If my life wants to kick me in the spiritual balls and throw everything out of whack so I can barely shit out a doodle, I'll do that with my own stuff, not you guys'. You guys are too cool for that. I mean that. If I get some time, I may take a couple little bits for those that pop in and ask here and there, but nothing large-scale until I can change gears in my offline life. Because this is dumb, and you guys don't deserve to be affected by that kind of dumb. I love you guys too much. <3

Had to wait for payday but I have a new tablet!
Back to work now!! :D

Set up today to get to work. Noticed tablet wasn't connecting. Nothing new. As you've read, it's been a bit of a shithead lately.
Did all the usual troubleshooting. Nothing. Huh.
Opened one of the back covers to check the wire and... It's wet.
Oh shit.
Opened the whole thing and yeah. It's drowned.
I don't know how, or when. Had to be sometime yesterday, as I had just used it the night before.
I've got the components in rice right now, hoping for the best. But if it's sat like that for a day, I... I don't know.

I'll be sending out the WIPs of what I have left today (as well as a couple I managed to get done) so you guys can see where things stand.
I know it's been one thing after another. Definitely taking a break after these past several months once I get this fiasco straightened out!

So sorry for the silence, everyone. I know you've all been patiently waiting as things went insane on me, as they usually do. Rest assured I have most things started, if not near finished... Aaaand when I went to reach out to people, my computer decided to start acting up again. I hate this. I need to just get a new one, but it's not currently in the budget.
Hopefully its not serious, and I'll have it figured out super fast. I hate to keep ya waiting, especially when there -is- something to show for the wait and no way to show it.

I'm sorry I've been quiet for so long, especially with pieces in my queue. Things just got too crazy, and it slowed me down considerably. Now that some of the pressure on my daily life is off, I have more time to dedicate to arts and blow through this queue!

Hey guys, got a bit of a situation here.

My good friend, almost brother to me, had his apartment broken into the other day. They didn't take much, but what they did take is utterly devastating to someone who is trying to make their livelihood online.

They stole his PC.

He needs a new one as soon as possible so he can get back to work. He isn't looking for anything state-of-the-art, just something that can make and play games and animations. (Budding game developer and animator, after all.)

He's looking for about $600 total, purely to go towards the purchase of a new laptop.

Any help with this is appreciated. Signal boosts, a dollar or two... if this goes far enough, $600 can be made in no time.

Hey friends-
So we had a big storm last night and somehow it managed to fry our WiFi modem. Only the modem. It was connected to a surge protector, and everything else on the strip is fine, but the modem died with one huge clap of thunder.
We've contacted our ISP and will be working with them to troubleshoot it, if nothing works we will have to wait for them to send a new one.
Luckily I have my phone, but as I don't have access to the internet on my laptop right now, wips, uploads, etc. will have to wait until we can fix this.
Hopefully only a couple days, as I have schoolwork to finish. X.x

Heading home from my vacation today. About 1/3 of the way through the drive at this point. Got some classwork to catch up on when I get home, and then I hope to finish up these last couple commissions and a couple of personal refs I've been working on. My birthday's on Saturday.

I'm going to be taking a little time off from work to let this sink in (and hey, I get vacation time, I might as well use it!)
I -hope- to use this time to unwind from basically everything- adjusting to a 45-50 hour work week is kicking my ass- but I will likely still be drawing.

I'm down to 2 commissions in my queue, but they're fairly large ones- however, once those are done (I'm staying optimistic that they can be done fairly soon!) I will be opening up again. My *goal* is after my "vacation," but we shall see!!

Things have been rapidly evolving for me in a very good way. Most major of them all is I just landed a sweet new position at work, which is going to require a lot of training and much more of my time. Between that and classes, plus a -mild- obsession with Breath of the Wild (though I'm content watching my wife play, so I can get my fix AND work, haha) I'm going to have to work to get a new rhythm in my daily schedule. I'm going to try and not let it affect my work times for my current projects, but if I'm taking a little longer than you expected, try to be patient with me? You can always drop me a line and ask for progress, however!
For now, I'm also going to temporarily put a hold on new commissions until I get settled. I'll take a queue of 5 if you would REALLY like, but know that there WILL be a delay on completion when you make your purchase.
