is where I'm writing this from). I'm still able to use my computer to draw, but I need to get a usb stick to be able to bring them with me to upload. Either way, my activity on here is probably going to be very sparse for the time being, but everything is okay. We're not on the street, we have jobs now, I'm still drawing, I just need to come to the library more often. XD
But yes. Sorry if I worried you guys, things have been a little hectic is all.

I mean I guess. I'm just uploading some old stuff there now, but it's like, you all know how I am with new sites... *weeps over my newly dead Furiffic, Weasyl, and Inkbunny accounts* But I mean I actually really love the layout and style of this place and it's been really easy to use so far. So I mean hopefully I won't give up on it that easily. I guess I'm sort of looking to remake myself there, cause I haven't had a fresh start for my fursona now cause I have an actual fursona now. :D

It appears I have caught myself a rather annoying cold. It's been keeping me from sleeping, made it so my husband has to smoke away from me because my throat is so sore, and he even had to go out and do dishes for me because moving hurts. I'm effectively bedridden, but I'm bored, and I seriously want to have art of my skunk but I have no monies. So! Maybe some of you guys would be willing to do an art trade with me?
