Does anyone know what anime this is from?

Ive been browsing Youtube for a while and Im finding a lot of old ass cartoons that look pretty good. There's The Raccoons, Willy Fog, Dogtanian, and several others. What happened to quality entertainment. Maybe Im biased, but stuff like this kicks Dora's ass any day.

On another note, can anyone tell me where I might be able to watch Dogtanian? For that matter, who has heard of it? Either way, I cant find anything but episodes 1-4 and then episodes 14 and 21. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey folks. Just a few updates on my life.

First off, to those of you I owe art, I havent forgotten. Life has been a bitch, and I hit another dip in my inspiration, but Im working out of it and am hoping to get back in the swing of things soon.

Also, I had a cool idea for those of your my friends. As most of you know, I love rock and roll. And it came to me that we could get a few of our characters together and form a band, if for no other reason that a few silly pics. Im looking for guitarists most importantly, as I already have a drummer, bassist, and a singer. Anybody interested, feel free to comment here.

WARNING: If nobody shows any interest by the end of the week, Im scrapping this project. So if you feel you might want to, dont wait.
