It's still bad. I'm currently making an appointment for an MRI on it and I may possibly need surgery to get it fixed up proper. I'm just worried and anxious the damage is permanent and that I'll never really get to draw anything again (or more likely, will hafto force my left hand to learn how to draw. which I've been trying but honestly the action makes me feel incredibly depressed for several reasons). I'm just being pessimistic. It's likely still fixable. I just feel like crap is all

The purpose of this journal is to keep my queue and availability public, and current status of each piece. Each is mostly done in order displayed by number here, but I will be working more on things I am currently vibing, as this helps me significantly with productivity.

I'm doing better, but my index finger is still out of commission, yet luckily I've found a work around that lets it continue recovering while still able to draw (though I am working on a limited schedule just to be safe.)

If all is well by monday, I'll finally be opening commissions back up.

I was planning on officially opening commissions today for a while, but I have unfortunately in my excitement for having a tablet again, I pushed too hard and have obtained a Repetitive Strain Injury in my index finger in my right hand (my drawing hand), and will likely have no new drawings at all until it is healed. Hopefully this only takes a week or two, but could last over a month if I'm not so lucky. I have like three separate pieces I was really excited to get done, but they'll just hafto wait.

Today, my tablet arrived. This is my first time using a tablet in almost four years, meaning my art from here forth on my FurAffinity will be unlike any of my current uploads here. This is a return to my old styles; pencil-style sketches and acrylic-mimic 'painting'. A few scraps are going to be uploaded soon after posting this journal, these are today's exercises to get back in to the swing of tablet-drawing.
this change will overhaul my current commission options, but the expected price-range increase will be negligible relative to the quality increase.
