So my buddy Asi and I were talking about this bizarre safety video that we had to watch in all of our college chemistry labs, and she managed to find a clip X3 This is probably the greatest thing ever, because it is an actual safety video made by the American Chemical Society, required by law to watch in chemistry courses. Every time we had to watch this as a class, I laughed to the point of actual tears. I will not explain any further...just watch. And know that thousands of students must watch this every semester to train them in "safety".

 ART-fromthe-HEART has a cat that must undergo a complete blood transfusion, which is, needless to say, very expensive. I will probably post this more than once, but I am going to be taking 15-20 commissions in order to try to get a plane ticket for AC in June to see my foxy. Being that he lives 12 hours away and we are both in school, we won't be able to see each other much at the time being, and I really REALLY would love to go to AC (which would be only my second con ever) and see him for a few days :3

Having said that...I am undertaking an extreme amount of schoolwork at the moment, so these commissions may be a bit slow to be produced. I will do what I can to get them done in a timely fashion, but I cannot endanger my grades, since they already suck lol. I will likely have random days here and there this month to get some done. As soon as my finals are over in early May, I will have a few days to dedicate to commissions before going on a 3-week long biology trip, and then I will get back to work on them asap when I return.

So...it was my first con, and it was awesomesauce. Got there at about 1:30 am Friday morning after the fun drive/dance party (since we were missing the Thursday night dance, we had our own in the car).
The rest of the weekend was amazing (aside from lack of sleep lol) much because of an awesome fox that I met :3
He definitely made FWA one of the best weekends I have ever had. I don't think the smile ever disappeared from my face while I was there ^.^

The elevators in the hotel felt like the Drop Zone. Especially the 47-floor elevator to Hell in the Marriott across the street.

Got to fursuit for the first time ever, and it was amazing.
Met some really cool furs there whom I will be keeping in touch with.
Prettymuch everything went by in a blur, and I was NOT ready to leave.

I may eventually do the whole con report thing, but for right now I will just say that it was one of the best times I have had...ever. It was my first con and was made even more wonderful by the friends I went with and by the new ones I made. You guys who I met there and hung out with, ate dinner with, and drew alongside of, I just wanted to say thank you for helping make this weekend incredible. You all know who you are ;3
