As some of you who follow my Twitter may know, I was laid off last month, and am now unemployed.
I am still working on my outstanding list of commissions (listed in the journal footer), but while I work on these I have been taking warm-up commissions to serve as a small form of income. I am working hard to finish my current commissions so that I can open for new ones in order to provide for myself during this time of unemployment.

That being said:

When I do open for new commissions, I will be open for any type listed on the commissions tab found on my profile page. If there is a commission type that is not listed, I will be happy to give you a quote on any idea you may have :)

While I am working on current commissions, I will be taking warm-up commissions, usually 2 slots every 1-2 days. I have been opening for these via Twitter (Remy__Wolf), but I want to offer them here as well.

Warm-ups are $20 for inks, $25 for flat color. These are in a slightly toonier style, so they are cost less than my normal inks/flat colors!

If I try to type out details I will end up writing a novel so I'll just put up some highlights of each day!

Thursday:
- Found Fluke, Jibba, and too many others to name in a room and played a game of King's Cup which I -ALMOST- lost (that would've been a baaaaad start to the con haha)
- SCORPION BOWLS AT TRADER VICS with lots of lovely people,
-  xedgewolfx's AWESOME DJ set, where I danced like a happy idiot :D
- Made it until about 2am and then passed out since I'd only had a couple hours of sleep the night before

Friday:
- Floor Wars!
- ELITIST PARTYYYYY for a few hours, with Skroy and Rawkz0rz DJing
-  skroy's fucking phenomenal set at 1am, where I danced and jumped on stage the entire time! I can;t even explain how amazing it was to be there for that ;w;
-  rawkz0rz's killer set at 2am, where I continued to bounce around on stage until we got kicked off, and then later proceeded to get back on the stage because it was THAT GOOD.
- I was exhausted but wanted to hang out more with and the other folks in his room, some of whom I'd just met. I ended up staying up all night with them, and then running through downtown Atlanta in a kigu with the group to see the sunrise from an empty parking lot :) Went to bed at 9am xD It was a beautiful night with lots of snuggles and happiness, and I wouldn't have wanted to be anywhere else <3

Saturday:
- Got only a couple hours of sleep so I was running on fumes much of the day
- Made a GIANT pillow fort with , , , , , , and . The new vocabulary of the afternoon included s'bones and rude wind.
- Fursuit Dance Comp and omg Flinch's dance was crazy! Also loved the group dances :)
- Hung out some more/wandered around with the Pillow Fort Crew, plus who I had met the day before and is a freaking amazing guy!
- Made a 5 minute appearance at an underwear party while fully clothed B/C I'M A REBEL
- By around 2-3am (can't really remember the time, tbh) I was almost collapsing from lack of sleep and forgetting to eat (I tend to forget the basics at cons LOL), so I crawled up to the pillow fort room (no longer a pillow fort) and passed out.

Sunday:
- Got an awesome NoFace shirt from  utosa <3 We are NoFace incarnate.
- Wandered around with  carwyn,  triggerfox,  perro,  zhed,  icelyon, and  taiko_shepherd while they suited in Downtown Atlanta and people in cars almost got arrested for stopping in the middle of the road to take pictures xD
- Rejoined my dog friends (Skroy, Frisbee, Ator, Kalypso, Spooky, NeoKai, Ebony) for the rest of the evening and wore Skroy's adorable flying squirrel kigu while the rest suited. We went to the dance and had a blast together <3 Danced together with Skroy and Frisbee and felt like I was on top of the world. Being with my friends just made me so completely happy <3
- Went back to the room with the dogs and hung out with them for the night, while also making cameo appearances at 's party (the themed beerpong table was AWESOME!)
- Cried on everyone because I couldn't bear the thought of everyone parting ways in the morning

Monday:
- more tears lol
- said some final goodbyes


There's no way I can list everyone that I was able to meet and get to know at this FWA, but know that each and EVERY one of you made a huge impact on my fantastic time there.
I don't remember the last time I have felt so purely happy. Unfortunately, that has led to some pretty bad PCD, but it was worth it. No regrets. I love all of you <333

I'm having to send my new tablet back to the seller in hopes of them repairing the calibration issue, so commissions are at a standstill for the moment. To thank every one of you for being so very patient with me, I'm going to include a free refined sketch for everyone along with their commissions <3

That being said, any art posted before my tablet is sent back is art I've been able to do on my roommate's tablet (when she isn't using it). For your actual commissions, I need my tablet specifically. It has all of my custom brushes and art programs, and I want to give you guys the best artwork that I can do. However, I will most likely be able to draw everyone's free sketches when I am able to use my roommate's tablet :)

So I got my new (refurbished) tablet pc. It's a Motion Computing j3400. I'm having an issue with the on-screen cursor not lining up correctly with the pen tip of the stylus.

This is a constant issue, but is even more exaggerated when I am using Sai. The on-screen cursor is correctly aligned with the pen tip when I am more or less in the middle of the screen, but when I move the pen to the left part of the screen, the on-screen cursor is off to the right of the pen tip. When I move the pen to the right of the screen the cursor is off to the left of the pen tip. This is problematic because I can't really draw when the cursor and the pen tip don't line up...

I have already tried re-calibrating the pen setting over 20 times, restarting the tablet pc, and looking for any drivers that needed to be updated. The first 2 things did not make a difference, and I could not find any updated drivers from Motion Computing or Wacom for this tablet pc. Didn't work.

I can't send the tablet back, because this is a refurbished model from a 3rd party seller on Ebay, whose only terms for replacement were if the tablet was DOA, which is was not.

As you can probably guess, this is incredibly frustrating. I literally cannot work on any art until I get this figured out. My boyfriend and his father bought this for me as a Christmas present, and it hurts me to have to tell them that I can't even use it right now :(

If you have any knowledge on this problem, any help would be VERY appreciated. If you can help me actually fix this, I will definitely draw something for you!

Pretty miserable right now :( Day 5 of whatever virus I have, and my lack of sleep due to pain is really taking its toll on me. Just trying to figure out something to do while I lay in bed/on the couch, and I'm drawing a blank. (Tried drawing but I just get frustrated when I'm sick b/c the drawings aren't what I want them to be.)

Any ideas? Lol sorry I'm just bored and glum

My throat has been hurting for 4 days now , and within the past few hours it has gotten almost unbearable. To the point where my ear canals are starting to hurt :( Haven't gotten more than a few hours of sleep for the past couple of nights because of the pain, and I'm trying to find anything else that I can do to make myself a little less miserable. I can't take any cold/cough/allergy/flu medications though, because some ingredient in them raises my heart rate dangerously and makes breathing difficult for me.

What I've been doing so far:

- Taking 400mg Ibuprofen (I should probably take more than that, but I have a phobia of taking too much and getting nauseous from it)
- Eating a lot of soup
- Drinking a ton of tea with honey (uncooked & unfiltered)
- Consuming probably way too many throat lozenges (mostly Ricola)
- Gargling with warm salt water
- Taking multivitamins and Zinc supplements


Is there anything else you guys would suggest? Idk what this nasty bug is :/ I was thinking maybe Strep Throat, but I haven't had a fever or those nasty spots people get in their throat/on their tonsils, so I'm not sure about that. I do plan on going to see a doctor tomorrow (well, a nurse because I have to go to the nearest public walk-in clinic, meh), but I'd love to hear any advice just so maybe I can get some rest tonight <3

I should be receiving my new (well, refurbished) tablet pc tonight! I'm sick AND I'm starting a brand new job at an animal hospital so it may take a few days for me to get my art programs set up, but as soon as I get that done I'LL BE ABLE TO RESUME WORKING ON COMMISSIONS!! Soooo happy about that :)

I wish they'd broadcasted this more, but the production team at Dreamworks has been trying to warn folks (via 3rd party sources, as their jobs would be in jeopardy if they went public themselves) not to watch the trailer b/c of a huge spoiler! Fox took the reins in what content to show in this trailer, & the movie crew fought very hard to keep the biggest spoiler out of the trailer, but lost. They say that during 1:00-1:48 of the trailer the biggest mystery of the movie is spoiled :(

A few people I know who have already watched it today confirmed this (it's not just a rumor anymore), and so while I've already had it partially spoiled for myself from other folks' disdain over the matter, I'd like to warn everyone else that loves the series. If you can avoid it (or if you care about spoilers), don't watch the new trailer!

I know the spoiler will probably pop up everywhere on Twitter and other sites, so it may be impossible to avoid, but I felt it was worth it to at least try to get the word out there. DAMMIT FOX NETWORK.
