I THINK I can legitimately link MLP FiM, MLP EG, Changelings, teleportation, the Time Spell, that Starswirl was a tool, Clover was a beast, & why Celestia never killed.

Furnal Equinox 2022 =UPDATE=
Posted 4 years agoAs you might have heard, Furnal Equinox 2022 is scheduled to be In Person at the Toronto Harbourfront Castle in March.
Unfortunately, after literal months of deliberations, Tiny Tribble and I will not be in attendance; the first time since F.E. started that we won't be there.
Believe me, I am unhappy about it. We BOTH are. But after all the possible situations with college and money and border crossing and the C19 situations on both sides of the border... It just seemed the safest thing to do for both our respective citizens.
I already posted to the Furry Femme Shoot Facebook group letting them know, but you all needed to know too.
In the mean while, please stay safe, stay healthy, and know I wish you Well.

Icarus the Lunar Guard has been learned to use his sleeping time to access
his own personal dreamscape; exiting the real world in order to enjoy scenarios
that would be too extravagant, too expensive, illegal, or morally questionable (at best).
Normally these incursions into the Dream Realm are short-term events or accidental.
This is different. Princess Luna will investigate this threat and solve it, one way or another

Posted 4 years agoThe artist who made a picture about my Icarus the Lunar Guard, who then yanked the pic when I told them it was opposite of the character's sexual style, who then posted a "Fuck That Guy For Not Appreciating All The Hard Work I Did For Them Without Being Asked To..." journal....
...has now REMOVED said journal - possibly when I pointed out to one of the commenters the full discourse of what happened (which Icarus went into in full depth on 27 Feb, for any interested parties).

When your character is used improperly....
Posted 4 years agoAs we know, or should, "Call Out" posts are "Big-Time No-No's" here on FA. And to that end I have no plan on breaking that Code....
But there IS something that's become Bothersome for me.
You recall that my previous journal was about how I wanted smut art of Icarus? Well, someone asked for references for said character and I posted them - you scroll down a bit you'd see where I did. The first of which was to the now 5 year old character info on FA itself - clearly describing him as my character. Also included several items in my FA pages, PLUS the f-list page, which shows MY account name, as well as multiple contact points for Icarus, like e-mail and twitter and facebook.....
So, art of Icarus was done.... but in a way that ran completely opposite to the character's bio as well as the journal's stated desires for him.
I tried to be nice about it, to have the situation solved privately and discretely... but sadly, that didn't work well. The picture was removed from FA at least, doesn't seem to have been posted anywhere else, and the artist...
--well...
They posted a journal of their own about it without directly naming me. But what they said about "Fuck That Guy" was unflattering to say the least: an "asshole" (multiple times), of being unappreciative of artists (them in particular and especially when gift work is being done), that I am an unstable personality inciting Furry Drama, of being a "sour candy" in the fandom (I assume it's a "sour grapes" reference), and that I was "acting like a brat".
Now, adding that I was not notified of the art, I was not credited for the character, they claimed to have looked for info online, found a fan wiki site, assumed it was "somebody's" character, and just drew away - even though the character references were already provided, and a simple look at my profile shows Icarus is the front-most submission, plus filling in the first 5 of 7 slots, all clearly labeled.
Now, here's the question I pose....
If someone has ownership of a character, and someone else draws an image of said character that runs 180-degrees counter to the character's stated bio and intents, and the owner asks nicely for said picture to not exist in that context...
Does that make the character owner wrong?
I'm sure I could explain further in a different way, but... (*Shrug*)

I want to be able to get pics of him completely abusing, degrading, humiliating, USING mares like complete cumdumps. Things that would be immoral, illegal, unthinkable in the real world.
He's got a public image to uphold, but in his own personal dream realm, he indulges. Royalty, the shy one, the smart one, That Luna-Damned SNOOTY one?! Oh, utterly rut them until things spurt from the other end. Write on them, pierce them, hobble them.... Make their screams die in their throat from shredded vocal cords, wings flap so hard feathers fly loose, horns char from over-spent mana with no direction or form.
--and the worst part is?
...I wish I could just pay for it all.
(There... so now you know one of the dark tails of who Icarus is to me.)

Posted 4 years ago...but socially I'm more distant than I'd like to be. I'm sorry for that. There are a few specific people that I feel remorse for not being as social with; including one of the people I've respected for a LONG time... and feel I wronged...
