Just about every time I tell someone I'm a furry, they usually suspect I'm gay. Not only that, but they instantly think I'm single, sexually active(in a fursuit, nonetheless), wanna fuck animals and take commands like a dog. For a while I wasn't even allowed around my neighbor's dogs. Everyone also seems to forget that I have a girlfriend. "Is she a guy?" ignorant human ask. No, but since we can control ourselves unlike the majority of the world, she sure could be! Not like I would care. To be completely clear, I'm not upset about being called gay. I couldn't care less about genders at all. It's the fact that furry to them is a creepy fetish. I can take jokes. My tolerance for jokes is way higher than it should be, but when someone is seriously concerned that hanging around a furry will "make them gay" or that their pet will be raped, I can barely stand them anymore!.. I know a lot of guys with boyfriends, and that's totally fine. I personally know a girl that had sex with a horse. She'll tell anyone that she's a zoophile, and would tell everyone that she wasn't a furry before then, too. Just wish people would try to learn about stuff that they're not familiar with instead of claiming their assumptions are the absolute truth... And maybe give me thousands of dollars...


In short:
Everyone assumes I'm single, gay and fuck animals in a fursuit because I'm a furry.
They don't know the difference between "furry" and "zoophile"
I want thousands of dollars. :R
