It having been 2 mo. since my previous upload, I figure another status update is needed.

I'm still working on improving technique, but I'm still caught up in trying to balance work and this FA account.

I've got a lot of content queued up that hasn't been scanned yet.

I set commissions to closed a week ago, but I'm thinking of opening them again, offering lineart and highlights.

I'll post a few more pics tommorrow. It might be about a week that I'll have a new pricesheet finished.


If anyone has any suggestions for offers when commissions are opened again, please let me know.

Commissions

Feel free to use this google form for commissioning. I'll be open when commissions are open, which I'll keep updates on my FA page and in journals.
Also don't hesitate to email me (robakusatheartist@hotmail.com) for questions/comments/etc. PM's are fine too. I won't respond to commission requests via email though (use the form.)

Details are in the form. Linked reference images are a great help.

References can be anything. Character ref pages, photos or people of a certain build or weight, costumes, pop culture references, etc.

Please be open and clear in your description. I may not understand certain slang or jargon, and may just ask what you mean.

Be explicit and dirty to your heart's content. I won't be offended at all, and will let you know what I feel about drawing certain kinks. Scroll down and you can find a list of kinks/fetishes that are more or less off the table.

I you don't provide a paypal email, I will send you the invoice to your contact email.


After submitting your form

I will look over the form and shoot you an email either asking for more clarification or to confirm before I send an invoice.

Response may take up to 24 hours, as I've got other obligations.

If there are no slots available, I will let you know and will not send an invoice.

Updates on available slots will be kept in the current commissions journal.

(I'll try to hold on to commission information sent to me in the case my queue is full.)


I will send you invoice, which must be at least partially paid for before I begin doing work.

(I'm still getting used to paypal invoices at the moment. Just bear this in mind.)


Commissions may take up to 1 week.

I will send a low-res, watermarked sketch and ask if there are character/costume/prop/scenery details that have been missed or are incorrect.

I will send up to 2 confirmation sketches in total

When done, I will send you a final email with a hi-res and low-res version of the commission attached.


Refunds

If an emergency comes up, to my ability I will issue refunds for all commissions that haven't been finished.

Refunds may be issued for individual unfinished commissions that have been so for one month.

If there is an emergency on your end, email about your situation and then issue a charge back.
Work will be suspended, and you will be unable to request any more commissions until the first one has been paid for.


Distribution

Feel free to repost/use your commission image anywhere/way you please.

Unless it is a private commission, I retain the right to use commissions for advertising on my galleries and in advertisments promoting my services.

Excessive gore/torture
Genital vore/mutilation

I will draw most fetishes/kinks, but feel free to ask via email about specifics.

At my discretion, there may be commissions with certain kinks/fetishes that I won't post on my gallery, in which case I'll let you know.
A fee won't be applied for this.


Age confirmation

Clients must be at least 18 years of age.

The age stated on your FA page will be used for proof.

If I find a reason to be suspicious about your age, or if you are under 18, I will cease all contact.


Other Notes

Just keep in mind that you are paying an artist to interpret and express what you described.

If details are missing or incorrect, I will work to correct those mistakes before I send you a final image.

However, if you are unsatisfied with how characters/elements came out technically, I will not be able to provide fixes or refunds, as effort has already been spent.

I've been taking a break for a couple months, introspecting and the like.

I think it was being forced to draw on paper when my computer was down that I started focusing on my technique more.

I'm currently doing perspective/form drills here and there, and just getting myself to keep reference open at all times while drawing, and I think I see some improvement.

I should be back to regularly uploading and (hopefully) continuing to build this account up.

I've finished setting things up for taking commissions now!

There's a pricesheet and TOS whipped up, though I'm going into all of this as a trial. Prices are going to be low for a while, just to so I can start with minimal pressure.

I'm hoping this could light some fire up my ass to really tackle my art interest.

Ok. Time for an update.

As has been the case for months, I've been still working on building momentum in uploads, while still finding an overall niche.

A few days ago I was backing up music files when suddenly my computer started making is awful motor-like noise. Turns out it was my hard drive. Thankfully I was able to backup all art-related files, but I've got a few more days until I can get an SSD up and running.

Meanwhile I've switched back to paper, figuring I can get some sketches done to keep me on my toes.

On the bright side, this has been a great wake-up call. At this point I can't make guarantees about commissions, but this whole thing might be helping.

I've been pretty silent up until now, building up an most adult gallery of what I hope is at least halfway decent content.

I want to be just a tad more communicative, really using the site to it's full potential. It'll be a bit of a slope, but one worth scaling.

I've told some people I'd be ready for commissions "by the end of the month". Last time I said that it was (I think) June.

The things that I have next to complete (as I think I've built up enough of a gallery) are drafting a TOS (perhaps a frankenstein of what I can find on this site and DA), a organization system of some sort, and a few other things I haven't listed.


This entry is a bit rushed, have work and other life matters. Just wanted to start an active journal with /something/ at least.
