My busy streak is over for the most part, but I'm still under a lot of stress because of the end of the school year coming up and me lacking the credits to graduate at the moment. But seeing as I've been keeping to myself most of the time, I'll let you guys in on my projects and such.

Important Things Keeping Me Busy: Sweeney Todd rehearsals (I play several parts in the musical, so that'll keep me busy); online German courses to finish; school work in general.

Projects I'm Working On: "Moonlight Sonata" 3rd Mov. Orchestral Arrangement, Final Fantasy Compilation arranged by yours truly.

Drawing and poetry writing have taken the back seat for now. :/

I haven't posted anything in a long time for 2 reasons:

1. I've been too lazy to scan the stuff I do have done. xP

2. I've been working on an arrangement for a certain piece by Chopin. I'm halfway done now, but I keep putting it off. I sorta like how it's going, so I can't wait to post it on here. :D

Any questions?

For some artists (like myself), we draw or write romantic works as a way to convey our emotions because of the inability to do so with an actual person. What I mean to say is that some (or many) of us artists are single, and probably have been our entire lives. We do not know what it is like to be loved by another person.
I have never had the opportunity to have an actual girlfriend, mainly because I'm extremely shy when it comes to women, and I have very low self esteem. So whenever I draw something with a sort of romantic theme to it, it makes me long to be loved, despite the fact that I've never experienced that. Sure, I've had crushes, and at one point I even thought I found "the one," but those feelings turn sour due to inconvenient circumstances. Throughout most of my life, I felt as if I just wasn't boyfriend material anyway.
Luckily, as an artist and poet, I am able to release my emotions in a way that satisfies me, but nonetheless, my romantic themed works seem to prick my heart with loneliness. It's a paradox that is so difficult for me to understand, let alone explain. Am I doomed to be ignorant of the love of a woman? And if so, must I continue to torture myself through my drawings and poetry? These thoughts often run through my mind.
