im back at college.. ugh. the workload is gonna swamp me
also this summer was borderline shit, yea i drew a bit but not as much as i expected. august was a terrible month for art block and commissions were slower to be done than usual. terrible i know. hate myself for that. plus i still have a few arts i owe people.
also ashamed to admit that i got hooked on instagram reels; even when i wanted to draw i was just addicted to doomscrolling.
still dont have a job.. and i seem to fail every interview i attend.

As i've said 100 times by now, im going to be in russia from this sunday until early september.
Since more vpns have been blocked since 2024 i have no idea if the ones that worked last year will continue to do so this time. In the worst case scenario, i'm not gonna be able to access instagram, furaffinity, inkbunny, discord, ao3, x, and more. which SUCKS BALLS. driving me up the wall.

So what the fuck now?

I know i mentioned this earlier but to reiterate, I'm gonna be mostly inactive until late june because im going abroad. I will not be taking new commissions/ych during this time nor will i be posting much if at all.
I'm gonna be in russia from late june and if god forbid i won't be online here it's because my vpn failed. So if im not online for a concerning amount of time then it's just my vpn fucking me over. I'm there till mid september. Commissions should reopen when i've settled in.

I won't be taking commissions or any YCHs from the 3rd of June till the 22nd; I'm going abroad. Any commissions ordered will be finished before the 3rd or a refund will be given. (which is unlikely because I will stick to the deadline no matter what).
Depending on my Vpn I will probably reopen them after the 22nd. Paypal is a pain to work with in russia. A lot of sites like inkbunny, furaffinity, discord, instagram etc don't function without a good vpn. Last year my vpn did work but it still annoyed me.
If paypal fucks up i might use my old hippolink account for payments. I'm returning in september.

after i finish my last comm i am closing them until may 8th cause thats when finals are over. unless someone REALLY wants a comm then i might reconsider. art trades are also closed unless it's possible to wait for a longer while.

Due to my art improving + inconvenient fees I decided to up all commission prices by 25%

As of today I am revoking permission for commissioners and ordinary folks to upload my art on sites such as e621 and r34 paheal (herpy.nu currently whitelisted). This has been updated in my TOS too so if I catch commissioners or non commissioners reuploading their commissions or my personal art on such sites I won't do business with them anymore (does not apply to commissioners that I gave permission to).

Why is fa’s blocking feature so useless? Does jack shit to prevent potential art thieves or tracers or ai scrapers. A perfect block would make you invisible to the person you blocked and would hide their account from you

I have a stupid idea. Why not delete all my sketches in my scraps and only keep finished good art here? All my sketches and art are on inkbunny anyway.
