Hey guys I'm sorry I'm so slow with everything at the moment

I've had this problem where I wake up every morning feeling like im going to vomit until I eat for like over two years now
And normally my stomach would go back to normal after I ate but recently it's getting worse and its an all day thing
The nausea won't go away and any little stressor or bout of anxiety makes it extremely painful and I have to lay down

I have a doctors appointment on friday morning and hopefully he has a solution I just...what the fuck is wrong with me?? Has my anxiety really gotten so bad that I can't wake up without the dreading feeling of constant nausea??
I'm literally afraid to stay out in public too long because I think I'll vomit
