📌 YCH Terms & Info
General | Posted 10 months agoPlease read this before claiming a slot. These terms help avoid misunderstandings and make the process smooth and comfortable for both of us✨

✦ 1. Payment
– PayPal only (via invoice).
– Full prepayment.
– Payment must be made within 48 hours after confirmation.
– No response or payment = the slot goes to someone else.
– !No refunds after payment is made! ✦ 2. Characters & Content
– The pose and composition are fixed, only small tweaks allowed (expression, minor accessories, etc).
I DO NOT draw:
– Too detailed characters;
– Robots or mechs;
– Minors / cubs / underage characters. ✦ 3. Process
– Estimated turnaround time: 2 weeks to 2 months, depending on complexity and queue.
– Usually i send only one stage - it’s flat coloured version of YCH, if you ask i can send line or sketch stages too ✏️
– Feel free to ask me about the stages of work or questions via notes📝 ✦ 4. Edits
– Please be clear about any small changes before or during the flat coloured version (or sketch, line stage) phase🙏
– After approval, further changes may cost extra +
– Big and medium changes in YCH may cost extra. Big changes that don’t match the original YCH idea are not included. ✦ 5. Usage & Rights
– !The final piece is for personal use only!
– ❌ No commercial use. No NFTs. No AI.
– You may repost with credit to me as the artist.
– I retain the right to post the finished work to my gallery and use it in my portfolio.
