This is squiduew and their art is FRIKIN ADORABLE. They are offering really cheap commissions and are in need of $30 USD, only $30! Please go help them out! I'm ordering a 2 character (flat color) chibi picture of Mint and Cocoa, and it's only $5 USD! :D So go, go now! Help them you wonderful people!

Small Update
Posted 11 years agoI'm sure the remaining few of you (whom I still owe YCHs to) have been wondering where I disappeared off to. Christmas brought many things, mostly good that detained me, but I was somewhat detained several days before then. I can honestly say if I do a YCH batch for next years Christmas it will only be 12 Days ha ha.. and those wll be pre-sketched. That being said. Day 20-21 are finished, Day 19 is in the work and the other 3 have sketch ideas but haven't been put down. My roomie got that 24 hour bug and now I have it as well and I can't say that that's speeding up the process. So all I can say is I am going to finish the remaining pieces (and the sketches I owe as well) within no later than a week after new years. I do intend to post an updated Price Guide sheet, these will be done twice in the year. Once in January and again in July. So everyone can expect that soon as well.
Thank you again guys for everything, my Christmas was wonderful and just.. awesome thanks to all of your support. Thank you, really thank you from the bottom of my heart. Btw, my friend loves her Xbox 360 I was able to afford to get her. <3

So I'm going to take on 3 Colored Sketch commissions. You can have up to 2 characters in the image and the prices will be listed below

As some of you might have noticed with the site being down it sort of made the day by day thing go out of wack. But no worries. I'm going to be posting at least 2 to 3 images max until everything is caught back up. A little late is better than never right? Good thing is I've been doing them day by day and I'm caught up. Edit: Thanks to the wonderful people on Tigerdile, I have figured out how to stream properly. It's still a little laggy due to my internet, but overall not bad. I'm going to make some coffee before I start streaming. So if you get there before me, you'll know why I'm not drawing just yet. XD

If you haven't guessed. I got my computer. Today. Holy. Crap. Wasn't expecting it. Like at all. I had just ordered it today but apparently my wal-mart had it in stock because I got a text notification that it was ready for pick up. sdfjlasdk;fjashgk It's so beautiful guys. I love it. My new tablet is running great on it to. (Finally I can use it!) So yay! I'm transferring info from my old one to this one. But guys. Windows 8 is such a pain at first. But I bet I'll be used to it in a few days/weeks. It's so shiny and nice. <3 I just.. wow.

Chickensmoothie AccountAs my title says, I will be opening for the 25 Days of Christmas YCH on Monday. November 4th, 2013. I will be posting a journal that's for sign-ups for it.
Payment for the Slot has to be completely paid by December 1st. No exceptions. The sooner you pay the better.
More than one person can pay for a slot. i.e.: You + Friend want a Slot that costs $40 then you can split the cost. Making each of you pa $20. BUT here's the draw back here. You are responsible for getting the payment to me. You MUST get your friend to sent the payment, I will not poke and prod. If you contacted me, then you're responsible. I will send out one invoice note here on FA to everyone that wants a YCH that tells them the total and how to sent payment. But only one. If payment is not received by December. (even if the commission has already been completed) I will not post it (even if it ends up days late due to this) if payment has not been received and accounted for by Dec. 1st. Just so things do get crazy, I won't allow more than 3 people to split the payment.
On another note! This is ALSO very important! I have a specific way of setting up for payments to ensure they are all accounted for. First off, all payments must be sent via Paypal. Nothing else will be accepted. Paypal only. Second, you have to include your username on here, the slot number (and if its separate people paying then you must have them do the same) and include the Name of the slot and the amount of characters in the slot. It's important that no one's gets mixed up. If any do, then it'll take me hours to get it set straight so i know who paid. which makes for a very flustered Mint. Kay?
Last thing that I want to remind you all about. Remember to be civil, and remember to read the posts before you for slot #s and acceptance. If I accept someone for Slot #5 and you and someone else both try to call it after I've already given the other person an okay, it just makes me feel bad. Alright?
Also. I need your guys input. What sort of Icon would be good for Fall Themes/Winter? I will be making some and I need ideas to put out. If anyone comes up with a good idea that I actually do then they'll be the first to receive one. (As in you don't have to pay, the starting image for it will be of your character!) Comment below with any ideas!

The other night I had a bit of a breakdown, I just, too much on my mind at once and I needed help or just someone, but I was alone. (Roommate had to work a double shift) and brought some things to my attention that needed adjusted in my life. I felt like my life was worthless, like I hadn't done anything worthwhile in my life. That.. when I one day die, that no one would remember me or my life would mean anything. And I realized that the desire of my heart is to be some, to be remember. I want to make a lasting impression on this world, this life, and the people who know me. After that realization the night got a lot better, I felt a lot better. So thanks to God, and just letting go of all of this hurt and pain, I found peace and rest.
Christmas - Slots and Commissions. (Important. Read Plz)
This concerns the journal I made a few days back. The 25 Days of Christmas YCH, alright, so at first I was wary that people wouldn't like it, etc. But I got SO MUCH POSITIVE feedback that I know I will definitely, for sure, be doing it. And I plan to open up the slots for them between November 1st and November 10th. It was going to be later than that, but with so much interest I need all the time I can get. So I will post a journal the day or two before I open for them, warning people when I will be opening. c:
Lastly. Updates! On Goals, Commissions, Upcoming, etc. (Also Important. May want to read)
Alright so regarding the YCH above, for the month of November and December. I will likely be busy with this YCHs, so it's looking unlikely that I'll be taking on any commissions during the season (unless I actually manage to get them all done before hand. Yup.) So after all the commissions on my current list are done, (like I said, unless I become super productive) I WON'T be opening commissions again until.... January. Likely. Anyhow. So the total for November and December in my monthly goal will be combined together for $400 total. AND I really, really, really need these YCHs to do well. Because ALL the money from it will be going towards blessing my family and friends this Christmas. Since this is my work, I am counting on you AWESOME PEOPLE to help me out. c: ---Oh! and this MAY not be the only YCH this coming season. So keep your eyes peeled.
In other news, the Trick or Booty icons are OFFICIALLY done. I have 3 last to do. And there will be no others made. Not that that lineart, not ever. c: But it was super fun and I loved it. I ALSO plan to make a few templates for Christmas icons, so that's something else to look forward to~

Here's how this will work. Soft shading is $15 USD
So each slot begins at $15 USD. For the first additional character it's 1/2 the normal price, so instead of $8 for the extra character, it's $4. So $19 for a 2 character slot. Every character after that is normal price. c:
So tell me what you guys think, if all goes well I may get some previews of backgrounds and basic ideas for you guys soon. But comments and suggestions, I'm open to it.

Alright so my total for my laptop fund it currently at a little over $200 and I need $450 on my Laptop. So I need at least $240 more in order to get my laptop. So.. yeah. As soon as this list is done I will be opening again. AND I do intend to have 2 more YCH before Halloween IF I can manage it! So keep a look out for that!
