Like to me I would make the classes like FF10 Sphere Grid for Stat Maxing, and getting your characters personal and their personal classes upgraded. Example Alear's Divinely Inspiring: Adjacent allies deal +3 damage and take 1 less damage goes to Allies within 7 spaces deals +8 damage and takes 5 less damage (Maxed). Divine Spirit: Unit's engage meter is shortened one step to Allies within 7 spaces engage meter is shortened by 5 (Maxed)
Bond fragments for Engravings and turns to the various Emblem Rings and Bracelets. Example Beginning Fragments or Fragments of Beginnings think of giving bond fragments to units that have the emblem to turn into Fragments of Beginnings, Echos, Holy, Genealogy, Bindings, Blazing, Sacred, Radiance, Dawn. Awakening, Fates, Academy, Fire, Dragons, Strength, Acumen, Bonds, Revelation, and Heros?
Sp is for like FF13's Crystarium for every unit to get past their Stat Maxing and keep the Passive skills. Example Perceptive and Perceptive+ on Marth. This is my take on it

Marth: Base Somniel with a different look to it. More Symmetrical
My Room: Larger. The ability to change the look and feel of it. Example The carpet where you enter can be both Red and Blue, Black and White. Where the Blue and White colors are Divine Dragon feel like Statues of Divine Dragons and Lumera, Red and Black colors Fell Dragon feel Like Statues of Fell Dragons and Sombron. Keep the pic of Lyths Castle but on the other side is Gradlon Temple. Both Lythos and Gradlon banners and symbols. Since Alear is both of them
Café Terrace: Bigger and where the door to My Room is some table and chairs to where the stables were. Some tables out underneath the marble staircases and between them and on top of the staircase.
Plaza: Bigger for Item, Armory, Smithy, Boutique, an actual place for the Flea Market With alcoves for statues for the Emblem Bracelets with there being 12 for one character other than the Emblem Rings. Veronica has a different place for her statue. Statues for the Emblem Rings where their symbols are facing out toward their Emblem Bracelet counterparts. In the center is the statue of Alear and that is where the Ring Chamber/Arena underneath the Plaza. Move the place you Enter/Exit the Somniel after a Chapter/Paralogues/Skirmishes/Training to where the Tower of Trials. At the main entrance is 4 statue bases for one for Lumera in Human and one for here Dragon form and the other 2 for her mirrored or Sombrons 2 forms and him in vice versa

Celica: “Care for Us”
Aka move the Farm and Stables away from where they are in base game the stables are too close to Alears room. To another floating island that floats to connect to the Marth “Base” Somniel.

Sigurd: “Provide for Us”
From the picket fence and the Tower next to it add fields for other plants like fruits, vegetables, wheat, nuts, rice ect. That is for gold farming

Leif: “Free Us”
A Melee Attack Fabricants/Drones Swordmasters, Heroes, Halberdiers, Royal Knights, Berserkers, Warriors, Wolf Knights, Griffin Knights, Wyvern Knights, Martial Masters, and Thieves

Roy: “Rize Up”
A Defence Function for the Somniel Examples: Generals, Armors, Great Knights, Paladins, Any physical defenders.

Lyn: “Sweep Across”
An Ranged Attack Drone Function Examples: Warriors, Snipers, Bow Knights, Sages, Mage Knights, High Priests

Eirika and Ephraim: “Restore Calm”
Foreign Embassy and rooms for them to stay in. And Spa facilities for Support Boosts

Ike: “Fight On”
Something like Guild/Mercenary missions

Micaiah: “Heal Us”
Hospitals and other Medical facilities.

Peaceful vistas and activities Think where the Amiibo Gazebo to Poolside and Grotto
