Commissions?
General | Posted a year agoSo, I had this idea and I felt like sharing it with you guys. I am currently craving to draw but my lack of ideas simply makes it impossible. I sit on my office, staring at a blank page and I'm unable to visualize what it could be. But, what if someone else told me what it could be? What do you guys thing, would any of you be interested in a commission by me I'm the near or far future?
P.S. - By saying yes in the comments you're not committing to anything• consider this journal a poll.

NEW DRAWING TABLET
General | Posted 3 years agoJust got myself a Huion Kamvas 13, a budget graphics tablet (more of a monitor display with pressure sensitivity) to improve my drawing experience. This is very big for me, because I can put aside my obsolete INTUOS DRAW tablet, that felt punishing to use, and get to enjoy digital drawing at last! No more hitting that damned undo button, no more frustration, and most importantly, no more delays. Hopefully, once I get familiar with it, I'll be able to post new stuff in shorter intervals, and get to share with you WIPs that have been sitting in the corner for years, simply because I was discouraged to use my old drawing tablet.
But first things first, I need to get my ECDL certificate.

Done with my military service
General | Posted 3 years agoAt last, I am done with my military service!
As today, 9 months ago, I embarked on a warship and was tasked with the protection of the Aegean islands. It took a toll on me, on all of us, as our hostile neighbour provoked us on a daily basis. We were always, always, on alert. Countless nights went by that way, waiting, anticipating actually, who would make the first move. But these days are behind me now, as I was given a military discharge, and new recruits came to replace me. I'm home, I'm finally back. Time to start over.

Free YCH raffle announcement
General | Posted 5 years agoI know that 200 watchers isn't a great deal, but every artist has to climb all the way from the deepest pit, to the surface. It feels like after all those years, I'm getting slowly but steadily, out of that pit, and every small victory requires a celebration. So, in order to celebrate for reaching 200 watchers, I'll be doing a free YCH. The sketch of the free YCH, will be posted by the end of the month.
For those who are interested, you must take in consideration the following:
1) The sketch, will be posted by the end of the month. (Accompanied by this Journal, as a reminder.)
2) The final picture, will be digital.
3) Any species.
4) Winner will be determined by a random picker software.
5) Winner will be informed by note.
Last but not least, RULES:
1) To participate, you must be watching me, SO WATCH ME! (Unwatching me after the raffle is over, will be taken in consideration and won't allow you to participate in future raffles.)
2) Once the sketch is posted, link me to your character's reference sheet in the comments below.
3) Male characters only.
4) Once I post the YCH, you will have a week to participate.
5) Links posted on this Journal, won't be taken in consideration.
The YCH will take approximately a month to complete, depending on character complexity and of course, the time I can spare working on it.
For those who didn't win, I'll say to you, better luck next time! And please, don't hate me.
If you have any questions, leave them on the comments below.

Upcoming inactivity
General | Posted 5 years agoHaving just started to get active again, a month of inactivity is upon me. Many of you are probably thinking that, I'll probably disappear again, but that's not the case, I ensure you about that.
Truth be told, the past year has been quite challenging for me, and it almost broke me. But here I am, standing on my feet yet once again, wanting to prove you guys that I can make quality content more regularly than I used to. Though, I need to take a break myself and enjoy the spare month I have ahead of me. May it be a relaxing and healing one.
I hope you guys enjoy your vacations as well. See you soon, I'll miss you all!

Farewell
General | Posted 6 years agoIt's been a long time since I stepped my foot on a vessel, yet the time has come once again. I have my stuff packed already, waiting patiently. I am both excited and anxious. Having to leave everyone I know and love behind, isn't an easy task. I don't feel mentally prepared at all.
Regardless, those last 7 months have been very productive. Not only did I manage to pass all my classes with great success, but drew a lot as well. I almost doubled my watches and as a result, I'm very optimistic about the future. What is left pending, will be posted once I return.
Moreover, I befriended many people of the snuff society, some of which hold a special place in my heart and have earned my respect. Unfortunately, most of them will eventually be terminated, as I'm sick and tired of one-way friendships.
Last but not least, I won't be able to upload any new art, or update my status for a long time. Working on board a merchant vessel, means zero free time and significant lack of sleep. I'll be nothing but a shadow of my former self, hoping not to be forgotten. Ι'll return, so don't you dare forget about me.
Until then, I'm going to miss you all. Take care!

Moving to the next subject
General | Posted 6 years agoTomorrow, I'll be uploading my last hanging related drawing and move to my next subject.
For those interested in cozy pillows, somnophilia and sleeping paws, that's your lucky week!
Moreover, you'll get to know my characters better, from different angles and perspectives.
Trust me, they're cute and harmless when asleep!
Please, show my boys some love!

Uploading works in progress
General | Posted 6 years agoA long time now, I've been overwhelmed with dozens of drawing ideas, which I sketch on paper and with quick succession, move to the next one.
As a result, those sketches were put aside, piling up on top of each other unfinished.
Many of you already know, that I'll be leaving Greece for six months soon, without having submitted anything new for a while. So, I decided to upload most of these works in progress, as a way to say farewell. If everything goes smoothly, I'll be able to post new art on a daily basis for at least a week or two.
I do hope you'll enjoy them! Regardless, I had a blast creating them.

Road Rovers
General | Posted 6 years ago A popular TV show of the 1990's, which abstracted great critiques but, was cancelled. I believe you understand where the problem is. The series didn't even had it's first season completed and it's sudden end, left thousands of anthropomorphic animal lovers wonder, will there ever be a continuation?
It's been exactly 23 years now since it's release date, with no signs that this show will ever be continued.
Hope slightly fades away over the years, and with the kids who grew up with it being adults now, it must have been forgotten by most.
New generations will hardly ever come across this series, as it's short duration disappointed, and keeps disappointing watchers.
Me, being a new watcher of the show, I testify as disappointed. Just a dozen of episodes left me with the taste, of what this show was and what it could have become.
Imagine if it was continued after two decades! With new, fancy animations and sound effects that modern technology can provide. A cartoon, made for kids of this generation, adults from a previous one and of course us, furries!
What do you guys think? Are there any chances of the show being actually continued? And what are your impressions of the first incomplete season?
Please, let me know in the comments.
Have a nice day!

Many thanks
General | Posted 7 years agoI wanted to thank those few special users, who added me to their watch list during the week.
It's been a hard time, with many breaks and artblocks but, finally, Ι've reached a three digit number of watchers.
So, I felt it was a good time to thank you all for your support, faves and polite comments you've been dropping on my submissions now and then.
For an artist, motivation is everything, and as long as you guys make feel wanted and appreciated, I'll be there for you.
You are, and have always been, my greatest motive since the day I joined this server, from my first to my latest drawing.
And I know, that a hundred watchers aren't many but, they were obtained with great labor and hardships.
May I say, let's get more people to join us? Well, that depends on both of us, you and me.
Thank you all for you support throughout those two years and I hope, we'll stick together for ever and ever.
Peace out!

It's been a hard period
General | Posted 7 years agoIt's been a hard period, having to study endless hours per day, sacrificing everything irrelevant. This, has been happening for a long time now, leaving me with no time to devote to those and what I love, including drawing. I coun't wait for it to come to an end, waiting patiently for the days to pass, so I'd be once more able to replace the pen in my hand, with a pencil. And it happen, it indeed happen. Time went by quickly but agonizingly, yet, it did.
Now, here I am, having leisure time to take advantage of, yet I can't get back to drawing. I simple can't, I tried! I just got detached from it, and all I've been doing for the last few weeks is whining around about it, like exactly what I'm doing now. Could it be an art block? A sudden change in my personal interests? I truly don't know but, I tried.
Nevertheless, I've considered it is time to finish some works in progress, and upload some stuff from antiquity. According to how that goes, I might be quite inactive for the next few months, or the opposite. I hope it will go well.
That's the plan for now.
Thank you for your support and understanding.

Ηappy Christmas to everyone!
General | Posted 7 years agoI know I'm a little bit late but, late is better than never! I wish you all happy Christmas and happy holidays. Go out, or invite some friends over! Gather together with family and relatives. Escape from your daily routine and spend time bonding with people around you! Make pastry and pay a visit to your neighbours, but most importantly, share smiles and happiness! One simple greeting or telephone call, can make up soneone's day. So, happy holidays to everyone! Try to use them wisely, nevertheless, it's the most wonderful time of the year!
Time for me, to upload some crappy art!
General | Posted 7 years agoI hope you've noticed that many of newer submissions end up in my scraps folder so, don't forget to check them out! Also, comments would be much appreciated, as I'd love to know what you think about my old artwork.
Share your ideas, with me!
General | Posted 7 years agoIf you feel comfortable about sharing your ideas, feel free to do so. I can say, I'm most curious to see what you people have in mind, and who knows, if I like your idea I might try to illustrate it. Last but not least, I hope you liked my latest submission. That's all for now, take care!
Digital drawing, combined with Photoshop?
General | Posted 7 years agoI do remember you telling you guys, that I might give up on this community. Yet, I can not ignore how much I like drawing, and how amusing I find sketching furries. I've been thinking about not uploading what I draw, doesn't make the slightest difference. I'm still weird, and I enjoy it. Keeping it to myself, wouldn't do any good to me. So, I decided to upload one more submission, which was digitally drawn and then edited using photoshop, providing it with a great background and warmth. What do you think guys? How do you feel about my latest submission? How many times have you masturbated with it? Positive and negative comments, all welcome!
I will be back soon, but I might never return.
General | Posted 7 years agoI've been thinking all this time, that being a member of this society was a fun and easy way to connect with people with similar interests. But, after being on board a vessel for 4 months, I see that those links connecting me to you are twisted and abnormal. So, I've been thinking that once I get back home, I want to be a different, better person. I am bored of being afraid if someone checked my mobile phone, I am sick of thinking I might be caught someday. Especially now that I try to start my own carrier, I need strong fundamentals and no worries of my secret being accidentally revealed by me, or by someone who wants to hurt me. I don't want just to act normal, I want to be normal! So, I intend to close my page here on FA in a while, and start focusing on getting dates, real dates. I don't even remember how I ended up joining this site, or how I ended up "liking" furries in the first place. Well, that's something I'll try to change. I hope you guys understand. Bye!
A question that matters!
General | Posted 7 years agoHello guys! It's been a while now since the last time I added something new to my gallery and I was thinking, do you miss my art at all? If yes, what do you expect from me once I get back home?
Upcoming inactivity
General | Posted 8 years agoMy first semester at the merchant marine academy is finally over, yet there is no time for relaxation. The second semester is completely consisted by a six month educational "trip" onboard a merchant vessel. That means, I won't be able to contact with any of you guys, or update my status for the next six months. I know, it sounds like a long time, and yet, it is! Nevertheless, I hope I'd be able to cope with the more experienced seafarers and manage to pull this voyage off safe and sound. So, goodbye guys, I'll definitely miss you all. Take care!
Watch me to motivate me, it's free!
General | Posted 8 years agoI've been wondering the last few days, if people are interested in what I draw. It's quite confusing to understand, cause even though I've received dozens of positive notes about my art, only few of then found the courage to press the "watch" option. It's something that bothers me really, because I can't keep track of them. Are they 20, 30, 40, 100? Well, so far I know they're 28, for which 28 I spend many hours pursuing the best possible result on my drawings. Though, Ι need to learn if more people are interested in what I draw, in order to keep drawing stuff related to that! Otherwise, I'd probably change subject. It's crucial and important, for those who admit they adore my art in notes, please, consider watching me also, it's free and moreover, you motivate me to draw even more. Ι know, I'm talking/writing trash right now, yet I need to know how people many people consent my art. This is a fetish with few supporters, and that's something we are all aware about.
Nevertheless, I would like to thank those 28 watchers who have stuck with me. You people are awesome, not only you comment and fave my art, but you are also willing to exchange notes with me. I love the fact that you are active and don't hesitate a moment to type what you think about my art. Also, as I have already mentioned, I don't do commissions, but some of you I'd like to honor with a small gift in the near future. Ι made a huge mistake though in the past, by drawing fan art of Donovan, a character I found really interesting. Well, the artist hasn't even noticed it yet, or has completely ignore it due to it's content. On the other hand I bet you people would appreciate it, cause actually that's all I am asking for.
Thanks for reading this guys. If you know someone interested in necro art, please introduce me. We need to spread the fetish, we need to unite, we need greater numbers! Thanks again, and have a nice day!

Don't pay for commissions, make art trades!
General | Posted 8 years agoThere is no intention to hurt any of you, but I think I do need to change your point of view.
I've been browsing around FurAffinity, only to discover that some users, don't even have a single submission drawn by them. Also, what's difficult for me to understand, is that they own characters. How is it possible to create a character, if you haven't designed him a dozen of times on paper? How is it possible to succeed in something I mischievously fail, and that's character creation? Well, obviously there is nothing to be envy about, but I can't imagine my gallery filled up with drawings of strangers. And most of all, why don't you practise your drawing skills, instead of paying people to work on your own, unique ideas? I'd be glad to draw your characters for free, rather than see you paying extravagant sums for drawings, you yourselves could have made! All it takes for drawing, is practise, not purchasing commissions. One of my friends used to say, there are a thousand terrible drawings to come out of you. So, all you need is to get through them, as quickly as possible! But there is no need to pressure yourselves. And, a fun way for you to do that, is to make art trades! Some of you haven't started yet, some of you are almost halfway there, just like me. Delay no more! Stop any contact with commissioners you might have begun, and grab a pencil. Think something you like, study it, freeze it and then draw it! Moreover, art blocks may occur, then is where art trade becomes your best tutor. Practise your drawing in new subjects, draw different characters and collaborate! Ι am aware that I'm nothing more than an average artist, yet I am here for you and I'd love to make art trades with you! No matter how awful you think your drawing skills are, don't hesitate to ask! There is a 100% possibility for me to accept it, and when the possibilities are on your side, don't be afraid to use them.

More versions of "Tricked and treated"
General | Posted 8 years agoI am of thinking of editing my most recent upload, by redrawing some of Donovan's characteristic, indicating that he's dead for my very special watchers, and a socked, holiday version of the first one. Also, I have already made a different version, for those who love the cozyness and warmth of their bedroom. I hope you'll enjoy!
Any ideas or suggestions are very welcome.

Necrophiliac characters?
General | Posted 8 years agoWould it appeal to you, if the twins mentioned in my most recent post, become my main characters here on Fur Affinity?
If so, how do you imagine them to look like and behave, not only around their victims, but in their social lives too. And yes, they don't consider everyone as pray!

Active, once again!
General | Posted 8 years agoI'd love to make art trades, as drawing for free won't benefit me at all! Though, If you feel like sharing drawing ideas, feel free to post a comment below. Soon, and by soon I mean, when I feel comfortable enough with my art, I'll open commissions and YCH slots, so your characters may participate in my mind bending ideas.
