First of all, I'm really excited to say I finally have a fursona!

I'm a cattle dog.
Aside from their cuteness and my eye's immediate attraction, I was also drawn to the following quotes from the Wikipedia article, as I identify strongly with these characteristics:
When on home ground, the Australian Cattle Dog is a happy, affectionate, and playful pet. However, it is reserved with people it does not know and naturally cautious in new situations.

The bond that this breed can create with its owner is strong and will leave the dog feeling protective towards the owner, typically resulting in the dog's never being too far from the owner's side. also sorry for bein REAL lame and not on skype or aim or anything lately, all my friends got back from college so i have been outside and off the computer for once. (it's also annoying cause i have a couple comic ideas kicking around, but i rarely am at home for long enough to actually start working on them!) it's real nice to be spending time with people, but i gotta get some me time (read: furry time) in there at some point.

also it's gonna be weird ordering porn comics to my parents' house but i'm always living on the edge so it's okay.

hope to be around more often to chat with you all soon! my friends are all starting summer jobs, which i am too lame to get, so that should give me some more fuzz time.

so it's been 8 days since i had surgery on my sinuses and i am doing much better now. time to return to the internet! i will probably be adding 70+ favs because i haven't looked at my submissions queue in as much time...

i am also realizing that this is my first journal, and i just wanted to say: thank you for everyone who is following me so far, posting comments and favoriting my work. it means a lot to me! i feel very welcome here and hope to contribute more in the future. it's been a very short time and i already feel like i have made friends.

i would love to make more, of course, so feel free to drop me a line at p0000ls on AIM anytime, or note my for my skype info. i often forget to get on skype because it's a separate client (i use Adium for everything else), so apologies to all my skype-only friends. i really like talking with you! i just totally always forget to get on there.

also... i have been working on an album that should be finished fairly soon, and i am pretty excited about that! you can listen to my music here right now.

oh yeah, and my song will be on a compilation from Memory No.36 Recordings featuring  turgled pretty soon too, so keep a look out.
