Acceptance and Compliance
1. You accept that I am able to post and distribute my art to this site, and other websites that I am accosiated with. If you do not want your commissioned piece to be shared here or elsewhere, you must inform me before you commission me.
2. You are NOT permitted to sell or claim my artwork as your own. You are however, allowed to share the artwork on other sites. This is only permitted if you credit me for the artwork when you share it.
3. Your payments are non-refundable. Payments must be processed and confirmed before I begin working on your commission, unless otherwise stated.
4. Payments are to be made through PayPal. Bank transfer is accepted in some cases. Please discuss this with me if you can any issues.
5. You accept that I do not give any deadlines or completion dates. I will not rush art and will take as long as necessary to complete your commission.
6. WIPs (work in progress updates) will be provided to you during the process of your commission. You can request WIPs at any time, however, I will only send them when I am comfortable with my progress.
7. I have the right to decline any commissions/request for any reason.
8. You are aware and accept that I do not accept NSFW commissions; SFW only, with the exeption of some artistic nudity. Please discuss this with me if you have any questions.
9. You accept that the above statments also apply to trading, not just purchaces/commissions.
10. I do not accept commissions that may offend viewers or go against personal beleifs/views. This may include racism, discrimination, non-consentual acts or violence. There may be exeptions for expressionist pieces, without the intent to offend viewers.
Modifications
1. I reserve the right to change these documents at any time, without prior notice, and for any reason. You will not be notified of these changes directly, and are therefore responsible for reviewing and adhering to any modifications to this agreement.
2. Whether or not you review these terms, by purchasing my art you automatically agree to the terms and conditions regardless.
Copyright
"The moment an idea or creative concept is documented, on paper or electronically, it is automatically protected by copyright."
"Copyright protection is provided under the Copyright Act 1968 and gives you [me] exclusive rights to license others in regard to copying your [my] work, performing it in public, broadcasting it, publishing it and making an adaptation of the work."
