♥ Pay within 24 hours of purchase of a premade design or YCH.
♥ Purchase with points or paypal-- pay via the purchase button on the side after me confirming your purchase, don’t send points before. If via paypal, note me and I’ll send you my paypal. Send the payment as ‘Goods && Services’ only, state it as ‘No Shipping Needed’. If you really desire to pay off the transfer fee, feel free to. It’s not a requirement. Just set it as a dollar extra, and it’ll be counted as a tip in the end.
♥ In order to purchase from me, your account must be at least a week old minimum, have at least one piece of art on it, or have an older account you can display as proof that you’ve been on dA for more than a week. I’ve had issues in the past with brand new accounts trying to purchase adopts but then never paying.
♥ Auctions will of course go to the highest bidder in the end. Highest bidder must pay within 12 hours of you replying to confirm that you're going to pay for it, if not sent then I'll offer it to the second highest bidder.
♥ Holds not available. I don't negotiate on my prices either nor do trades, unless the adopt is older than two weeks.
♥ Payment plans available for purchases of 50$+, with a downpayment of 30$ and a weekly payment of 20$.

♥ You’ll be sent a full res version of your adopt without the pixel sig, however with a small, secondary sig. It won’t be as intrusive as the other sort of sig, and upon request I can give you a palette of all colors used on said adopted design. They’ll also be backgroundless singles.
♥ You may not remove my watermarks, no matter what. Please no tracing, heavy referencing, or selling of my designs without my consent.
♥ You may resell my designs as long as it’s either for the base value of the original price of the adopt from when you purchased it (I do keep a list of all of this and who owns what), unless you yourself have made artwork for it. For every piece of art (asides from sketches), feel free to add up to 10$ value per picture. This goes for a maximum of up to 100$ more than the original purchase value.
♥ Do not repost my art, unless you’ve been given permission. Please credit me whenever you do however if you’ve gained permission.
♥ Boop me whenever you trade/gift/resell it. I’ll update the ownership list. This list is for the safety of owners and purchasers by the way.
♥ Sorry, I don’t do refunds unless it’s for a custom piece.
♥ Change the design as much as you please. Don’t claim original as your own creation, no credit needed, however please do be polite and if you modify it, credit the original designer that made the base design if you call it your own.
♥ Feel free to use the design for commercial works! Just don't sell my art of the design, and you're good to go!

♥ Severe violations (theft, removing watermarks, etc.) of my rules result in being blacklisted. Your design will stay your own, however I will refuse to do business with you in the future.
♥ Minor violations (reposting without the watermark on, not sending payment soon enough, etc.) will tally up to three within a month before it counts as a severe. Every month, one tally of the minor goes away. At most, whenever minors add up to count as a severe, you’ll be blacklisted for only three months, then removed from the list.
