I have periods of down time at work, I'd purchased a wireless graphic tablet hoping to get some doodling time in. Unfortunately, ClipStudio Paint will not really function without a wifi connection.

My Job is mobile and not in a set location. It's also without any internet connections. So basically I need an ANDROID OS art app that fully works in offline mode. Any suggestions?

I say that like I'm never here, but I check my page page A LOT. I just haven't posted anything in a good damn while. LOL

I'm doing well myself. At my age, you have to keep up your regular doctor's appointments/health check-ups. This is the time where things can sneak up on you, so you have to be vigil! So some vitamins here, some diet changes there, and I'm doing excellent for my age group. But man, I do miss that virtually invincible 20s body!

As far as art goes, I've been trying to belt out something for some time now. Every now and then I can poop out a pic here and there. But one every few years is hardly acceptable. On that note...

Don't be mad. But you guys remember this little nugget I posted all those years ago? Weeeell... I actually DID make a comic for it...

I never posted it because it is STILL unfinished. Altogether there's about 13 (Of maybe 20 or so?) pages mapped out with 5 being finished. I never posted it because I ALWAYS POST UNFINISHED PROJECTS and I'm kind of embarrassed about that. That's also not the only thing. There's a Cinderace pic that's about 99% complete, a Judy hopps doodle, a compete Easter Bonny lore thingy comic, a random MLP doodle of Vinyl/DJPON-E and Octavia, and an unfinished Machop comic (Man, I completely forgot about that one. It only got three pages! XD)

But now that I think about it, they're just rotting away on my hard-drive, so I'll leave it up to you guys. If you don't have an issue with the fact that those comics may be unfinished for who knows how long, I'll post them for you all to see.

Never met the man personally, but I think it would be pretty crass on my part not to pay respects to the person who gave birth to my second home here. Getting ready to be 20 years on December of next year.

I'm embarrassed to admit I don't recall how I stumbled onto this site in the first place. I'm certain someone either provided general link or steered me to it's direction. I was active on Dr.Comet's old BBS Kemono Islands, The Old Palcomix forum and slumming it on Geosites and Yahoo!Groups before I discovered FA (Remember TDK Toon Smut? XD).

But since I got here, it's been my main home for damn near 20 years. RIP  Dragoneer. Here's hoping for another 20 years!

I check Furaffinity regularly. Just have had to put art to the side for a good while now. Oh how I miss the earlier years. LOL

So, this started happening recently within the last week or so. Lately my account's been logging itself out as I'm browsing on the site. I log back in with no issues, but it's still a nuisance. But the big issue is when I all of a sudden get a Cloudflare 520 error. At first after a few refreshes, it would go away, but one day it stuck around for an entire day.

After I checked around and found out the issue is on my end, I decided to delete all the cached data and cookies I had for this site and bingo! That did the trick. However, it seems like every few days it builds back up again and I start getting the logout, then errors and off to delete the site data on my browser again.

Is anyone else having similar issues?

I'm using Firefox as a browser (latest update) and a VPN (ExpressVPN latest Update)

You know, back when this happened the for the third time, I think? (It was centered on Sonic characters that time.) I posted a simple diagram and asked the question "Which one of these figures doesn't fall under guidelines and what additions can I add OR subtract to better follow the rules?"

I basically got a catch all corporate response, which was "ALL ART WILL BE JUDGED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS."

I'm a bit worried about my Easter Bunny characters and where they fall on this hypothetical chart.

...Yes, I'm not dead. I'm still active on Furaffinity and Inkbunny. Just haven't posted in a very long time... Like usual. o__o

Two years...I spent two years skirting the boundaries, masking up, getting the vaccine, social distancing, hand sanitizing and washing. But alas...

I've caught the Covid.

In fact, most of my family caught it by proxy. We're all doing fine. We're all vaccinated, so the symptoms are fairly mild. I've still got my sense of smell and taste and pretty much have only one symptom, a lingering chest cough I've been dealing with for the past week or so.

I've got that thing where you can't breath too fast or take sharp, deep breaths or you'll start hacking up a storm. Welp, that's almost my entire immediate family that's caught it. Luckily my sister kept her distance. She's the only one who escaped purgatory. XD

I usually don't step into his sort of thing. But the sheer amount of journals in my feed prompted me to make this post.

Those of you currently dealing with the conflict in the Russia/Ukrainian border and ensuing invasion. Strangers who have had no emotional, nor personal connection to you, are worried for you, thinking of you, wishing you safety and peace.

I'm sure that some of my own watchers are currently dealing with this incursion as best they can. Just lettering you know, we SEE you, we're thinking of you. Please be safe out there.

Also, I was gonna try to just throw it up as a surprise, but I figured I should at least let you guys know that I have been drawing. I've been working on a comic over the past months. In typical fashion, it's ballooned to more than the seven pages I planned, hence why it's taking so long, but it's coming along nicely.

DEAR GOD. 40 is right around the corner. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO........ Meh. :P

So things are sort of dying down. But, Christ. Sections of the city are closed off. A LOT of grocery stores have been hit. So if your hungry? Fuck off! Even if this ends completely by tomorrow, it's gonna be at least a month before everything gets back to the original abnormalcy we were already dealing with. -__-

Ngoooo... Shit. That wwas single handedly, the weirdest experience I've ever had in my life.

First off, Thank-You to all the well wishes, wasn't anything super serious, but it was invasive enough that I was put under. As I pointed out in my RETURN journal, I lost a lot of weight, this left me with some extra skin, it also left me with some kind of hard fat nodules in my chest, which could cause me some health issues down the road.

So, I was given a choice to have these removed surgically, I opted to. I now have this compression thing around my chest that has two tubes connected to tiny bottles on either side of me. Their purpose? Collecting extra surgery "juice" of course XD. They're actually for drainage. I empty them twice a day.

Pain wise, I'm doing alright. I'm LITERALLY not allowed to do pretty much ANYTHING labor intensive for a month, not even stretch my arms over my head or even use them to readjust myself on my bed. I have ZERO appetite right now, not nausea or anything, I just don't get hungry. I have to make sure I eat something to help my healing.

If you've NEVER have surgery before, man, that shit is crazy. They were wheeling me to the OR (Operating Room), and the nurse gave me what she called "The Good Stuff", on the way. I was waiting to feel myself drift off, but it didn't happen. They put the oxygen mask on me and just asked me to breath. I blinked, AND THE SURGERY WAS OVER!

There was no warning or anything. I was out for like like 3 hours. It was literally like someone just cut the surgery scene for time or something. XD

But man, that whole deal was strange. Well, I pretty much sleep more than anything else right now. Gonna go ahead and do that. Just wanted to let you guys know, I'm good. Everything went without a hitch!

Update: Thanx for all your well wishes! I'm doing much better now. My appetite is coming back. Still sleeping a lot though. guess that comes with the territory. Might upload some pictures of what this bandaged monstrosity looks like.

Pretty much in the title. A lot of the .Sai files of the new pics I've done have somehow become corrupted. I get the "Canvas failed to load" error. And the file size either reads 0 or 8kb for some reason.

I've seen all manor of fixes, that haven't worked for me so far. but I wpuld really like to know the underlying problem. This is the first time I've ever had this issue with Sai and I've been using this program for the better part of a decade. So I know there's an exact reason why it's doing it.

UPDATE: Okay, this is getting scary. It's happening in faster. Things I saved on a seperated drive for safety, are showing up as errors minutes later. All my other files on this drive are fine, just the Sai files. I switched to a different version, now I'm just scared to use it for anything.

I've noticed a stark change in interactions on FA as of late. I've also noticed the ire from parts of the community about the steady flood of Ychs and other forms revenue posts. Combine that with the current internet environment and as a consequence, it feels like there's been a huge drop in communications on posts.

I've noticed it on some of the hugely popular artists pages as well. For me, it's really kind of sad. My drive to do artwork is fueled mainly by passion. I love doing it mostly as a hobby rather than for income. Although, it's nice to make a little money on the side here and there.

It's probably because I've been here for so long, almost 15 years, I still have the old mindset. But, things have changed. And like any old person, I'm starting to long for the earlier days where FA was a bustling community. I still look at the comments, conversations and feedback from my old posts from time to time.

Whelp, first and foremost, HELLO EVERYBODY!!

Yes, I've crawled back from the edge of the abyss just to peddle smut and other things. So...
"What's the big fucking deal, bitch?" right? Where have I been?

Now, this might be a little frustrating for for some of you out there, but I'm not gonna be heavy on the details. I've gotten to the age where the internet is more of a tool, than a social arena (although, I still use it for social things. I'm posting art for goodness sake). But I can give you the gist of it, so here goes.


The world pretty much up ended on me and I had to just man up and deal with it. Two Cancer scares...Fucking...TWO. That's one more than ANYBODY should have to deal with (Not me, a family member). Family crisis after family crisis, some of which, are still ongoing. One of which, won't end until the proverbial "fat lady" drops the mike. Financial woes (JOIN THE CLUB - Said fucking, everybody LOL). On a that note, I don't even know if that's a legit complaint anymore! God Damn everyone's poor! My mailman, local police officer....My FUCKING DOCTOR. The hell?

Lastly, my weight. I had to lose some weight, it was starting to affect my health. I'm sure I'm not the fattest, but I was over 300lbs and that shit had to go. My whole lifestyle has changed. How serious was I? I haven't had McDonald's (and still haven't) in 3 YEARS. I used to eat 10 double cheese burgers and of course a large fry because, why not? There also wasn't enough sodium on them, so I also drowned them in salt. YUM! Now my diet consists mostly of skinless chicken, vegetables and salads. Oh, and sodas? Done, I drink seltzer water and water.

Lost a buddy to depression, I think. He was an Iraq war vet. We kept in touch, then he just... Disappeared. He wasn't doing too well last I talked to him, now I don't know what happened to him. Something, something, something... Funerals and weddings.


So...

YEAH...

Three years of... THAT.


What's that you say? "Stop being a pussy and get over it! Everyone has problems." Well, sir... You are absolutely RIGHT. Guys, "Shit Happens" to everyone. I know I'm not alone in the drama I've gone through over the past few years. Hell, I know there are people who've dealt with it way better than I have. So I never felt like "woe is me"... Well, okay. I felt like that a few times (We all do sometimes XD). But I always knew, people have to deal with shit, that's life.
