Next Year Alert…

The “Year of the Wood Snake” has certainly…been a year, so far, eh?
I’ve been thinking, and longing for something. That something, is special, near and dear to my heart; Alexander Spinosaurus Aegyptiacus. For those of you whom have watched me for a long time, or those that are in my circle of online pals, you know that Spino is my TRUE actual persona; my original. He has never left, I’d be a fool to get rid of my Dinosaur ^^;
He simply has been in the background, but now I wish to bring’em back to the foreground. I’ve loved Dinosaurs ever since I was 3 back in 1997, and still do to this day. Always will!
It is still the year of the snake, so T’erissk will still be around -no I won’t delete him or anything, but he’ll take a backseat or be in another “seat” as it were, since he’s part of Jurassia, my dwarf galaxy world.
Next year, or perhaps close to near next year, Alexander Spinosaurus will be back in full swing. Dunno if I’ll get any art and etc -though I’d love to. T’erissk was never a persona, he is just a prominent beloved character of mine.

SAURIS'TOK ANNOUNCEMENT
Posted 6 months agoHello everyone! Hope you're doing well, where ever you dwell.
I have made a decision regarding my Space Dinos and their clothing. After much consideration, as well as chats with good friends of mine -you know who you are cuties-, I've decided that:
* ALL of the Dinos are going to usually be referred to as "Sauris" or "Dinosauris". The latter meaning "Dinosaurian" in their language, which is the designation more or less, if it was in English. They are technically beings that resemble Dinosaurs, but up to a point. Their DNA template is based of different specific Dinosaurs from Terra, but only that -a basis. However, they are considered the Sauris'tok's ancestors. So "Semi-anthro Dinosaur-like monster beings".
* Secondly, due to my tastes, the Sauris'tok are all now different levels of naturally curvy/curvaceous, voluptuous and bottom heavy. However, not exaggeratedly, even I have my own limits.
This means they will usually or typically have big hips, wide hips, thick thighs and big/large to huge posterior at all times (or what passes as a semi-anthro butt). Some -like Zarus for example- will even "fight" to gain weight and biodata, in order to get even curvier, until they end up burning it off due to how Sauris'tok metabolism works.
Essentially, the Sauris'tok are a species of beings that are "andromorphs" or androgynous. They physically appear vaguely masculine yet have femmish proportions "mixed" in, and even asexually reproduce eggs. From a human perspective, that would mean ALL of the Sauris are scientifically female, but that's the limitation of humans so go figure. They are not meant to be a gender/sex, because there isn't any sexual dimorphism. Good explaining what sexual dimorphism is to a Dinosaurian, because they'll probably not understand or be confused.
* Their domestic or civilian clothing is heavily reminiscent of the Zonai from Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. That is to say, it is heavily Asian (Chinese, Vietnamese and Japanese I believe) mixed with Mesoamerican design and style. This means its revealing and loose -some even have open midriffs, to show off their tummy and body art, which may also inadvertently help the more...vore-inclined folks of the population. In addition, this means they'll wear "waistguards" well...around their waist (is that what they are called? There has to be a better word), as well as other forms of garments such as say, thigh-highs. They will even wear what passes as a shirt for them -some may not even cover their arms- and some will go bare chested and so on. Of course, when it gets cold and wet due to how Spring, Rainy/Monsoon Season, and Winter work on their world, they'll wear coats and other things to keep warm ,in additon to bulking or fattening up. Next, they'll also wear ornamentation along their arms wrists and fingers, even shoulder-neck cuirass of various metal -like bronze, silver, gold, alexandrite, and etc. Different clothing and pattern styles will indicate say, your profession, job, and etc. Everyone is permitted to wear certain stylish clothes of this. Said clothes do actually help them show off their *ahem* physique and figure, which is not actually looked down on either.
However, folks are not required to wear clothes. They can go au natural, because there are not naughty bits to see. Those who DO go "naked" are usually seen wearing backpacks of some sort, and or tailbags too.
These clothes are from their tribal period long long ago, but it stuck with them, because if it works and folks are comfortable with it, then why get rid of it right? Sure aprons and etc exist too, but everyone has their traditions after all.
* Their militaries also wear aspects of these clothes, but as a "second layer" or on top of what they wear. So for example, they could have armor or a battle dress uniform of sorts, but then have a waist guard and shoulder cloth, said cloth would be of a specific color or pattern, which can show rank and etc. It is less obvious compared to say, wearing armor of all one color so you stick out like a Russian jeweled egg and wonder why you suddenly have crosshairs on your forehead, due to how important you are!
All in all, especially domestically- the Sauris are tribal in clothing design and choice, as well as ornamental, yet advanced and do have not as showy garb depending on what's going on.
* I looked it up and discussed with said good friends, and figured out that my world is actually STEAMPUNK. This is due to the technology aesthetics, architecture, and so forth being reminiscent of the late 1800's into the early 1900's to the "Interwar" period. With only a minor sprinkling of 1940 and science fiction. This ain't Dieselpunk (even if I do like that too). Said architecture is somewhat like China, Japan, Thailand/Siam and Vietnam, with India; for example, the Ornthician Emperor's palace looks kind of like the Chinese Forbidden Palace of old, mixed with India's Taj Mahal.
* In saying this, the Sandarii -the Titanoboa nagas- architecture is Thai, Indian and Egyptian in style here and there without being exactly one in purity.
Both the Dinos and Serpents are not simply copies of some Earth culture, I took aspects I enjoy, and mixed them together/ did MY own thing with them. Its aesthetically pleasing and very fascinating to me, and lovely to see. Its MY decision.
* They have a feudalistic society, in the way that they have an Emperor (and in the Sauris'tok Commonwealth era, they have individual Emperors, but Emperor S'tormhorne is THE Emperor of the whole thing.), as well as a bunch of aids and so on that help, because as we all know, ruling a country and "empire" (the Dinos prefer to call it a commonwealth!), is hard work by yourself. For Emperor S'tormhorne, keeping an entire Commonwealth of roughly 20 billion folks is VERY stressful, hard work.
* They do not use farming, due to viewing that as violating the land. Instead, they use hunter-gathering, but do not over indulge on what they hunt or take. Usually its safer to do these tasks or activities in a pack or herd, because as beautiful and lush as their world is, it is quite dangerous depending where you go. Upon hunting or gathering something, it is taken back to the community, so ti can thrive and everyone benefits. Meanwhile the hunters or gatherers, get to keep part of what they found for themselves; it is fair, and because of how time consuming it can be, skill-based it is, and how dangerous it can turn out to be (sometimes folks never come back because something ate them or killed them), they ought to have their own share of the subject matter. It is not a thankless job, everyone is grateful! ^_^
Some point, I may write/type subjects in Word like I did with the Rapcsis Dromaeo Imperialis, but one step at a time. This Journal is the "general" idea or a helpful basis.

Airplane Dream

Had a really cool dream for once, thought i would share:
It was the RAF vs the Soviet Air Force. I was part of the RAF, and we were fighting very unusual soviet planes. One was a jet, but very very slow. So it COULD move faster than normal, but only just.We were in super props, so we could maneuver and keep up just.We had near-gatling gun speed weapons to make up for lack of jets.I was harassing and shooting a strange Soviet “gunship plane” as it was called.
It looked like the front end if an Mi-24 D (cockpit half), but the body was a “small” b-17.My bullets were not doing enough, so i “rammed” them in such a weird way, that i “landed” on them. Opening the cockpit, i was able stick one of my feet out, and stomp on the plane. Enough that it started to crack and break apart in half like a cookie.
I jumped back into my own plane, and flew to safety, reporting the enemy destroyed. Got a few cheers on the radio as we continued the fight, defending the area.
It was a very thrilling dream

Birthday Snake!! <3
Posted 8 months agoHello everyone, hope your February is going splendidly! It's that time again, after what feels like ages in of itself, I am one year older; age 31. Inconveniently, my special day is on a school day, but that is okay, can properly celebrate it on Friday or the weekend in some form or fashion ^_^
I want to thank my family, as well as those nice people I met in real life and online, for being there for me, and being great people.
Forever am I thankful, for what I have and how far I have gotten in life thus far, as well as grateful for my Mother being the best Mom ever, as well as my Grandmother and Aunt as well.
Last but certainly not least, thank you my family, and my friends, for what you have done for me. You rock!

Posted 8 months agoHappy Year of the Snake, folks! While the year may be off to a rocky start, just do your best to make it through, find happiness as best you can, as well as good fortune.
Please be safe everyone, and let the Snake guide you to good fortune and wisdom this year.
Speaking of guidance, I decided to switch to my TitanoConda Naga, T'erissk from my extra-dimensional world and dwarf-galaxy, Jurassia. You see, I figured since the Year of the Dragon ended, it was thematically appropriate to be my Titanonaga, T’erissk. Thought it’d be cute for him to eat Grei, and give him a vacation, in his guts, since it’ll be year of the snake and such. Having been Grei and enjoying it for so long since August 30th, 2019, it is time to give him a rest from the stress and worries he/I went through. I will always love Shoutmon and hold him close and dear to my heart, even see him as a role-model as well. A few months ago, I had a very haunting and worrying dream regarding Shoutmon being killed and overridden by Agumon, whom was jealous that I loved Shoutmon over him, and it freaked me out, hearing the writhing and sounds of pain. It made me tear up in my nightmare seeing and hearing it, being helpless to help Shoutmon and destroy Agumon for such a thing. Because of that, I want to keep my little Shouty Grei safe and close, the bessst way I know how! As a result, I thought it would be wholesome and cute to gobble up the worried and tired rocker dragon, and have been draining him of his worries and stress for the entire month; giving him a looooooooong for the rest of the year~
While that happened, he's been stewing and churning away in my tail's midsection; the little guy is so full of energy, that they'll be needing an indefinite vacation as sentient-pudge along my coils. Though it is a bit more mandatory and enforced vacation; Grei won't be able to move on his own, bulge out, or speak. Just focusing on resting, recuperating and hibernating like the good dragon he is. Meanwhile, I'll be assimilating his essence, attributes and memories, into my own -for safe keeping and a nourishing excess of energy to strengthen myself.
I am doing this also, because I wish to redefine myself, and have actually been enjoying and getting very comfortable as my enormous Titanoboa naga, especially because I love reptiles a lot, ever since I was small and still do. Just feels like the right thing to do, not just thematically, but personally. Sssuch a succulent musical fellow like my little king, ought to take break from...well, everything really. If someone isss to take care of him, it may as well be me~
Something deep inside me just...feels right being my serpent character I created; perhaps my affinity, how I react negatively to the cold pretty fast compared to other people I know, and just how it "mentally feels". If that is understandable.
Ssso, not only does the little musical Dark Virus King get a vacation, ressst and much needed destressing, I get a rare delicacy to add to my lengthy, thick scaly tail, yes? Do not worry, I am NOT GETTING RID OF KING SHOUTMON GREI, it would be a snow ball's chance in hell before I ever dream of doing that. It is how one of my new recent friends says, "Putting him on ice" -or is it coilsss now, haha? It is more akin to an indefinite vacation of "tempvore". Grei will be sssafe, but certainly not "around" anymore either for the time being...perhaps beyond, depending how I feel.
Do not worry about that cutie rocker dragon. He isss in good handss...or coils. I sshall see to it, he will not ever need to leave his 'new' throne~

Posted 8 months agoPlease have a great day today, and for fellow Americans that are a minority like myself, especially of African-American descent, do not take Civil Rights for granted.
It is bloody miracle and blessing we even HAVE it. Things may not fully look or feel different, but it is. Please be happy and thankful those who came before us fought as hard as they dud, including those whom were sympathetic to our plight and plea.
Thank you all whom fought -and even died- to get us this far. Hopefully true equality will be a reality someday, even if it’s not in our life time. Hope can sound hollow, but it can go a longer way than being a defeatist.

Posted 8 months agoSsssalutations everyone! Hope you are doing well, where ever you live. Last year was Wood Dragon’s year, and now it is Snake’s turn. As such, I figures it would be appropriate to be T’erissk the TitanoConda this year ^_^
Grei the Virus King Shoutmon may be a little…busy or occupied this year, but don’t fret, he issss okay, just resssting~

In other news, been playing Mass Effect (late 2024); i had not picked it up since 2023, and finished ME2 Legendary. Now that I am in ME3 Legendary -both Me1 through Me3 legendary are modded- its time to finally beat it! So far the game is pretty good, might replay it with more mods as an experiment.
Some point, I will get back to playing Red Dead 2, and I plan to play Trepang2, which one of my long time friends got for me (you know who you are~). I also want to beat Black Mesa (never beat Xen), and also do more Call to Arms Conquest filming.
Not sure how much of that will he done, but its something.
As for New Years Resolution, I will try to get to my classes on time, and try not to be late. As well as procrastinate less. Not ashamed to admit I am guilty of that.
My relatives went home a day or two ago, we had a lot of fun late December, and I am glad they came out to visit. ^^

Rest Easy, James Earl Jones
Posted a year agoJames Earl Jones, born in 1931, has died today at the age of ninety-three.
This man endured World War 2, and more. Which to me is very impressive.
I myself, from childhood remember him as the voice of Darth Vader, with his amazing, deep voice and and skill bringing the character to life alongside the actor David Prowse (who wore the suit) back in the Original Trilogy. In addition, he was the voice of Mufasa from Lion King, giving an air of authority as a ruler, yet warmth of a father to Simba, all at once.
Now I may not have played it, but in Tiberian Sun, James Earl Jones plays as your commander, which for fans of Tiberium Universe, know that James Earl Jones was you, in the first game.
Regardless of how you remember him, and how close you hold him to your heart, he was a great man. I certainly hope his family, and everyone who enjoyed whom he was and what he had done, will remember and cherish their memories, of him.

Not sure if the news has spread just yet, but I found out only a few minutes ago, that
SpottedSqueak has passed away suddenly. Unknown how recent or when it exactly happened, but I learned of the news from two people I watch here on the site.
As an artist, they were very very skilled and outstanding. As a person, I want to believe they were kind and a good person.
I certainly hope their passing away was painless, and that their family was with them when it happened.
To any of those that may have actually known him personally -not just his family-, I hope you will remember him as he was, and cherish the happy memories.

Small “Confession”

I really love sea creatures -not just because i LOVE seafood -, as they are fascinating in shape, ecological niches, and just how…alien they are compared to the surface world we live on. In addition, I have big affinity for sharks, both feral and anthro alike. Though i do prefer male-shaped one more; what, I have an affinity for bulky, muscular, musclegut, fat/chubby males, do not judge. Anthro cephalopods are quite exotic too, and very lovely, in addition to Orcas.
Yes, Orcas ARE in fact dolphins, or simply put, in the dolphin family. Just really…REALLY big dolphins, with a penchant for seals and the like.
I had been a certified scuba diver since I was ten years of age, and while i have a “small” phobia of the ocean -all you island dwellers, you have my deepest respect- it is a fascinating world! Hard to believe North America -also called “Rodinia”- was all underwater so long ago; you can see this in geological finds, as well as the “Pinnacle National Park” on the West Coast. Its gorgeous, visit it!
Suffice to say, I love Shark, Orca and Cephalo men >w<

Operation Overlord Day
Posted a year agoHello one and all, today 80 years ago in 1944, June 6th on a Thursday, OPERATION: OVERLORD began. Brave soldiers of the Allies, through careful coordination and some setbacks, launched an amphibious invasion landing at the beaches of Normandy, France. Many American, British, Canadian and other Allied force lost their lives that day, in a brave attempt to liberate France, and push the Axis forces back to its European homelands. Not to overshadow OPERATION: AVALANCHE -the invasion of Italy by General Patton, and General Omar Bradley to name a few- of course, which occurred in September 3rd, 1943. Through a trio of long and hard months of fighting, OPERATION: OVERLORD was a success, sending Germany retreating across Seine, marking the beginning of the end for the Axis in Europe on the Western Front.
Let us remember and honor those whom were lost in those days, be it a great great uncle, great great grandfather, and alike. Remember, that liberation of that scale is won by the brave and bold, so that the rest of us may live the lives we have now.
Thank you, to ALL that did their duty, and fought bravely those many years ago. Please continue to rest peacefully, where ever you may be.

Pure Predator?
Posted a year agoWhat is it like? I myself am a pred, however there are times I feel preyish around certain characters. Sometimes it is just nice to take a break, and relax in a belly…I kinda feel solace or happy in a tummy from time to time, despite being a predator myself. Not sure what kind of pred that makes ME, but it is what it is.

As in they are feral shaped (so not humanoid or anthro), but are muscular and potentially musclechub? Not hyper mind you.

Today is my Birthday, February 4th, 1994; making me 30 years old now! Going to be going out with my mother and one of our awesome friends to hand out today as well.
Just glad to have made it this far to age 30 with decent happiness and what I have; I am grateful for my Mother being awesome, friends that I have known in real life and online, and for what I have.

Uniform Colors
Posted a year agoHi everyone! Hope February is treating you well! Hard to believe my birthday is coming up.
Onto the topic though:
In the world of Sauria, if you have been keeping up, it is a Dieselpunk-Steampunk hyrbid (leaning more towards the former), where its looks aesthetically 1910’s-1949. As such, the aesthetics and technology resembles that time frame, albeit with aliens twists and turns, as well as great advancements!
Regarding the armies of each Dinosaur nation, their uniforms color-wise are different, and look somewhat different from each other due to doctrine differences and etc.
For the Ornithician Commonality, that is the nation of Beaked-Dinosaurs, their uniforms are predominantly brownish, as well as forms of Khaki; Khaki is especially used in desert or dry environments. More or less, they are a homage to the British Commonwealth Battle Dress Uniform of Ww1, Interwar and elements of the second World War. Tailored for their body shape and structure of course.
For the Dromaeo Imperium, that is the nation of Dromaeosaurid (raptors), their uniforms are predominantly grey with blue helmets, roughly based a variant of the French World War 1 uniform coloration.
As for the Diloph Union, that is the Dilophosaurus and Crylophosaurus species; located roughly below the Imperium map wise, their uniforms tend to be a pale brown, somewhat resembling Imperial Japan’s uniform colors, though some helmets in forested areas are green, resembling a color scheme of the North Vietnamese.
Regarding the Tyrant Concordant, that is large theropods, their uniforms tend to be olive drab variations similar to Canada and the US in coloration, and somewhat resemble the Ornithicians in design to an extent; they like their olive drabs compared to the brown and khakis of the beaked dinos.
As for the Neutrals (they do not necessarily have a name), their uniforms tend to be yellowish-khaki and grey, so they standout compared to everyone else. While they do not attack, nor hold ill-will like the other nations, they are capable in small-scale battle. They consist of Therizinosaurus and are associated with Allosaurus, whom work alongside them as Irregulars (mercenaries).

Was wondering if anyone wanted to ask something about my Dinosaur World? Just as small refresher:
-The Sauris'tok home world is actually an enormous Ringworld that is 1.5 Astronomical Units (AU) in circumference; for comparison, the Ring structure is the circumference of Mars' orbit of Sol.
-There are 13 segments with designation names.
-Their world is called Sauria (I like to keep it simple).
Otherwise feel free to ask me questions about the Sauris'tok Commonality, and I shall do my best to answer! Please keep it civil if at all possible, thank you~
