0,01) I am normal creator of content as most of users here.
0) My goal as artist =to make users enjoyed their new art, and comeback for more,
thats a main rule of my service, and IF anyone, someday gets unsatisfied, take it easy :)
you always can try to find other artist for your next art project -users are not looking for bad mood here.
0.5) If long time we work both enjoyed together, nice/easy and without big troubles,
i may give you discounts, art bonuses etc. I will notice you, no questions from newcomers about it pls.
1) If you got any extra TOS requirements, or question -ask me about it via notes.
I don't speak fluent english, so please, just wait for my answer, even if it requires a day or two etc.
it's too hard to answer always immidiately.
Payment: via PAYPAL only (xtra options may come soon)
-You can get a Sketch/WIP (if you message me that you want one)
to approve your commission/YCH auction before I finish your picture.
When I finish the sketch and started lineart creation- you can ask only for minor changes,
all extras on my desicion always.
-All Commissions/YCH auctions are done DIGITAL and you will get a High-Resolution and a Web-Version JPG File of your Picture.
-The Copyright of the final image will stay with me. You are allowed to use your picture for Non-Commercial use only (Upload the Web-Version to your gallery, use it as an avatar, print posters for yourself and friends etc.)!
I have the right to upload the Commission to my galleries and use if for prints in artbooks, portfolios etc. (However, i will not recolor your commission for other people or things like that, I respect your commission as yours, of course.)
If you want to buy Commercial Usage Rights please ask for a quote.
Refunds
If I have not started your sketch, you can cancel the commission/YCH auction and get full payment back.
After this, no refunds are given. If you cancel the commission/YCH auction during the drawing process, I will keep your full payment.

Commission Information:
-Must give a good digital reference.
-Descriptions are accepted, but i use my own vision on that way, with all art creations,
so desicions on me, as i am artist, so please be ready to trust my taste too.
Reference/or artwork link of image with your character, maybe color swatches,
or other helpful images/links, + maybe detailed discretion given,
all it= best way for us to undestand eachother, otherwise- i ill decline your project.
-I have the right to refuse service to anyone.
-Do not constantly request for progress updates. I send wips on my choice.
-Commissions/YCH auctions take time, as I can't always be on the computer and drawing.
-I own full copyrights to my art. The customer will be paying for the service, not the copyrights.
Deadlines and Edits:
-For mistakes that I as an artist have made, please tell me and I will fix them ASAP.
It is no problem at all, but on some creation stages -changes may not be done,
so all about edits- its on my desicion mostly, your guarantee =my wish to make you combeck for
getting more commission art, -just saying for users who can try to go overcrazy about edits.
-Usually i work really quick, - doesnt mean at low quality level,
that mean i work focused on current artwork only, creation goes well, so speed is fine too.
If you wan't name any art Deadline date =tell me about it before you pay,
since deadline date -may be declined at the start_stage before payment received,
Deadline can be cancelled if big part of creation term customer go offline/ stop give feedback.
-If a deadline is missed by my fault, the commission will be half refunded.
-Usually, for my workspeed 1-3-4 days it's enough to finish normal artwork project,
about a week for hard one, 2-weeks or month for epic lvl,
but unfortunately most of users here cannot afford top lvl art, so we
may discuss xtra details via notes..
I'm doing drawings in order which they were given to me, when it's time for your drawing I'll have one month max to do it after payment recieved.
Customer Rights:
-The customer does not pay for the rights of the art, they pay for the service. If one would like to buy the rights to the art, please discuss this before sending payment.
-Prints or copies of any kind of any of my artworks may not be sold by anyone but myself
-The artwork is for personal use only unless discussed and agreed upon before payment is received.
-Artwork may be re-posted onto approved sites if it has been made for the commissioner, but written credit must be stated clearly where the image is posted.
-Approved Sites: Tumblr, DeviantArt, Furaffinity, Weasyl, Inkbunny, Livejournal, Twitter, E621, Charahub, F-List, Sofurry, and Facebook. If the image is wished to be uploaded on a website not specified then you must discuss it with me.
-The customer has the right to color line art that they have bought, or have someone else color it. Resizing for use as an avatar is fine, but no further edits are allowed.
-The Customer may not, under any circumstance, edit a piece aside from what was previously stated. If it has to be fixed, ask me and I will fix it.
-None of my art may be entered in contests.
-My art may not be used as as watermarks, logos, covers (books, CDs, etc), ads, etc. without discussing it before payment is given (private use only as stated above).
-The customer may request a refund, see Refund Policy below.
-The customer may ask for updates, but please refrain from asking any more then necessary.
My Rights as an Artist:
-I may post commissioned/YCH auction works on any of my accounts.
-I may put any commissioned/YCH auction works into my art portfolio.
-I may enter commissioned/YCH auction works in contests and art shows.
-I may sell prints of commissioned/YCH auction works.
-I may cancel a commission/YCH auction and issue a refund. See refund policy below.
-I have the right to decline any commission/YCH auction before money has been exchanged.
-When a client contacts me for work, they agree that my TOS supersedes any TOS the client might have
-I have full rights to the commissioned/YCH auction artwork.
Progress pictures and Streaming:
-Upon request, I can show progress pictures such as Sketches, lines, and Flats. However, keep in mind that this hinders the process.
-Edits are allowed to be requests with progress shots.
-Livestreams may be requested, but will always remain private and have an added fee.
-I will not redo commissions/YCH auctions for free unless there has been a major mistake on my part.
-Speedpaint videos may be requested, but will have an added fee.
-If a Speedpaint is requested, progress shots will no longer be allowed.
Refunds:

-If a refund has been requested but the commission/YCH auction has been started, a partial refund will be issued.
-I may issue a refund if I see fit for any reason.

-I am not responsible for any drama or issues that may arise if I am commissioned to draw for someone who is not comfortable with me drawing them.
-If you have had someone commission me for a picture of your character and you are not comfortable with the image, please contact me privately to take it down.
If there is anything you may disagree with please contact me. Perhaps we can work something out, but this is not a guarantee.
Disclaimer:
It is not my legal responsibility to make sure that a customer agrees to the Terms of Service when commissioning me.
It is the customers responsibility to read the Terms of Service in full and agree to it as a whole or ask questions if they are uncomfortable or confused with some things stated.
If one does not ask then I shall assume that the Terms of Service has been read in its entirety and everything stated has been agreed to.
The Terms of Service is here to protect the customers as well as the artists and is completely necessary.
