- None of my art should be used as NFT. I don't support it, I give no one permission to used anything I've made as an NFT.
- Credit me if you post my art anywhere.
- Adopts are as is, unless stated otherwise I will not make changes too them without extra payment.
- - If more time is needed (ex. Your at work, your dealing with bank issues, etc) let me know! I will understand and extend the time period.
- I will not refund a character if you do not want them anymore, you may resell them for the same price unless they have more art.
- Feel free to make any changes you see fit to the adopt and use it in anyway.
- Adopts come with commercial use! (using them as mascots, branding, merch, etc.)
- You may not turn any of my designs into a species, Open or Closed!
-I reserve all rights to reuse concepts/character Ideas I make for additional adopts.
-I can use adopt for advertising banners
Payment
- Payment is due within 24 hours of claiming, unless a hold is discussed. Any offenders will now be completely black listed
- I will only hold an adopt for 2 days, if you need longer I require a non-refundable down payment. If you back out of the hold or ghost me you will not be refunded.
