The PDF will include the entire story, all the illustrations, plus some never publically posted bonus art. That over 150,000 words of slow transformative sexy times and over 25 color illustrations. Patreons are getting it tomorrow!
I'll be asking 18 dollars for this massive tome but it will be on sale through the first of the new year for 16 dollars as part of the Colliday days sale. Well that was fun (I got fired)
Posted 11 months agoI am alive! Disappeared due to landing a pretty good job. It was super different from anything else I've done and they had a funny idea about what training means. That made it super stressful and made this Nibs miserable. Then they fired me.
Never been fired before. I'm pretty sure its unusual to be happy about being fired but I think I was a breath away from quitting anyway. Its nice to breath a bit.
I'll have to start looking for a new job soon but I've got some time to plow into creative projects first.
Goals:
Make pdf and ebook versions of A Game of No Hands. These will go on itch priced somewhere between $15.99 - $19.99.
Start posting Striped, Collared and Heated: A story of eldritch love and domination. This has been chugging along on the patreon for awhile. Its super fun and a little bit darker than No Hands.
If I can dig up my muse, I was working on a dragon HRT journal story before I got slammed by stress. I want to finish that. Although my brain might be sparking for something else. We'll see.
Thank you,
Nibs

Working on the next thang
Posted 2 years ago14,000 words in, we're finally getting to the TF in this WIP. There's been some light mental corruption before this but the mayhem train is finally leaving the station. Aww yeah. I always feel weird when I do stuff like this. Originally in a Game of No Hands there was a much longer build up before we got to the game and its TFs. I cut it down significantly. A big part of a longer intro is me feeling out the characters. While I start with an idea, they flesh themselves out on the page. The deeper I can dig into them and the world they live in the more impactful a radical change can be.
A Game of No Hands is three people exploring the depths of each other, their world is mostly shut out of the story but it still seeps in but in this WIP, the characters are more anchored in their world. So I'm spending a bit more time establishing the normal. Its heavily based on Jaqueline's Choice. Modern society was invaded by the fey some decades ago. A peace was reached and lines drawn. Mortal society uses the now highly corrupt MDA (Magical Defense Agency) to enforce the borders between mortal and magic. Both the ones you mark on a map and the ones in society. They prevent those touched and changed by magic from climbing any ladder that might provide power. Really the only path to power for those who have magic is through the MDA itself. Although agents with abilities are tightly controlled, and any mutations better be concealed by a suit and a pair of shades.
I don't view this world as anything particularly special. Magic as an oppressed difference has been around since the birth of urban fantasy. Yet in terms of erotica it provides oppertunities for things I really like.
1. Physical changes represent a threat to the character's status, providing motivation to hide them. A trope I love.
2. Since changes are not wholly uncommon, once the changes go to far to conceal, a character can transition to a new life among the feytouch, providing a safe place.
These provide some stakes and price when you accidently touch something you shouldn't and start growing a tail and bat wings. Otherwise its simply a whoops, guess I'm a dragon now. Those stories can be fun too but I like to play with a greater element of panic.
What are common setting elements that you assume when you write a TF story? Artists when you draw a one off TF do you imagine a world beyond the context of the character?

End of the Year Update
Posted 2 years agoA Game of No Hands is done! Locked and loaded.
The entire manuscript has been edited by me and I finished the epilogue up this morning. I’m happy, so very happy, for the project to reach this stage. Thank you everyone so much for your support! That you all enjoy this incredibly niche story and art means so much to me.
So what happens now? Both exciting things and some business as usual. A Game of No Hands will continue to post every week. Chapter 60, the epilogue, will post publicly on June 25th.
Around that time, we’ll be gearing up for not only a pdf release of the novel but a physical release with full color illustrations. To make sure we get the manuscript as clean as possible before it's frozen within thin slices of dead trees, I’m look for a few good grammar monkeys or cats, rats, whatever. If you're interested in helping me out send me a message on discord.
My spouse’s top surgery is at the end of January so if you want to help contribute to that now’s the time. As an incentive I’ll be uploading the entire manuscript before the new year which you can read immediately after becoming a Grand Nub.
I have gifts for all my patrons! January will be Goo-uary; every patron will get to read A Goo Tail and you’ll see the illustrations as they come in from Burhuru. Hopefully we have the complete pdf to all patrons and up on Itch.io in February.
The exciting thing for me is I’ll be working on something brand new that my Patreon will flow into once A Game of No Hands wraps. I’m shooting for a smaller book this time, 40-60k. I have a ton of ideas and I’ll be polling patreons for suggestions. Can’t wait to see what you think!
Cheers,
Nibs

Its illustration suggestion day!
Posted 2 years agoOn the Patreon today we are taking suggestions for an illustration for chapters 9-12 (You can read 9-11 for free on FA or here: https://patreon.com/posts/game-of-n.....hands-82260554)
So much to choose from. A bound up Sphinx lady, Steve has her first encounter with The Cerberus™, Taken by the Yeen Queen. So good!

I'm on Patreon and its a hell of a dopamine hit.
Posted 2 years agoAbout 7 months ago I was thinking about my smut and how I wanted to write more of it. I had an idea for much longer spicy novel but I wasn't sure I could take the time to write it. I post here and on twitter asking if I should do a patreon. I got a grand total of 3 responses. To be absolutely fair, I don't generally read journals on FA myself. Two of those posts were enthusiastic yes! and one was advice with pros and cons.
Well I wrote that novel. My brain didn't really give me a choice in the matter. Now, one hundred and fifty thousand words later I opened the patreon last week. I expected I'd get a few patreons that first day, fans I know and chat with. After all I didn't post a single chapter of A Game of No Hands publicly. I would have considered five a success, would be a number I could build from. I was absolutely gobmacked when we received twenty that first day and nearly filling the highest pledge tier. That's amazing.
Now a week later we're at thirty one patreons and I'm having those flutters of hope that this might actually work, that this could, not only raise the money for Masked Lioness's transition but maybe turn into something sustainable. I've been here a bunch of times with my more mainstream work and each time it hasn't quite worked out. But maybe this time, with these TF stories that are so fun to write, with this really wonderful community that I've been writing in for over a decade now, it will happen.
I am probably getting ahead of myself a little, still have a long way to go to that point but I'm very much enjoying riding the potential of this start.
Thank you all very much. Thank you to
Krim_hue for being my illustrative partner in this.
Looking forward this coming year of A Game of No Hands.

Posted 2 years agoI’m extremely excited to announce that my next story is ready for launch!
Tina’s determined to spice up her flagging marriage by introducing her new girlfriend, Angelica, to her husband, Steve and forming a thruple. However, introducing that third to a long-term partner is always awkward. When the standard technique of lets all get sloppy drunk and hope sexy times happen fails because said husband skipped sloppy and went straight to coma, then its time for magic measures. Tina whips out a foolproof way to break the ice and possibility their sanity: No Hands. A game for adult enjoyment. (A Magically Enhanced Experience.) Crafted before the words magical, safeguards and regulation were ever used in the same sentence. To each player it deals a deck of cards, Tina is the Yeen Queen, Angelica the Punk Pantheress and it forced poor Steve to take the adorable Husky Maid. Each card, whether played on themselves or on another, changes their bodies, shifts their minds and boosts their increasingly uncontrolled libidos. While Tina and Angelica spar over who’s the pet and who the mistress, leaving Steve blushing furiously between them, both unable to resist the growing heat. Who and what will they be by the end of the game? Who’s knows? Certainly, they won’t be the same.
A while ago, I told you that A Game of No Hands was sitting at thirty thousand words and probably had another twenty thousand to go. Well, I was wrong. It needed more than triple that, it now sits at a massive one hundred and forty-five thousand words. For reference that’s about five hundred pages of exploring every transformation kink I find remotely sexy, TF, TF/TF, femdom, feminization, multiple heads, multibreast, knotting, lactation, pet play, paw play, tentacles, mental compulsions, identity play and more.
To support the illustration of this massive story I’ve partnered with artist
Krim_Hue to release No Hands as a webnovel. Chapters will be released for free once a week but I hope you’ll consider joining my patreon (https://www.patreon.com/MisterNibs) where you can read ahead, vote on which scenes get illustrated and get thanked in the eventual publication of the book.
Otherwise, you can follow me on my email list and get notified when a chapter goes public.

Should I do a patreon?
Posted 3 years agoPondering plans for next year. With a bit of support I could post, if not complete stories, a few chapters a month and folks could help me select what moments in those chapters to get illustrated.
Would you contribute? Let me know in the comments or on the twitter poll: https://twitter.com/TheGreatMrNibs/.....96750601453568

An update
Posted 5 years agoHi all!
Been a bit. I know. I had this glorious, productive run earlier this year and more or less fell off a cliff. So what happened?
A combination of burnout and health issues. I'm managing a career as a writer in my day job now, which is great but I find I've only got so many words in me per day without feeling strained. Writing non horny stuff in the day and horney stuff in the evening was a whole lot of writing. I had started to burn out. This wouldn't have been a super issue alone. Work would have slowed but not stopped entirely because on one level I have always needed to write the stuff I post here and sell on itch.io. Always have. Thought I always would.
Then that health issue struck.
It's a weird one. Nobody's figured it out but we did find a medication that helped. Trouble is... Its completely killed my libedo and my desire to write horny stuff. Its as if that part of my brain that comes up with super sexy fantasies that I am driven to write has just been turned off. It weird. My desire to create is still here but just not this stuff.
I miss this part of me that IS Mr. Nibs. Currently I'm attempting to wean myself off my meds but I'm not sure that's going to work. What I might have to do next year is start experimenting with other meds. We'll have to see. Hopefully next year there will be some sort of return. I'd really like to produce something new every month for this side of me.
Wish me luck.

New story!
Posted 8 years agoWooHoo! For the first time in four years I've finished a new story!
Entitled Moon Claimed, its a classic F/F tale of magic going wrong. After a wild night at a costume party, Melanie wakes to find that her snow leopard costume has become far too realistic for her tastes. The cure is simple: resist the growing heat inside herself long enough to get help. Too bad her dommy girlfriend, a werewolf named Tabitha, has decided a pet snow leopard is just the sort of bed warmer she needs. Things soon go way beyond heavy petting.
The story has been illustrated by
ComicTF using ink and water color that has to be seen to be believed. Unlike Jacqueline's Choice all of these images are far too naughty to host on Amazon so we're selling the story on itch.io.
https://mrnibs.itch.io/moon-claimed
There is nothing I love more than seeing my stories illustrated. If you enjoy my stories, please help spread the word so I can do this more often.
Cheers,
Mr. Nibs

Posted 11 years agoThe second draft of the novel is complete. 81,000 words. Took me about five month but it was worth it. Learned a lot in the process. Especially what I need to work on. For now that tome can sit in a drawer and chill for a bit.
In the meantime:
I've got a few short story ideas that I think you all might like. ;) And as hinted I am available for story commissions.
I'll put up some more detailed guidelines later but here's the basics. Stories can be either erotic or not. Erotic stories should probably involve a female, better for everyone involved. Give me characters and the general situation and I'll go from there.
Prices:
100 words: $5
1000 words: $50
5,000 words: $250
10,000 words: $500
Stories 5K and up will be published as a ebook, with a cover and hopefully a few illustrations.

Signs of life?
Posted 11 years agoSo I'm not dead. Pretty sure nobody thought I was. I've been around but not here.
Its a bit of a long story but as this is a place for long blabbers I shall tell you about it anyway.
Me and my novels have a relationship problem. Its starts off so promising, I meet an idea at the bar and we hit it off, we flirt, we plan characters and before I know it the idea has moved in and is whispering sweetly about having a novel together. We'd raise it write, send it off to work to a publisher where it could be read by millions and send home checks. Seduced by the idea, I go along with the idea and together we give birth to a healthy little outline, its pages shinying with plot lines. And for the first forty thousand words everything is just bliss. The novel flows, the characters are working and the plot holes are navigatitable. after that, well I'm pretty sure novels hit puberty after they have about 45K and start abusing the crap out of their parents.
After that magical number of words the characters start looking at the outline and say "I'm supposed to get killed by that moron? I'm way to handsome to get offed by some thug, I'll just stab the butler instead." Well they don't say that exactly, I mean I have yet to murder a butler in my stories. Anyway after 45k things get hard. Its not always the characters, sometimes coparent, the idea just runs out of steam. The plot holes and world holes add up and you reach a point that you know, whether its true or not, that what you are writing sucks. Your child is doing horribly at school and you just want to go abandon it on the side of the road and start over.
Okay so the parenting metaphor is a little forced but you get my drift. I've got about 4 novels at about 3/4th done. You just get sick of it at that point. Most of my erotic stories are products of this frustration. I tell myself that I'm just taking a break from the novel. I never go back.
However never finishing anything means, exactly that. If you don't finish a novel, you can't publish it. You cannot advance your career. This year I decided this would not stand. I took the most recent unfinished novels and I've rewritten it. Beginning to almost the end now. And AGAIN I hated it when I got to that 1/2 to 3/4s mark, but I've kept writing slowly. I'm now at 76k words. And you know what? I've gone back to that old draft and found scenes that I feel are better than the 2nd draft's. It certainly has more and better action scenes, despite the hate I had for it.
Now, I'm at the cusp of finishing it. And I know I will soon. And that. That will be a victory.
That said, this draft will not be the one to go to college. It will go age in a drawer and maybe, just maybe a 3rd draft will be on the docket in the future.
So how does this affect you dear readers? Well this Mr. Nibs wants a house and guess what sells?
Thanks everyone. You will hear as soon I finish beating... erm loving this novel to its conclusion.

Posted 13 years agoI'm happy to report that Jacqueline's choice is now chugging along towards a release date in late March.
All the Interior illustrations are finished. The beautiful and talented
SabretoothedErmine is now working on the cover illustration which I suspect will be an udder knockout. I've completed my first edit and sent it out to some friends for comments. Barring an epic plot hole that I've missed, I'll be making some minor edits and then I'll unleash the copy editors upon my poor creation.
Woooo!
