Making assumptions about people is not cool.

Refund Policy/ PSA!
Posted 12 years agoHey guys! I had a bit of a rough falling out recently, and i'd like to clarify my refund policy :U
Let me make myself clearizzle nizzle:
Refunds are absolutely ok! Things happen, life comes up, i get it! I'm a real person too :3c
Here's how it works [with me]
What constitutes a full refund?
This should be common sense, but i can only give a full refund if your piece has not been started, or if i have not made considerable progress on a commission (i.e, i drew a line or two) This is applicable to all commission types that i offer :Y
What constitutes a partial refund?
I will refund you the difference of your commission payment, + the unfinished work if you desire it, if i have started it and it gets cancelled for some reason or another!
Also, if we're in a stream situation and i forget something, i will refund you the difference of that detail! It's no trouble for me, i wouldn't feel good about myself if i held onto money that i didn't completely earn!
What DOESN'T constitute a refund of either type:
-If the piece is completed
And no, me making a mistake absolutely does not make you entitled to get a full refund. Again, this should be common sense, but hey, i wouldn't be making this journal if it hasn't happened :Y That would be extremely morally inept on your part, quite frankly. Especially if i have already sent you the artwork, lel.
There's a common saying: You can't get something for nothing!
And just because something isn't perfect, doesn't mean that you're entitled to a full refund. Again, morally inept, and even theft. :T
But as i said previously, i have no trouble refunding you the difference if there's a mistake on my part!!
I think that's it for now :Y I'll be sure to edit and update this as time goes by :3
And now for the PSA! (oh boy -3-)

I know it sucks but dude, c'mon. I promise you with all my heart that it won't be the end of the world! If i forgot to draw that scale in those coordinates or if i forgot a little collar or if i forgot one spine on the tail, I'm very sorry, sometimes things happen and i swear i'll try to make things right by refunding you the difference!
BUT just because i made a mistake absolutely, in no context whatsoever, does not make you entitled for a full refund. Especially if the piece is complete and i have sent it to you. And especially if you have approved the sketch previously :U
I don't care if you throw a gigantic fit, i don't care if you kick and scream, i don't care if your life will be completely miserable because of a mistake
on a drawing (in that case i think you should take a step back and reevaluate some things)
Again i say, You can not get a full refund for a finished piece.
And just because i made a mistake, does not make the art any "less complete" or even "not complete at all"
Like i said before, i'll refund you for what i have messed up, but you absolutely can not get a complete refund.

I know everybody has their own reasons that makes it special and important to them, but when people ask me to post signal boosting journals it just......
.......puts me in an awkward situation......And it makes me feel gross and terrible if i say no ;__;
Also, this journal isn't directed at anybody specific, it's just..this is becoming a more and more common occurrence.
If you really need help, please ask people more important than i, people with more watchers and stuff. Use facebook, twitter, and especially tumblr.
