Thank you for considering commissioning me for your avatar. Before we proceed, please take a few moments to read through the following terms and conditions. By commissioning me, the customer agrees to everything listed below.

Additional funding required for avatars I do not own (as most require both parties to own the avatar to work on it), and avatars I have not worked with yet but are free will factor into how long it takes me to complete the customer's work.

Prices

Disclaimer: All prices listed are estimates, and are prone to rise and lower on a case-by-case basis to match the value of the customer's requests.

Full:
Starts at $100 USD. The more complex the design or more accessories/clothes, the more days I will need to work on it. I will charge based on how many work days it will take me to finish. This tier includes textures for a hair asset a set of genitalia at no additional cost. This tier also includes certain smaller assets intended to be incorporated as part of the body (ie, a neck fluff asset)

I am not able to do everything. I am still learning new tricks everyday and will be upfront/honest about whether or not I think I can complete a specific request.

The customer will not be charged for days I do not work on the project, even if it takes me a full week to finish a project I quoted at 2 work days.

Flat:
Ranges between $25 to $75 USD for a flat texture, scaling with character complexity and time required. This texture will be solid colors, without highlights or fur grain details. The customer will receive the base color map, and may request some simple emission masks.

Custom Texture (No Ref)
Don't have a ref sheet but still want a texture? I can do a custom design for the customer for an additional cost. $25 for Flat and $50 for Full. A custom design will have a longer turn-around time and more back-and-forth with the customer to get the design just right.

Clothing:
Clothing starts at $30 USD as a bulk price for one "outfit" worth of clothes (3-5 items depending on complexity) and increases with design complexity.

Unity Assembly:
I can assemble the textures together for you in unity for $20 and can either give you the material spheres to drop in or a .unitypackage with everything assembled (note: I won't be able to assemble clothing for assets where I only have a .spp file to work with.)

Maintenance:
Returning customers can have their textures edited starting at $20 USD, and increasing with complexity of request.

Orders

To commission me, please send me a Note, E-mail or Bsky DM with a reference or a very detailed description of what the customer wants. The more consistent imagery the customer can provide, the easier time I'll have finding the customer's vision.

Order Details

Upon contact, the customer will provide me with the following:
Preferred Name
Preferred contact method and information.
Avatar Base I'll be working with
Written Description of Commission (If you think the amount of detail you're giving me is annoying, keep going!! If there's a specific scar on the your character's left nostril I need to know about it!!!)
Specific requests for exported maps/masks, if any
Picture references of the customer's character as they can provide. (Side, front, and back please!)
PayPal username or e-mail address for invoicing.

Please specify if the customer requires specific maps. By default, the customer will receive the following from me as applicable for each material:
Base Map
Normal Map
Metallic/Roughness/Specular as processed by shader
Height Map

Emissions, Audio Link, Glitter, Dissolve, etc are all possible, but the customer needs to be specific about what they want.

Your commission will be listed once I've accepted the order and before payment has been processed, and will be moved through the completion stages as applicable.

Shaders

I currently can setup materials for the following shaders:
Standard
Mochie
Poiyomi (NOT Poiyomi Pro)

If the customer requires setup for a different shader, this can be discussed, but assembly may have to be handled entirely by the customer or require additional time to be charged.

Payment

Payment is required upfront. I will schedule the customer's commission to begin the next work day after receiving payment, unless specified otherwise. Payment plans can be discussed and are approved on a case-by-case basis.

PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT MENTION ANYTHING ABOUT THE COMMISSION IN THE PAYMENT NOTES, ESPECIALLY ANY HINT OF NSFW MATERIAL.

NSFW

I can work with NSFW material. On anything below the $100/day tier, I'm treating it as a separate asset order and charging a $25 fee. If the commission is at the $100/day tier, I'll include your set of genitals.

Against Terms of Service

I will not open Blender for the customer, I'm sorry. This includes but is not limited to:
Mesh Edits
Armature Edits
Clothing Modeling
Animating
Menu Programming

I Will Not Texture:
Hate Propaganda ( includes but is not limited to Nazi, KKK, Alt right, Qanon or any other Hate group)
Anti-LGBT+ material / propaganda
Non-Fictional Religious Iconography (I will do fantasy roleplay iconography within reason)
Political campaign messaging (includes but not limited to "Vote ____" text, iconogrophy, etc)
Extreme drug iconography (I'll paint a weed leaf on your butt, it's ok)

If the customer's commission includes any of the above, or otherwise makes me uncomfortable, I reserve the right to decline their commission.

Communication and Updates

I agree to regularly provide screenshots of the project after each work day of progress, or through out the work day as feedback is required. However, please be aware that creating high-quality textures takes time and may require several hours of work. As such, I ask that the customer refrain from repeatedly asking for updates or rushing me to complete the commission. If the customer requires an expedited commission, we can negotiate a rush fee.

If the customer would like to inquire about the status of their commission, I ask that they please approach me with polite communication and patience. I will respond as soon as I receive the customer's messages and am able to focus attention to the customer's needs.

Please note that excessive and disrespectful demands for updates will not be tolerated and may result in termination of the commission.

Deliverables

After commision completion the customer will be provided with the following (for each item):
.unitypackage containing the materials setup (if requested)
.zip file containing a folder with the materials assembled and all their textures allocated (if requested)
All texture maps exported by Substance, plus additional maps/masks requested
Returned/Updated files provided by the customer, if any

If installation assistance is required, I can help the customer with screenshots through e-mail or DM.

After the commission is completed, the customer has 14 days after receiving their commission to request minor fixes to their project.

Additional Terms

By commissioning me, the customer agrees to the following:
The customer is the owner of the character or property theye are commissioning me to texture.
The customer has the appropriate rights to create a custom avatar for the model they are requesting.
I will only communicate with the contact information provided by the customer.
The customer is 18 or older regardless of state, province, or country of residence.
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Problems, Disputes and/or Refunds

If the customer has any problems with their commission, they are requested to please contact me directly. I am amenable to fixing mistakes and figuring out any technical difficulties after delivery, with limitations.

No refunds will be given after the customer has received their deliverables.

In the case of a refund request due to my inability to complete the commission, I will issue a full refund.

However, refunds will not be provided in cases where the customer has failed to provide adequate reference materials or has not communicated effectively with me during the commission process. In such cases, I reserve the right to terminate the commission and retain any payments made up to that point.

By commissioning me, the customer agrees to the terms outlined on this website, including the policies regarding refunds, disputes, and communication.
