With the posting of my last commission I'm officially taking on more! I need to get at least 5 lined up by the end of this week in order to get my bills paid for this month! My job has been unstable lately and in the interim before getting solid hours back and finding a second job/supplementary income/etc I'm just trying to use my own skill and talent to get myself out of this little hole and make ends meet!

So! Something like the commission I just posted, in full color and etc. will range from $15-20 depending on how complex and detailed the result will be. A sketch will be more like $10.

I am best at monsters, anthros and various animalia, but I can draw humans and non-figures and I'll draw pretty much anything your heart desires! I love drawing spooky/macabre/etc art so if you're looking for someone to draw something that might be a bit creepy hit me up, son! Only one clause: NSFW art is extra!

Kinda tryin' to shock my system here, so in an attempt to force myself to post art I took photos with my camera of literally EVERYTHING I have drawn since the summer [spoiler: it's a pitifully small amount but still about six months' worth of art] and I'm gonna post em ALL... INDIVIDUALLY ;D So I can tell you about each one, oldschool livejournalartblogsketchdump style! [I miss those days~]

Mostly in scraps, but just brace for a few dozen new submissions from me here in the next hour or so. And, y'know, check them out. :P

So artblocked it hurts. Seems that lacking a fursona makes it really hard to just let things flow. I'm working on it.

And I'm excited that my last commission from earlier this year has been revived and I can now work on getting it completed for my customer! :D

So, little bit of an art slump the past few weeks. Mostly due to bb's last weeks here with me before he leaves for school, and becoming obsessed with garry's mod. Most of my art has been impromptu sketches done on receipt paper with pen while at work... I do plan on scrounging a bunch of those up and compiling a couple of sketchdump-style pages to post here soon, because a few of them are pretty cool in my personal opinion.

Other than that, I promise I am drawing. And! I got a pound of clay recently, so I might be doing a little bit of sculpting again, too. It's been several years since I got to work with clay, but it's a medium that I enjoy quite a lot. Very physical stuff, working with clay.

I push myself too much...

Every minute of every hour in which I'm not sleeping or at work, I feel guilty because I'm not doing art even though I want to be/haven't done any that day. But I can't let myself just doodle freely anymore. Even though in past years I used to fill up a sketchbook a month doing just that, and now I'm an adult and I keep buying sketchbooks and then refusing to let myself fill them, or make anything that isn't a finished piece of big detail. It's like my subconscious has decided that if I won't make a huge improvement in my art every single time I put pen to paper, then why even bother. It sucks. I need to break this mental block.

It comes from feeling like I need to change the direction of my art, but hitting a wall every time I try for a new direction. I dunno what to do.

if you draw a pokemon, it will get more attention than your regular art. in the form of faves by people who favorite mostly niche-fetish pokemon drawings. i.e. inflation, vore, etc.


what. i just drew an ampharos wearing galoshes. the fact that people seem to find even that sexually attractive kinda creeps me out a bit. but hey, who am i to judge. thanks for the free press.


to those whom i owe art, thank you all for being patient, as i am now rather behind. i finally found a job, and as it's my first third shift job [sundown to sunup] it is taking a considerable amount of adjustment and re-learning time management with my new sleep schedule. but hey. at least i'm hired. :3 i promise the remainder of you will not have to wait much longer. <3

Family drama has resulted in my scanner's cord being stolen from me and held hostage. I won't get it back without a lot of bullshit and fighting, but eventually, I'll get it back as it's my own property that I paid for. I don't expect this to take longer than a couple of days, but I just want to keep everybody updated who's waiting for art from me.

You don't have anything to worry about, really, I'm mostly just ranting here. But if things should happen to be delayed -- gods forbid, I'm not that kind of artist or paid worker at all! -- you'll know why. <3

Just wanted to let y'all know that I'm uploading a bunch of stuff tonight, but it's all just little doodles and concept work, so it's going in scraps.

I really really really hate making journals like this. With the whole sob story. You see them all over the site, and I don't want to be that guy. I'm ashamed to beg like this. But things are getting desperate for me and I really, really need help.

I lost my job in November. My boss left and the person who replaced her never liked me. The new boss was brand new at their job and had never been a manager before. Eventually due to the new boss's own personal dislike of me, not related to my professional behavior, I was fired. That sounds really skeezy, I know. But that's the situation I'm dealing with.

I just cannot get hired. I've been trying desperately for months and I just cannot convince anyone. I've even gotten all the way up to the second interview, but I've been turned down by over a dozen places now [out of the hundreds I've applied to] and I'm getting really anxious.

I bought a car in August of last year. It's an older PT Cruiser, but I love it so much. But this month's payment will be the last of the money I have to my name. If I can't find a job before next month, I'll be forced to sell my car.

This would be the third car I've had to go through in ONE year. The previous two died on me. I've had the worst luck ever with cars and I'm ridiculously attached to this one, it's the first decently pretty and nice car I've had and it actually runs properly. I can't bear to lose this one and be car-less yet again.



Please, if you have 5 bucks, commission me. I'm a traditional artist and I've been working in mixed media for over 5 years, and on art in general my entire life. I can do any subject material you want, although I am better at living things than nonliving. I'll do a sketch or badge for $5. Flat colors for $10, full color for $15. $5 extra for adult work. But I'm TOTALLY up for consideration if you think this is too high! I'll also send you the physical copy of the work itself, if you live in the US, free of charge.

I just really need help. But I can't ask for something for nothing, I want to use my talent and skills to help get myself out of this situation. No one in corporate America is giving me half a chance, this is my last resort. gaming is going down the toilet almost as fast as TV has. no fucking lie. and it depresses me.

i think if consoles go 100% virtual media, no discs or cartridges ever, that could be the thing that makes me stop playing current gen games. for real. there are a lot of reasons behind this, it’s not just an aesthetic for me.

god this just breaks my fucking heart. i was ready for gaming to just get over this bump. i was disappointed when the wii u came out and it had a fucking IPAD????? for a controller. but i still had hope.

but i’m starting to lose hope.

soon we won’t even have controllers at all. we’ll have an app that you download to your phone. no control sticks, no buttons. all motion and voice controlled.

that’s not what i want. but that’s where i see this shit going and i’m not going with it. i’m just not. and that’s what hurts.

and what’s worse is that it seems like nobody actually understands or agrees with me. fuck.

Moving into a new space. No i'm not moving house AGAIN, just a different room... actually the same room I was put into when I first came to this house, but I repainted it myself with a little help from bb and mom, so now it's not a horrible eyesore anymore!

It used to be bright purple [?!] with blue trim [?!!] and a black ceiling [??!?!?!?!?!!]. No I didn't paint it like this! It was supposed to be the practice room for my stepdad's band before I moved in, and the idea was that it had a "club feel" but god was it ever ugly by the time two teenagers wrecked it. It looks sooooooOOO much better now. Everyone is happy. GOD that ceiling was a bitch to get from pitch black to pure white, though!

As you see I haven't updated or done art often enough at all... hopefully a recent commission [for a new computer that i desperately need, woohoo!!] and this nice new clean space will help me get my art mojo going! I've been working like crazy on this room this entire month so far, I definitely treated it like a piece of art, so my hope is that the feeling of artistic inspiration will be in the freshly painted walls, literally ;D

I have learned that because some of my characters have large breasts, that means it's totally okay for all of you to write creepy, lascivious comments about how sexually attractive you find my character, things you want to do to them, etc!

And if I draw or have people draw porn of my character, that means I'm implying consent to recieving said creepy, disgusting comments and it's my own fault if people make them, so I can't complain!

Because sluts like me who draw big-boobied characters MUST want disgusting sexual comments made by cheeto-stained anons on the internet!

If anybody out there is interested in helping me work on a blog about ID-ing different types of animal bones, you should send me a message! It seems like there is not a very good resource out there that says "this is a cat skull, these are the features of feline skulls, here's how you tell a cat skull from a [x] skull" etc. [It would not just be skulls, of course :p]

My specialties are identifying most types of vertebrate skulls, except fish. I'm pretty familiar with the human skeleton as well.

Whatever I don't know, I want to learn via other people and resources! So if you think it would be fun to help create a blog about the art of bone ID-ing, message me!

Yeah... title basically says it all. Lost my job a couple of days ago. Trying to find a new one, but I have next to no savings atm. If I don't find a new one in a couple of months, I might have to put my [just recently bought, still paying for] car up for sale, which is just... awful, because I love it dearly. I'm also in danger of losing my cell phone for a while, which is my main means of communication with my partner since he's away at school most of the time.

So yeah... sob story aside, I have a lot of time on my hands now what with trying to conserve what little money I still have by not driving and having no need to go to work... so I'd love to take a few commissions.

I haven't drawn anything in like two months. I think that's an all-time record. What is wrong with me.

The macabre tag on this site is useless, just full of characters and artists called Macabre.
Not what I want. What I want is creepy ass art and artists who do macabre style stuff.

So... Anyone have recommendations? Creepy art? I don't mind gore, sex, whatever. JTHM style is okay, but I most prefer somewhat realistic to photorealistic stuff :D
