Returning to do Commissions again
Posted a year agoI am returning, sadly, the job I had back in May was a seasonal job and I failed to find work within 4 months, this is the nature of living in California, where dreams die, anyways...
I am returning to reopen for commission, however things will be different and somethings be the same. First off, I am increasing the prices by 50% - 100% from their normal prices before, however there will be a trade off, I will actually put effort into my commission instead of offering my bare minimum, I will post the picture that I have put a lot of effort into, some people saw it and were shock that I could draw like this.
what to expect
-new price sheet
-improve art
-no more BG
-no more discounts
-change to wing its
-my work ethics will remain the same and effient
-better understanding of additional and characters
I am looking forward to seeing all of you on the 27th of this month when I open once again.

Posted a year agoHello everyone, for those who missed my previous journals, last week was my final week for commission and finally retiring, after the last 2 - 3 false alarms of "I'm retiring this is it" with a follow up to "my job fucked me over yet again! blah blah blah I live in California it sucks here", This time I have a proper job during this troubling economy and drought of work in the U.S. and I won't be fucked over this time.
Thoses who wanted a commission.... This is a small, a small chance something might go wrong with this job and dreadfully have to come back and do commissions again and I will raise commission prices by 25% -50% do to this shenanigan because some stupid shit went wrong specially minimum wage is increasing to 20$ an hour here in cali in June. I'm not saying to get your hopes up, just saying what I fear what will happen because all of my moral in life has been sucked out of me and I can only see the worse case scenario then I can see for a brighter future. "wow who would of guess, a Californian is a nihilist.".
Anyways~ what for the future if all of my chakras line up and I reach nirvana? Well, I'm going to buy a hell of a lot more art of course, so instead of seeing art of mine, there will be a lot of art I bought and with friends too. So yea, that.
What about my own art? maybe, it will be a rare treat, maybe even do Wing its on a rare bluest of moons, still won't give a heads up when I will post it, I will just post it with 3 slots. still lock to $10(15 if I get fucked over).
but yea, sorry if this sounds depressing and negative, but I was given 2 -3 other chances of saying "good bye i'm done!" journals in the past and my finality was rob from me, so i'm just bitter.
Thank you all who stuck with me for 13 years of drawing art and providing the content that you all came to watch me for.
