❗IMPORTANT NOTE ON PAYMENT & COMMUNICATION❗
I am located in a region with restricted internet and financial access. Please read the following points carefully, as they directly affect our transaction.

By commissioning me, you agree to these terms:

1. PAYMENT & FINANCIAL TERMS

- Currency: USD (United States Dollar).
- Method: Payment is processed through a trusted third-party associate's PayPal account. You will receive an invoice from this account. This associate is NOT the artist and is only handling financial logistics. You may also pay with the "Friends and Family" option.
- IMPORTANT: If using "Friends and Family," do not write any comments in the payment note. Payments with notes will be refused.
- Required Confirmation: After sending payment, you must notify me of the exact amount sent and/or provide a payment screenshot. This is required so I can confirm the transaction with my payment associate.
- Timing & Options:
- Standard (100% Upfront): Full payment is required after sketch approval before I proceed to lineart. For YCH auctions with a visible sketch, payment is due immediately upon winning.
- Payment Plans: Available for commissions over $80. You must request a payment plan BEFORE placing your order. A minimum 50% deposit is required after sketch approval. The remaining balance can be paid in one or multiple parts as work progresses (e.g., you could pay 20% before lineart and 30% before final rendering). The final high-resolution file is delivered only after the full balance is received.
- Holds: A slot can be held for up to 2 weeks without payment, unless otherwise agreed for large orders ($200+). You must explicitly request a hold when placing your bid or order.


2. COMMUNICATION & DELAYS

- Primary Contact: FA Notes, Discord, Instagram, or Toyhouse (I am rixizzo on all platforms; links are in my bio) or email windyfox6.5.11[at]gmail.com
- Potential Delays: My country experiences periodic, total internet shutdowns imposed by the government, during which I cannot access any social media or emails, even with a VPN. These are force majeure events beyond my control.
- If I Am Unresponsive: If I disappear after receiving payment, please wait at least 14 days and continue trying to contact me. I will return as soon as access is restored and will provide updates. Please do not publicly defame or file claims against the PayPal account holder, as they are an uninvolved intermediary. All disputes must be handled directly with me, the artist.


3. PROCESS & REVISIONS

- Stages: Sketch → Lineart → Flat Colors → Shading/Rendering → Final.
- Feedback & Revisions: You must provide all feedback and request revisions at the sketch and lineart stages. Once I move to coloring and rendering, only minor adjustments (e.g., small color shifts) are allowed. Major changes requested after approval of a stage may incur an additional fee.
- Turnaround Time (Estimated Completion Time): It's not a strict deadline, but a guideline for how long I usually take): I work as fast as I can, but due to potential internet outages, I cannot guarantee strict deadlines. I will provide progress updates whenever possible. My current estimated turnaround time is 2-4 weeks for art commissions, 1 week for YCHs. Given the variable complexity of animated commissions and YCHs, I will provide a personalized timeframe estimate after discussing your specific project. This will be communicated before any work begins.


4. REFUND POLICY

- I do not offer refunds once work has begun, due to the complex nature of my payment processing. Please be certain before approving the sketch and sending payment.
- If I must cancel a commission due to extreme circumstances, I will provide a full refund through my associate.

5. WHAT I WILL & WILL NOT DRAW

- I Enjoy Drawing: Anthro/furry characters of any species, fanart (with credit), OCs, suggestive themes, and some NSFW/fetish content. When in doubt, please ask first!
- Ask First / May Refuse: Themes involving self-harm scars, heavy depressive subjects, certain religious iconography, or intense kinks. I reserve the right to refuse any request that makes me uncomfortable. But feel free to ask!
- I Will NOT Draw: Humans, hateful/illegal content (ped0philia, z00philia, n@zi/r@cist imagery, etc.), feral x anthro, real-world politics, or anything intended to harm or harass individuals/groups.

- Adding a second (or more) character to a commission costs the same as the base price of that character's type.
- Example: A chibi ($10) with a second chibi = $10 + $10 = $20.
- Shared backgrounds and items are counted once. Unique items per character are added separately.

Important Note: You must provide a clear visual reference for your character. This can be a reference sheet, multiple images showing front/back views, or detailed previous artwork. Descriptions or mood boards alone are not sufficient. I cannot be held responsible for design inaccuracies if adequate references are not provided. Also I can only accept image files (like .png/.jpg) or links from Toyhouse/Google Drive/Imgur for security reasons. I cannot open .zip, .rar, .exe, or other compressed/executable files. If your ref is in one of those, a screenshot or re-upload would be perfect!

6. COPYRIGHT & USAGE

- I retain the right to display, distribute, and reproduce the commissioned artwork in my portfolio, social media, and for self-promotion unless the client specifically requests otherwise prior to the start of the commission. Such a request may incur a privacy fee (typically 20-40% of the commission price), as it significantly limits my ability to use the work for professional growth.
- When I post the artwork, I will credit the character's owner (e.g., "Art by me, character belongs to @Username"). If you (the client) wish to remain anonymous and not be credited or tagged, you must inform me before I post the artwork.
- You (the client) receive a personal-use license. You may repost the art with credit, use it as icons, or make personal prints. You may NOT resell it, claim it as your own creation, remove my signature, or use it for commercial purposes (merch, games, NFTs) without a separate, written commercial license.


7. DELIVERY

- You will receive final files in PNG, JPEG, or GIF format at a standard resolution (e.g., 2000x2000px or as agreed). Higher resolutions may be available upon request.
- Files are delivered via DA Sta.sh, Discord, Email, or Google Drive as preferred by the client.
- Please download and back up your files. I am not responsible for permanent archiving.

8. CREDIT

- Please credit me as rixizzo when posting the artwork online.
