Hey guys sorry for inactivity! I recently got a part time job and I've been getting used to the hours and being tired after work :P I've got the next few days off so I plan to work on some art stuff (namely commission work) and maybe stream one night, either Wednesday or Friday night.

Also Happy Holidays! Can't believe Christmas is in less than a week. Time flies, man.

Hey guys! So... I've been toying with the idea of creating a Patreon for myself. Before you jump to conclusions, I'm NOT paywalling my art. I just think it would be a neat thing to get into.

My problem is, I have no idea what the reward tiers would be. Maybe I could post WIPs of all my art? Like sketches and stuff and maybe progress gifs. Other than that I don't know what people want to see. I've never seen the point in offering PSD files or anything. I HAVE been brainstorming a comic I'd like to work on, so maybe at some point I can offer early access type stuff in relation to that. But for now, I'm not sure.

In order to break it in, I'm going to take some "experimental" flat color bust sketches for $10 each (usually $15)

Recently I've been doing $10-$40 full sketches in stream, and I'm wondering if anyone would be interested in flat color drawings for $20-$50? My flat color drawings are done with clean lines and color, but no shading/highlights. As opposed to the full sketches, which have sketchy/unclean lines, but have color and shading.

This is the only recent example I can find because I don't do flat color very often

Also if anyone is wondering, I don't do in-stream full color drawings because one full color drawing takes several hours and I'd never be able to take more than one during one stream session. However, I take full color commissions outside of stream sessions and will occasionally work on them on a stream depending on how I'm feeling.

I'm now accepting Square Cash as a form of payment for commissions! This is my first time using it so I'm still getting used to the interface. But for those of you who are uncomfortable using Paypal, I now have Square as an option :D

Hi guys! I just added the following point to my terms of service:
► Please do not give me full artistic freedom on an image if you have something specific in mind. If you're unhappy with an image that you've given me artistic freedom on, I will NOT provide a full refund. It's your job to be clear on what you want.

Recently it's been a problem where a commissioner will give an artist full freedom on how to draw the character, then become rude/upset when the result isn't what they wanted. Please be clear what you want when commissioning artists! It'll make you AND the artist happier in the long run. Don't be afraid to ask for a WIP, either. Any artist worth their weight in salt will be willing to send you a preview of the work they have done so far.

If you're an artist who takes commissions on a basis that is not first come, first serve, ALWAYS RESPOND TO POTENTIAL COMMISSIONERS WHO YOU HAVEN'T CHOSEN. Let them know that you received their request and that they haven't been chosen for that round.

I'm tired of seeing artists leave potential commissioners (including myself) in the dark as to whether or not their commission is going to be accepted. It's common courtesy to contact them and let them know you won't be taking it. Even if it's a copy/paste script to each one. It's not that hard.
