After much consideration, I finally closed my DeviantArt page for good this last month. It was a just a zombie profile with little to not much happening. Most of DA has become a haven for desparate e-girls and AI art and most of the really good artists have left for other places. It was just time for me to move on myself. Besides, this profile has more of the stuff I couldn't post there and has more content than that one would. Anyway, just going through some heavy life stuff again. Just waiting on the good times, like Bob Ross once said. I'm still working on things, just a bit slower than usual. Just hang in there a bit. Ill be back.

Sorry everyone for my absence lately. I've been one a bit of a roller coaster this last month involving addressing health concerns and even fighting for my car. *facedesk* Anyway, new art is on the horizon soon enough. Also the days are flying to my 40th bday coming soon on the 21st. Am I nervous? Maybe, I'm getting a bit more gray by the day, but it's all good. Anyway, glad to be back.

Hey all, been a bit.

After many years of battling over the garage room, I finally let it go. I literally had a day to pack and move, now I'm in a space no bigger than my dorm and living out of boxes the last two weeks. Its nice to have heating and cooling again, and I'm grateful to still have a roof over my head. Granted its smaller than I'm used to, I still have my studio. I'm exhausted from all the moving of furniture and still unpacking and dropping things. Thankfully I have a bed now, not sleeping on a couch XD.

How is everyone doing? I'm still sleepy XD.

Had a rough end to last year and a semi-rough start to the New Year. I'm bouncing back despite everything and hope to back on track soon enough. I did catch up on my comic a bit and should be back to posting it on fridays again. I'll post when the new pages will be up once I get there. XD. Alright back to the grind.

Hey all, been a crazy December. I got an infection in my foot and leg, that caused them to swell quite a bit. The doc's were worried it was a blood clot (thank God it wasn't!) because of how big it had gotten and how painful it was. Then my mom got the flu, then you're truly got the flu ontop of the infection. Wow. Got a pretty high fever, but thankfully the antibiotics I had from the previous infection helped. My fever broke sometime last night likely after midnight and before 5 am. Anyway, I had some crazy dreams. I now know what they mean by fever dreams because it was just everywhere. I'm exhausted from the whole thing. I'm likely going to take it easy until New Year. I'll try to keep things updated until then. Hoping for the best for New Year.

Hey all, I've been bogged down with life stuff recently, including changing jobs and losing some folks along the way. It's been a tough month and I'm just hanging on. Hopefully I can have something ready for christmas and New Year. I had to scrap some plans due to things getting in the way, but I hope to be back on track going into the New Year. Also been under the weather from all the stress recently. It's been a rollercoaster since September. Man, hopefully everything after this is just going up from here.

Looking ahead to the future, I believe it's July I will be here on FA for 15 years! WOW, where did the time go? I'm planning a pic to celebrate that anniversary soon enough. Anyway, back to the grind.

If you're following my ongoing zombie comic, a new page is up today. Please enjoy, also I'm working on a problem with the lettering coming out pixelated when i shrink it down to normal comic size for FA. I managed to bypass it by doing the lettering later in the process since the compression issues make it hard to read sometimes when editing.

A Review
So I went to see BeetleJuice BeetleJuice, and I laughed. I hadn't laughed that hard in ages and while it was a bit sloppy, it was just a wild over the top fever dream with our favorite ghost with the most. Micheal Keaton didn't skip a beat in the 35 year span since playing the character and is just as funny now as he was then. I took my mom to see it as she's been down since my uncle's passing, and it was good to see her laughing and smiling again. She said it was better than the original and to see her in better spirits was a good thing. I can't wait for it to come out on video.

The Future
Wanted to say thanks for everyone still watching out there for all the years of hanging in there with me. I'm taking it a bit slow with all thre personal things going on, but I'll keep banging away at the comic. With my 40th birthday coming up next year, not sure what i have planned. I had to axe my trip to England for the time being, just too much happening at the moment, but I think I'll get there for my 41st to party til the sun rises on the summer solstice. I just have to plan better as it's a BIG trip and there's a lot of moving parts to get done before then.

Anyway, have a safe Friday the 13th. Don't go out into the woods XD.

So I lost my uncle about 2 days ago. It was super sudden and we are scrambling to get things in order. Not sure when the funeral will be, but I'll be sure to upload what I can if it falls on a friday.

Hey all, it's been a week! Last week I planned on getting some work done and I wound up pulling a muscle and was down for three days. Still have a persistent ear infection, hoping to get it cleared up soon enough. It's quite annoying. Anyway, I'll be back soon with a new page on August 9th. I feel stretched thin as of late, hopefully I can get back on track soon enough. Will be back August 9th, friday with a new page for the comic, and hopefully some new art along the way. Back soon!

Wow, I'm close to the big 4-0. What can I say about this milestone? I'm a bit apprehensive about it, but its been quite a journey. Recently been feeling a bit of rust in the works, only because my daily life got a bit more complex. I actually have my own car now, which is good, I really needed a vehicle with A/C to combat the hot Texas weather as of late. It feels like the sun is parked right there.

Also had to take a break to clear the mess in other parts of my life. Mostly I was dealing with an inner ear infection, its seems to be on it's last legs hopefully. And a bit of a mental health break to recharge because I have an all or nothing attitude, that leads me into trouble and taking on too much. I've been feeling that impact as of late. Mostly the biggest impact has been on the things I love dearest to me have been taking an act of Congress to even motivate myself to work, such as my comic. Even picking up a pencil to draw in my sketchbooks leads to me staring at the page for hours until I realize it's 3 AM and I have work in the morning. Oy.

I'm scaling back things a bit on my end as I'm going to work myself into a burnout. So I had to step away a minute and gather myself before I homerun slide face first into a dead end. Now that I have a grip on things, I'm slowly working myself back to where I need to be. Sometimes you have to. Anyway, hope you enjoy the new picture at least, hopefully I can get back to my usual shenanigans with renewed vigor :D.

I'll be back on June 21st for my bday shenanigans, I got alot to catch up on and I really need a moment to rest as well.

Sorry for my absence lately, I've been working crazy overtime these last two months! I'm bushed. Unfortunately, I haven't made time to get back to the comic as my drawing hand has had some issues. I think I'm getting carpal tunnel as I used to cut a TON of fabric for the previous job and I'm back to lifting heavy stuff again at the new one. More so my right arm goes numb every now and again as there seems to be a nerve pinching somewhere, I think it was from when they were drawing blood last time and the nurse jacked up my arms looking for the vein. It keeps me up most nights because if my arm isn't straight out, it starts to get numb.

Also need a new desk chair! Any suggestions for a good drawing chair that won't become a bother later? Send help XDDDDDD.

Can't believe my bday is literally next month! My 39th lap around the home star and I'm already getting gray hair coming in. I opted not to fight it and maybe become a silver fox as I get into my 40's just around the corner. ;D

Other than that, I'm just working until I get a day off to rest. I'm exhausted.

I just pulled some seriously crazy overtime this last week and now my arm is pretty swollen. My drawing hand is hurting a bit after I tried to power lift a garbage bag that had a *****ing brake drum from a semi-truck buried in it! Had I not been wearing my steel toe boots and not jumped back in time, I think I'd be down a foot. Ouch. But I think I pulled something which has been making it hard to type or even lay down without my hand and arm feeling numb. Anyway, I'm working on the comic when I have time, I had to rewrite a portion as I wrote myself into a corner and move some things further into the story for later. For now I'm going to and rest, cram some more Aleve into my face and bathe in Icy Hot until my arm is better. Back soon.

So I jumped ship from my old job and started a new one. It was literally a whiplash moment from ending one to starting the other. I'm so lost at the moment on where I am XD. Anyway, I should be back to creating again, my muse has been on a smoke break for far too long. XDDDDDD Anyway, thanks for favoriting what I can put out for now :D

I actually ran into an artblock because of how up in the air everything is, so I finally started sketching as I would sit down and my mind would be blank. We are running on a skeleton crew of literally like 4 people, so I'm working almost two weeks before I get a break. I'm exhausted. Anyway, I need to make some time to just draw. Hey all, thanks for sticking with me! Sorry about the comic, I should be back on schedule soon enough. Lots going on behind the scenes, I got a nasty stomach flu right before Valentine's day, literally right as I got out of work. It was so bad I didn't eat all Saturday except for some soup that made me a bit worse. Also, my work scedule is shifting like crazy as we are still scrambling to a store manager. Its been four long months without someone running the place and we are down to just 4 people, myself included and I'm wore out. Anyway, I'll catch up soon enough, just got to weather the storm a bit longer XD.

New page is go! I'm working on the next few pages as we speak :D.

Got some things cooking right now! Well, I do plan on some Valentine's shenanigans and finishing up my studio out back. Speaking of which, anyone recommend a good digital camera? Something budget friendly, as my old camera has an ancient memory card that my card reader won't read. So, it's time to upgrade to something better as I need to document some of the new stuff I'll be doing.

Oh, I got a new stylus for my Wacom, so I'm happy about that. Amazon rushed it to me, and I couldn't be happier. It worked right out the box, and I didn't have to upgrade the tablet drivers! Bonus!

Other than that, it's kind of quiet for now. I'm trying to get my muse up and going for more sexy time shenanigans of my characters, but the well seems a bit on the dry side. Maybe I'm overfocused on the comic, but honestly, I've actually felt more creative with my comic deadlines. It's a pair of doc's, Great Scott! Don't know maybe I'll see something that might lead to more shenanigans. Maybe I should do some holiday themed sketches? I always want to do one every year and I get sidetracked. Maybe I should try drawing butts XDDDDD ;D

So the drawing thing has been resolved, I got a replacement and I'm moving forward on catching up. Also got some big things cooking at the moment behind the scenes, finally getting somewhere with them. I'll know more close to February ;) Stay tuned.

So I broke my pen for my graphics tablet and in the most stupid way possible.

Long story short, I accidentally ripped the guts out of the pen, put it in backwards, then ripped off the tip sensor trying to fix it. The eraser end is jammed halfway into the barrel, so the tablet still senses it's there, but the button is useless as it's way too far to activate.

FFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU- *facedesk*

All because it came apart when it fell off my desk, which despite a million times doing so, picked today to feel my wrath XDDDDDDDDDDDD. Thankfully I have comic updates ready until February, but it puts me behind schedule on anything I want to make now. Much less allow a rewrite to occur which I'm considering. OOF.

Thankfully I have a backup tablet somewhere, my old Wacom Bamboo from my early days of drawing and helped me through college. Hopefully I can find it and plug it in while I wait of Amazon to rush me a replacement.

In other news, I'm moving stuff out to my studio in the meantime as well. I have plenty to sort out during the next week or so. Alrighty, back to the grindstone....

Hey all! Been a bit.

I actually took December off to catch up on my comic and I can't wait to show you guys the work I did on the new pages. I think from page one to now, it's showing improvement in terms of perspective, etc. It's been a wild ride. I'm actually ahead of the game and currently working on the new pages while I update what I did in December. I've been touching them up as I go as well.

Anyway, hope you are having a good new year. I'll be back next week with another update and some new artwork :D

So some updates on what's happening.

Studio: It's on hold for the moment as I'm having some issues with funds at the moment. Got a lot of big bills that came swinging my way, so I had to stop work out there for the moment. Also I need a bigger generator, the wattage on the one I have its WAY too low for my power needs. Not that I'm trapping ghosts XD, it just I need to run the big lights and hopefully some A/C so I'm not baking in summer. I did complete the walls, just need to finish the roof! Likely I hope to have it done by February, also I have to check it as we had a hailstorm roll out of nowhere last night! It was coming down hard!

Comic: I took a break on the comic to catch up on things. I had to retool my work flow so I can get more consistent updates and also get an idea of scale. So I broke it up into chapters on my computer and put all the pages for that section in there. This way I'm not lost on the story and I can finish a segment to get a better idea of where I am. I actually just finished the rough pages of the third chapter today and started the fourth! Next year I'll post the new pages that are complete while I catch up.

Possible YCH's: I know I floundered hard on the last attempts with some winding up in development hell, I apologize. I get impulsive and try to tackle the world, instead of starting simply enough. But the thought has been on my mind a bit. I might consider doing simpler YCH's in the future. I don't know XD. I'll have to figure out something that can be done as I'm prone to going nuts with an idea.

Hey all. Sorry for falling behind schedule. I'm really working on trying to get things squared away on my end. This week has been hard because we had a family emergency and had to leave to visit my uncle. He's doing fine, but he's pretty beat up after a few nasty falls. The upside is that he's determined to get better as my Neice has been learning to walk despite a birth defect that left her unable to. In fact, she took her first steps recently and has been determined to walk on her own since then. We are all so proud of her. Likely they are looking toward getting a heart transplant done for my uncle, he's eligible for one as he wants to be there for her.

It's been a rough patch, but we are pulling together to get through this. I'll be back with more updates and will get the next page up ASAP as I'm already ahead a few pages. Thanks for your patience :D

New page up on the comic, I should be back on track with the next updates soon. Already working on the next chapter so I should be able to post regularly, until i catch up with where I am currently. Ok off to watch Jason on TV as is Friday the 13th.
