Adopt and custom T.O.S
General | Posted 4 years agoTerms of Service regarding my adoptables and customs~
- Please make sure to save your adopt right after you receive it!
- I am allowed to post my designs and adoptables on my portfolio, social media and commission info
- You own the character, however I retain the right to create species and do similar designs with my work
1) Finished image
- I can send the adopt to your email or Toyhouse(highly preferred). I can send it on da sta.sh as well, but I have noticed it reduces the file resolution if the download button is not used
2) Owner of the adopt can:
- Add scars, accessory, jewelry, clothing, change gender, make a human/anthro/animal version
- Trade, gift, resell the adopt whether there is added art or not
- Use it in their stories, RP with them, add them to a game/story/world etc.

3) Owner of the adopt can not:
- Change the design completely until it's unrecognizable
- Re-create the design and make a species out of them
- Alter the artwork itself and/or removing my signature
- Claim the design as their own
4) Added notes:
- About commercial use: owner can add the character to any of their story or game although I'd like to be informed about it first. Please don't turn the art piece itself I have made into merchandise (for non-personal use). You can sell merch of the overall character if the pieces are drawn by yourself
- If the character is added to a comic, a small mention or credit would be appreciated somewhere at least the first time the character appears. After that you can decide if you want to keep crediting me
- My adopts/customs may not be used as a mascot for any kinda hate speech etc.
- Tag me the first time when drawn. This is because I would love to see what you do with it!
- I'm perfectly fine with being tagged when you draw art of the character! After that you can choose whether to credit me or not however it is always appreciated and I'm more than happy to see what you come up with the design! <3
