It's been about four years since I was last active here, and about 7 or so years since I've really been an active part of the furry community. I and art (life) in general don't have the best relationship since I was about 17. But I still try and sketch often and just recently redesigned my fursona, Sev, for an official f*cking time. Goddamn. I've been very slow and patient with his return, because I'd like to perhaps stay in the community again. Although it is a very social comm and I'm a social hermit mostly nowadays, so it be kinda hard. Luckily, my boyfriend and close friends are an active part of the live/local community and some have been for years, something I never did and was too afraid to do back in the day. It's slow but fun to be exposed to again.
One thing I've always wanted to do for about ten years or so is make a fursuit. I never had the means to, but now I do. So last year I began making Sev into a suit, starting with the head. I've been taking my time with him, deliberately.

Sorry I may sound robotic, listy, I've not done this sort of thing in a while. But I am excited to be with Sev and furries again. As Sev comes to life again, so am I in the real world (Hi, i'm transman 4mon on T and i also have happy pills). Lol. Life is odd n awful n mysterious.

This is quite a dodgy, sneaky return to the fandom but ahh well. I've been gone for the better part of two years on a personal hiatus, and I'm very excited to come back to the fandom with a new fursona and new vibe. I've missed my furiends, the art, and the accepting community and I thought it the best time to come back. For a year I've been in the planning of coming back and designing a new fursona because Severi didn't do me justice. My old account severi will no longer be in use. From now on this is my account and Pavot will be my new fursona.

Pavot (pronounced PAH-VO) is a lovely new extension of me because he is a Eurasian lynx (of course!) and alien, extra terrestrial. I decided on alien because I loved the look of head-tails down and floppy, and I also like the look of upright horns, so head-tails allow for movement of both upright and down. Pavot is probably the most simple design for a fursona I've ever had, despite the alien æsthetic, and I'm glad. He's just the right amount of dark and odd and beautiful. 'Pavot' I consider still a working name and not set in stone just yet. I really like the name, but I wanna feel it out just a bit more.

Can't wait to reunite with old furiends and see if they still like me. ;P
