Artist for me will soon come to a end (important)
Posted 6 years agoAs you all know, if you don't know, i'm a university student and soon to graduate, and being a artist will soon come to an end for me for I will be seeking for a real job because being a artist is not a reliable income source, and it was never a passion for me, it more of a hobbies, and it is unrealistic to live off of art. I've had a long and good run in the fandom as a artist.
what does this mean for you exactly?
will, I am quiting being an artist, it was a fun 7-8 years drawing for everyone, I wish to proceed into the next chapter of my life
How long will you will be drawing art tell you stop?
it is very close, I am predicting 2 - x month from now, I will give a month in advance(if I can, no promises) that I will quit, I will be making announcement journal that I will be quitting
Will you be leaving the fandom?
No, I won't, I will still be active in the fandom, but just less art from me
What about all the art you owe in the past, or IOUs?
after a month of working and when I get my first(or second) paycheck, I will repay, or refund any purchase you guys made from me, I apologies if I couldn't finish your commission.
What is your career major?
IT and cyber security if anyone was curious, technician related work
But Servo, you'll lose all your followers and people will be angry and been waiting years to get your art, what about them?!?
I am very sorry for the people who been watching for years and wanted a commission for so long that could never afford it, I hope someone out there in the future has the exact same art style as me that you could settle with, there bound be someone out there.
What about your FA profile?
Well I will be removing the "artist" title off my page, along with the donation, and any other artist related things like my price sheet. i will change my title of artist to "retired Artist"
Is it to late to commission you?
No, not exactly, you guys have a few more commission opening tell I hang up my coat
What about the other websites you post on like Eka's or other media sites?
well, I will be closing down those profiles on those website, or abandon them completely, I have no use for them, and a lot of them I never used to be begin with like Inkbunny or Weasly
I am very sorry to all who loved my art and and lewds I made, but all things eventually come to a end... like dying, except im not dying in this situation, I'll still be around, the only big different is that instead of seeing art I draw on my page, there will be more payed for art from other art on my page because i'll have the money to do so.
