Wrapping up 2021
General | Posted 4 years agoSo 2021 has been a thing and it's almost gone and 2022 is on the horizon. The year has been well for myself all things considered. Health has been great and I haven't had to worry about anything of that degree. I''ve been working on my Information Technology Certificate and I passed the first portion of my test last year and I'm going for the second portion next year and then after that I will be putting applications to get out of this shitty entry level job once and for all. Self-motivation and self learning is an awesome thing when you're determined.
Art-wise I've been getting back on drawing and enjoying it. I've had this Wacom tablet with Clip Studio for the longest and I didn't try it out for some weird reason but once I downloaded Clip Studio I have been loving it! Inking and colouring has been pretty fun and I haven't said that in a long time.
I did a bunch of traveling this year amid COVID all over the damn place. I went to Miami, New York, Atlanta, Asheville, NC, i got to run in Central Park in New York, got on a jet ski in the ocean in Miami (talk about fish out of water) and Atlanta is normally family travel but i love driving. I'm planning to do more traveling in 2022 so bring it!
I took up basketball during all of this time as there is a school with basketball hoops and I train extensively usually on the weekends. I got some low-tops but I also need some high tops as well. Now I just need a pick-up game to test my skills. I hadn't considered going back to YMCA which was good before the pandemic but now I don't want to chance it despite being vaccinated.
I want to make more journals and I also want to make Sonic Sunday a thing where I draw Sonic porn on Sundays and maybe stream when I colour on picarto.tv maybe. I don't know but I'd like to do one and say that I did. I also want to draw more characters and other people's characters too just to get out of my comfort zone and learn more to get better. I'm looking to be positive but also improve my brand, get my name out and all the other good stuff will follow. I'm not too worried about friends especially now lol. I have my best friend that's my wife and she always has my back. Also Youtube channel, I need to make more video for that about video games, health and fitness and traveling and maybe art but I have to draw clean works for that.
Well If you got this far in the journal, I hope that your 2021 was well and if not, then I shall send you my blessings and lets go into 2022 with our heads and chests held high!

The June Journal
General | Posted 5 years agoSo here I am (doing everything I can), halfway into June and with no pictures in sight, but still thinking about them, which I'd guess is still a good thing, but I just need to do it. June been pretty busy between the projected escalation of COVID cases and the racial unrest that continues to spread throughout the country. I really want to spread the word as I'm just so annoyed at my job.
"Well, Shostyle, you should be grateful that you do have a job." And yes I am, but everyone always has to ask themselves what am I getting the value of living day to day. It does sometimes feel that I'm doing the same things but different day, and that's very stagnant when people don't know what a billing cycle is.
I was listening to a track called Relight my Fire by Dan Hartman and I really feel that spoke to me in a way with my art to really re-kindle it and get at it like I used to do back in the day. I'm getting caught up with little things and not trying to look at the bigger picture here of just enjoying myself because I love the times that I'm drawing even the times that I may not be successful but that dopamine and serotonin works wonders for just being artistic.
I've been reading my Information Technology book at work when I have down time, it's easier to concentrate on reading than drawing moreso, and I don't have to worry about drawing semi lewd stuff without peeping eyes but honestly I don't care at this point, but I do care about being happy, and having to play checkers when you know chess is a slow burn to frustration.
I need some friends lol, I've been in North Carolina for almost three years and I like it, but I haven't made the strides to have those times of networks, and the thing is that I'm older, but I like a lot of things and I'm friendly and I don't have kids (yet lol) I just want to be around people who are positive and like-minded to some degree. Whether that be sports, health, reading, learning, technology, what have you. As long as it gets me to a different environment. I've been thinking to volunteer too to be honest just to help out the community and possibly network that way as well.
Even most of the neighbors in my neighborhood seem to be shutoffish even before the pandemic happened. I've talked to my next door neighbors but they are old and I'm not there yet. I need some people my age. Drive isn't the problem but that brotherhood I do miss. I was thinking of playing all of the Gears series just to have that Dude Bro War story action game which I was supposed to be playing with an old friend, we actually did the whole first Gears but then we got around halfway to Gears 2 and he just dropped off of it without any explanation.
So whatever I'll probably be adding more to this journal later, I just wanted to have a monthly journal out.

The May Journal
General | Posted 6 years agoSo the year is almost half over and our new normal is still continuing. I'm still dealing with customers at my job dealing with the effects of COVID and that somewhat doesn't look like it's going to stop anytime soon unless the governors start opening up the states because of the economy. I honestly can't say that's a great idea but if people are that hard up to work and not caring about getting infected/getting others affected (with no cure) then stay the hell away from me.
So I just got into Streets of Rage 4 when it came out Thursday and I've been loving it! A blast to the past I didn't thought i needed until now. Online is pretty rough but everything about the original trilogy is there and then some. While I personally don't have a problem with the graphics (aside from how Axel and Flyod look) I love it. The character style has a very french look to it with the lines and character details, and the backgrounds look sharp and active and colourful. As for the gameplay it's about the same with the original trilogy, it's almost about a love letter to SOR2 but you get the SOR3 stuff in there like Blitz attacks but that was the only thing they seemingly took from SOR3.
Axel, Flyod and Blaze can't run , Adam (when you unlock him) has a dash and Cherry (his daughter) can run. In SOR3 everyone could run and had an evasive roll that you could do to roll up or down the x axis of the playfield. Probably for new people or those who aren't beat-em up game fans it's going to come to a shock where you play a game where you have to take your time and stragitize your combat. Where the combat shines is with the Special moves. So when you use a special move it takes off health that you can recover by attacking and not getting hit. You can also do Special Moves in the air as well and with floor bounces and wall bounces (where the enemy bounces and can be attacked for more damage) the possibility and creation for combos are way more than in the original games.
Also I've heard about Phantasy Star Online version 2 being free to play on the Xbox and I would love to play that as well with others. I played the original PSO on the Gamecube with a friend back in the day.
As far as drawing goes, I've been working on redrawing some pictures but I've been having perfectionist syndrome, but I mean I guess it's good. I just want it do be good to that I can look back on it and have no qualms about it. That separates the mediocre from the greats. It seperates those that say they are doing commissions and get flooded instantly, and everyone else. THough I guess I was never really one to worry about making money off of my craft per se, but the added traffic would be nice. Especially in this current age of Social Isolation.
A for books, I'm working on a book called Why we Sleep by Matthew Walker and it goes into the science of sleep and the history of sleep and that (and melatonin pills lol) have been really helping my sleep to where I've been getting about 7 hours this week. I think what really helps is that we have to approach sleeping as it is a job, because it is. Before I was married I used to sleep at 2 or 3 am in the morning playing video games and surfing the net and then I also had an overnight job and that was murder on my sleeping habits. Sleeping is equally important and I would seriously suggest this book (I heard it from Bill Gates as one of this favorite current books) and I can't tell you how many times when I ask about sleep people give me an answer of less than 6 hours and be okay with that. dang. Personal health and upkeep is SO important in general and some people don't understand that your health is priority, not a luxury until it's too late.
As for working out/exercise I've been walking/run and doing High Intensity Interval training in my back yard and it's been really good. I have an hour lunch at work so I end up walking because I don't need an hour to eat sitting down when I have a job where I sit down for eight hours already.
So hopefully your month of May will go well and you continue to strive and do better than what you did yesterday. I'm down for Xbox games, chatting or livestraming my art whenever I get that off of the ground as well.! Safe travels peoples!

the COV-19 Journal
General | Posted 6 years agoSo my wife and I are dealing with the current pandemic just like everyone else. Her job initaly had half of the employees to work at home and then the other half to work on site after there was a CV scare at the office but it was changed to everybody staying home for safety sake. As opposed to my job that I just got in Feburary where originally the company stated that they wanted to have everyone on site but after critical acclaim of their decision making they decided to contribute in at home working/remote access for 40% of the company.
Though this is based on tenure so I'm pretty sure that I'm not going to be able to work from home. It would be nice though as i do have my own room to do the work. Speaking of work its been non-stop from start of the shift to the end of the shift and I kind of like the no-downtime but NOT being able to breathe until your scheduled off times is quite annoying. Just making the most of it though.
Though I think, at least to me, I've definitely been flourishing as best as I can during these potential end times. I've been drawing more, I'm looking into narration/audio books to try and make some more money on the side. I have been drawing people I just need to finalize some things and either my scanner doesn't like my light pencil lines or i'm doing something wrong. Also I bought a nice little Wacom Intuos tablet to replace the older Wacom tablet I used to have that I lost the pen in my house. I haven't used it though because of time, but that's not the best excuse to use but when you have to juggle studying, wife, work and everything else I need a damn planner lol.
Also if anyone has Xbox One I'll play some Phantasy Star Online Version 2 that's free with a Game Pass. Hey if we're all indoors we might as well have some fun together. I remember playing version 1 on the GameCube with a friend of mine and when I told him about it he didn't seem like he wanted to check it out so fuck it.
Also Also, I signed up for Picarto so I'll actually want to check out these other great artists and see how creative they are and I know that I want to stream some art sometime. I just don't know when TBH because of quality.
So March is almost gone and I feel way more productive than I have in the last two months. I'm working on this THING that I've thought about for a while and I think I'll show it upon full completion. Aside from all this, have a great day and don't touch anything that you shouldn't be touching.

The March Journal
General | Posted 6 years agoSo things have been going alright for the most part with life. I've been drawing but I haven't been putting up stuff YET but I am getting to it. One thing that I've always wanted to do but haven't been consistent with it is to draw Sonic porn on Sunday, a Sonic Sunday if you will. I've been working on changes to my habits to draw more in a consistent way to get those habits back. I used to draw so much when i was younger and I still have the urge I guess I'm just more cynical and that I have to allocate my time better.
If I can draw more pictures than days in the month that would be great as well. I need to be persistent and consistent with it. I have plenty of sketchbooks so that's not a problem. Also I want to get a new tablet and I have my eyes on a Wacom Intuos Pro because I don't just want to get into Digital Colouring, i want to be good at it.
Health-wise I'm feeling ok. I have some pains that have seem to just be a part of me now so either I need to go get that checked or just deal with it.
Also books! I've been reading a good share of books and I love to share what I have in my rotation and what you guys are reading. Also I want to make some damn friends man. I've been in North Carolina and I haven't made any worthwhile friends and the "friends" that I still talk to that I left are shit/haven't changed so that's pretty frustrating to the point that I don't feel like talking to them at times.
Right now I'm working at ANOTHER customer service job and I think I've gotten to the point that I want a change and that I mean it this time. Mediocrity is a painful feeling to have and I want to do better.

General | Posted 6 years agoI'm feeling productive but I haven't gotten anything concrete YET. When I say concrete is that I've been currently been drawing but I's figuring out about getting it uploaded, if I'm going to ink and colour it, etc. Just today, I got my computer back. My desktop had this weird issue were it would load no problem to the Log in screen but the external devices were non-responsive, so I couldn't actually put in any input to LOG IN. So what I did today was unplug the tower from a UPS I normally have it plugged into and plugged it directly into a wall socket! Bam, the input devices are working now without any issues! Mind you my desktop is still running Windows 7 so it could be a hardware issue but I'm glad I have the computer back now because it's in my mancave with the scanner so i have my workplace back.
I have a new job currently and I'm doing training currently but It not at all challenging so I'm going for a certification in IT again, but I'm serious about it this time. Got a new book and everything. I actually have been drawing during the class because it's the same customer service I've done so I'm going to do something different with my life and take control with it. Ironically, sitting in a room with a bunch of people on a totally different wavelength is giving me the motivation to change my life, BUT I will use this job for my own goals and be a different person as well. I'm also going to get that Vision Board I said I was supposed to do last week.
I've been injured more this year than I have been my entire life. I've been incorporating Pick-up Basketball at the YMCA and while it's been a blast, getting hurt sucks and I'm a hustle guy and that just increases those risks but I've been working on WHEN to hustle and such. Primarily foot sprains, the last foot sprain I had I had to recover for about a week or two and it's not COMPLETELY healed but I can run and walk on it. It's about 95%
Everything is going good but I want it to be better and to be better you have to put in the work. You have to put in the work in the dark in order to shine in the light.

General | Posted 6 years agoHey ladies and gentlemen, it's been a while. Not too much of a while since I have posted up some new stuff, even though it was a request but I really want to get back into the thick of things this year, and what a better way with a new decade on the horizon. So I do want to get a new tablet as the old Wacom Intuos Tablet is actually in good shape but I lost the pen in my new house and I've tried to find a pen replacement but no luck. I think it's just better to get a new tablet anyways.
I felt like it was time as it's great to see people's works but I also want to see my own and challenge myself as well. I have a bunch of ideas but all the times that I've written down a list I've followed through completely, probably because of the highs and lows but I need to make it an Atomic Habit to keep drawing despite how I feel. I remember cranking out pictures years ago on Deviantart and hopefully I can rekindle that flame here.
It's nice that people favorite and watch me still which is endearing, but it also reminds me that I have room to improve and to be better as well. Also just drawing some of my older stuff better would be a good idea too.
The one thing that I've been currently working one, I have redrawn it several times, but sometimes your best doesn't come easily and also that I am my harshest critic too. I did make a new logo for my works, so that's something as well. I just really want to improve with my art and looking at tutorials should help as well.

General | Posted 8 years agoSo hey guys, been lurking for a long while and I figured that I would get back into things. I just figured I stop looking and start drawing. I got quite a few ideas to get down and I will get o it as soon as possible. I'm looking at a mix of Original content, Fan art and and Fur Affinity Fan art. I'm also planning to go to a furry convention this year too, so hopefully this will be a good 2018!
trying to remember a cartoon/show...
General | Posted 9 years agoI saw trailers for it on YouTube but it was about animal racing in a Grand Prix and it was in 3d, and the man character was a tiger I think. Was going to draw porn port of them...

I'm Back (To Rise!)
General | Posted 9 years agohttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6JapDyUwAu8
So where has the time has gone? Well between getting married and that DDOS attack that wiped out everyone's password I was sidelined because I tried to get my password back the hard way because the email I used was a corrupted, inaccessible email that I never actually changed so that was a bit on me.
Tried to email the support and got no response so I said F it for the longest. Didn't have much of a desire to draw even though I was still interested in it. I actually did some art but I just didn't feel like putting it up or inking it, etc. (even though I do have other websites).
So I put in another email again last year just out of sheer luck and the great AsiaNeko helped me out and got it fixed just like that! So I went through all the backlog and now here I am.
So I'm in the process of getting those pictures I did uploaded as well as working on new stuff, and also working on clean pictures for a new apartment/high rise that my wife and I will be moving into that accommodates artists of all types but I need to make a portfolio and get my art life world together. A. That did spurn my love for art back, which in turned B. Spurned my affinity for Adult art. So I'll be sure to keep them separate.
So about that art that I've worked on, so one of the things I did was a Crash comic of sorts, not exactly what I would call "pro" or even "I'll show people this" but I'll be uploading pages of that draft of it as well. I just remember being so amped on that project too.
so recently I did a 5k in under 24 minutes and then the day after I worked out hard at a not so local gym, needless to say I've been sore as hell for the entire week, but I'm feeling better now. Although I need lose a fight with a punching bag and now my knuckles are all scabbed up. Live and Learn.

Comic?
General | Posted 10 years agoSo I'm working on on a on a comic I thought about doing years back, well I had the concept of a comic but what I'm doing now is quite different to the original idea.
I want to keep it a secret for now and I have about 4 pages done of the estimated 8 pages. It's really exciting for me because I never really thought about (or thought I had the ability to do) a comic. I'm really enjoying it and if you know of my art history, you may have and guess ands to what the comic is about.
By the timeframe and time I'm looking to have all the pages done by this week and then I'll release each page when they are completed.

I'm back at it, MOTIVATED
General | Posted 11 years agoSo I've had a bunch of bumps from around last November or so to now but now I'm good in the good and suit and booted and ready to draw.
Well for starters I'm hiking about making this my main art depository, unless tumbler sways me over, but then again it's tumbler
I have a laundry list of art that I'm wanting to do, and with this job I got at January, I have plenty of time on the clock to draw while doing my job. The only thing is that it's a cubicle job so I have to hide the porn when I draw it, but I don't give a fug when I'm hear 40 hours a week I have to draw sometime.
Going to be moving downtown next week, shouldn't be too much of a problem. I'm going to miss living closer to the ground though. A lot more Ferma and whole less of the "Terra" is what good ol' Pete would say.
I'm open to commissions, trades and requests but the trades and requests will be ery limited, like two or three requests/trades a month. Yes that's compounded. I charge cheap for commissions, I'll throw in backgrounds and all that fancy stuff.

Chemical Brothers - Loops of Fury (Update journal)
General | Posted 12 years agoSo, where do I begin? Um, so I recently moved last Saturday, to a part of the town about 4 miles away but its better than were i was but slightly costly. It's okay though since I have family living with me and my girlfriend will live with me two when she comes back from the Bahamas. Due to the moving and family issues, it's been kinda difficult to get back into the groove, but I haven't lost it. I still have my list and I'm still motivated to finish it.
In that, a problem lies with art and uploading. Up to this time, I went to the library and uploaded it, and from where I was at it was a 30 minute walk. Now it's about an hour. So I'm either going to get a bike, a all in one Machine or both. Seeing as that's going to take some time until the funds look better i'll just go with what I can do (the library bit)
I actually have a commission from an employee from work. Pretty chill, cool dude...even though I administered my artistic talents for him myself (working dat charisma stat). If he remembers to pay me, I'm going to use that cash to buy some markers to colour it.
EXTERNAL JOURNAL NOTABLES

http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/5764754/ For muh artists there, this is for those who have trouble drawing, in the form of Art Blocks. Haven't read it yet, but I intend to.

April
General | Posted 12 years agoSo, first off, I'm going to be out of town and away from a scanner for almost a month, but I'll be sketching and inking, and reading and learning to be better, while money money during the process! I have lots off ideas written down and it's a goal get them all on paper this year, so unless I get a commission, I would want to do my goals first.
About doing requests, I don't it and I like it actually but there needs to be some ground rules.
1. You get two requests per month.
2. Only one pin-up and one adult/sex pic. In my eye any thing that's not a pin-up, or a solo pic is something that I should be pricing as a service, clearly for the amount of time and effort going into it, but I'm a nice guy and usually from others inspiration pushes my limits as an artist.
3. Requests will generally only be line work, if you want it coloured, YOU HAVE TO PAY.
4. Talk to me about certain fetishes please.
5. Requests are Original characters Donut Steel please, I just work better that way.
Stealing and Tracing: I read a journal by
Wolfy-Nail where he didn't care and he originally stole himself when he started. When I started out, I traced comics on the windows, and afterwards I kept drawing and got better to a point where I can trace with my eyes onto the paper. I don't condone tracing and stealing. Something that even professional artist (like Greg Land) does, while I don't have a problem tracing or using reference as a start up to what you want to do.
Does anybody know of anyone here who is selling their artwork in book form? That's one of the things I'm looking to buy in May.
I'm also going to try and get certified in Adobe Photoshop when I get a book to self-teach myself. Using the word of mouth is good but to inform people that you can colour the shit out of something is powerful, to me at least. I have confidence in my sketching 100%, but colouring, no. Hell no, which is why I want to get better at it, and I know it takes time and effort and carefulness.
Oh yeah, I think I might get that scanner/all in one doodad in May too, just because of late night works and I can't do anything until the next day, ya know. It's only a setback but having your own stuff is always nice.
I almost forgot to plug in an Anthro book that a friend of mine in DA has.

I might actually get it, if it's not too pricey, but just spreading the word around.

What's up FA 2014?
General | Posted 12 years agoSo where do I start? In July of 2013 was the last month of living in a townhouse with two "friends" of mine. I had gotten to the point of their incompetence and selflessness that I decided to go home, live with my mom and get back on track. At the time I had been working at McDonald's for 2 years now, working overnights, for shitty pay and being fed up with the "management" if one can call it that.
I sign up for a temp agency and get hired at a warehouse a week after and up and leave McDonald's to go work at a warehouse position. Now for the most part it started out good but then after a while I saw how shitty this place was becoming to me as well. People being the type of people who work in warehouses and see either the same people everyday or those who see people come and go and think nothing much of them (like myself).
Now at this time, which was August, I still had my computer with me but I had to ditch my computer monitor but I still had my Dell scanner with the broken printer device. So I guess the manager that worked with me on the docks thought I was good because I was smart, intelligent and knew what I was doing. Which in a simple docking job must mean something I guess. I was tasked with unloading and loading trucks, labeling boxes and odds and ends when we didn't have any work. Most of the money I got from this job was used for daily needs and helping out the family, so i really wasn't saving any money. The thing though was that the closer it got to winter the less trucks we were getting and less work overall, plus, the warehouse had little to no heating and was pretty big. I don't like sitting on my thumbs when I work so I had a plan to make money elsewhere.
I do medical volunteering for money, I consider myself quite healthy, I work out and I try to keep the junk food and crappy foods to a minimum. I signed up for a medical study in November of 2013 and up and left the warehouse too. I had a pretty easy study but when I got back I didn't really utilize the money properly. When my girlfriend was in the states I spent a bit on her and helping my mother out because she's disabled and on SSI and gets a check once a month.
Now where was all my art during this time? Mostly out in bumfuck and nowhere, because I wasn't truly as motivated as I am now. I have the living room but I don't have that solitude that I had for four years, but one has to give and take with these type of things. I did some art when I had my scanner but I was adjusting from using a computer monitor to using your HD TV as a computer monitor (thank you tv to CPU adapter cable).
I end up taking December off (do nothing basically) and January comes around and even more good things happen, note sarcasm. 1. My mom threw away my scanner because she thought it was broken entirely. When I moved in and/or at some time last year I told her the printing mechanics on the scanner doesn't work and she thought that meant it was kaput. So when that happened I lost a lot of edge to draw. 2. I do my taxes and I was going to use that to pay some bills but the IRS took what I owe them last year from this year and I received 1/5 of what I thought I was getting back. :( 3. I had contracted a disease and it wasn't fatal, but I couldn't do any medical studies until I got cleaned out, and that required time and money. 4. I still have bills to pay from last year's debacle of a year for me that includes a gas bill, a hospital bill and government taxes.
But now I feel like a changed man, because of motivation, the people around me (also being rid of negative people as well). I go to the library which has a pretty sweet scanner, I've written all my art ideas on paper since that seems to work better than typing it on a journal, I'm either going to get a job soon or get back on the volunteering scene soon, make money and go to college possibly this year. I have a woman in my corner who's there for me and makes me smile, I plan to make a portfolio and take that somewhere, I'm on Weasyl now with the same handle. I have a sketchbook and i'm looking to fill it all without tearing any pages out (something I've never done actually because I'm finicky like that, but I've clearly gotten better at sketching).
Strangely enough, I recently found out I had a Rule 34 page, and there was good comments on my sketch work. I think they really liked my Chowder stuff so I have to add that to my itinerary.
So it's good to be back, even though I didn't really leave as I was mostly lurking but I finally decided to put it out on the table.

General | Posted 13 years agoWell, being away from my sketchbook and having pieces to draw isn't making me feel any better but I'm doing my best up here and I'm not forgetting anyone. I've been reading up on Art though, though I haven't read anything on digital art techniques maybe I'll to a more traditional colouring style.
It's nice that FA is back but I've heard the mods and people in charge wanting to stop Sonic porn IIRC. I had thoughts about whole-heartingly going somewhere else. Possibly to inkbunny or Sofurry but I think I'll still stick it out here and keep everything up until someone says something to me.
I drew my two characters and I might start adding more characters and whatnot. One of which to be a giraffe. I'd like to do some character sheets as well.

Although I do have my hunger to draw again and I have my works to work on so I'm not forgetting you all. It seems that I'll be doing lots of studying and reading while I'm up here. I'll be back in St. Louis on the 18th.

So I'm going to finish up the Sonic/Mecha Sally piece...well for now.
I also want to do a series with MLP, and I originally wanted to use a self-insert pony, but as you saw from the scraps I wasn't getting a good feel for it. I mean, I know the male ponies faces are squared, but it feels weird when trying to anthro-ize them...if you seen Jay Naylor's MLP comics that's sort of what I'm trying to get at.
Got to work on my OC Characters.
Also some disney stuff as well...primarily Goof Troop, but we shall see.
Any suggestions would be great and considered.

Commissions, Requests, Trades and Miscellaneous Info.
General | Posted 14 years agoCommission, Requests and Trades are currently open. I'd like to get some work in with/for other people around the site, so hopefully that'll work out in my favor. Hit me up with a message/note if you are interested. I'm artistically up for almost anything.
Second, of you guys don't know, there's a new Canned Furry out with Tails and Vanilla. Good stuff, I may say. There will also be another Canned Furry out this year as well, so Yay.
That's about it for now, going to be drawing.

Rachet and Clank: lost tools of destruction
General | Posted 14 years agoSo, i ended up losing my art tools today in the weirdest fashion. While preparing to take my clothes to wash, i placed my skecthbook and pencil pouch in the basket. I walk to the laundromat which is right near my apartment and as i take my clothes to wash, my pencil pouch is not there.
I look ghrough my clothes and then retraced my steps but i couldn't find it at all. It sucks a little because i had that pouch and supplies for quite some time. Plus I was in a drawing mood at the time...(still am) but right now I'm trekking to get the pencil pouch. The closer art store has everything except the pouch unfortunately.
One thing I want to work on are some OC I had in mind for the longest to be written in a story. Perhaps I shall write down the surmise of that idea in the next journal?
Recently, I read the third volume of Darkwing Duck. It's really good. The writers are AND it's chock full of disney references and everything that makes Darkwing Duck awesome.
UPDATE: Yeah, after coming home I had a feeling I'd find it somewhere. I actually found it in my house. I have a closet that I place my basket in. I had my sketchbook and pouch on top of the basket and when I grabbed it the pouch fell off and in the closet. :/
So, I'd like to tackle some:
DISNEY: Morgana, LOONEY TUNES: Petunia, SONIC: Marine, NINTENDO: Fi,

Requests Journal PART 2 and other stuff.
General | Posted 14 years agoOkay, so I'm working on some requests right now. Well not, RIGHT now because I'm off to the store to get some art supplies. Since requests come up so often than commissions (BIG surprise) I wanted to make some rules and guidelines of requests from me...
1-2 requests per person. Two is if I dig what you're asking for.
Can preferably do fetishes depending on the fetish.
Will ABSOLUTELY NOT do M-M. Ask every other artist on this site for that.
Requests will not be coloured. Requests may be inked and shaded but not coloured.
I know I'm not great, but look at my gallery if you have an interest in drawing stuff for you. I like new challenges, but since you're not paying for this, don't expect me to go all EXCELSIOR on it.
You have until 10pmCST tonight if you want to get a request from me before I close it for a while due to working on requests, so note me, Yahoomessenger me, what have you...
About two weeks ago I had a tooth abscess on my gum line. Swelled my cheek up pretty bad. Had to get some antibiotics to get rid of it, but I'm fine now...but if you were wondering where I was after I drew all those pictures...that's were I was. IN PAIN.
Also...I am the friend that Porky Pig needs. i saw the entire season of Looney Tunes show and they did Porky like so wrong. Though, I guess I kind of sympthathise because I saw a LITTLE of me in his characterization :P. I want to draw some Petunia and Porky since Petunia wasn't in the first season AT ALL (and is to be voice by Grey Delesie of all people...!)
ON THE BLOCK
Crystalfox88 Two private requests. 1/2 done.
