Hey, guys...
General | Posted 12 years agoI've made a new friend recently, one who calls himself
Cheshire_Cat_Master, after he wrote this awesome story of one of my characters. I recommend you go read it, because it's quite a great, nicely detailed story. :D
Anyway, he told me he wanted to do a vorarephile award ceremony of sorts, so I figured I'd share the news with you. I hope to get as many buddies to participate. :3

Net Neutrality
General | Posted 12 years agoA few years ago, I learned about this thing called "Net Neutrality", and I backed it up, thinking that the internet will be freer.
A few years ahead, I learned that it's not what it's cut out to be.
I just learned that the court of appeals ruled in favor of "big telecom", and quite frankly, I think we're going to be fine.

Nintendo Zapper from Venezuela
General | Posted 12 years agohttp://i212.photobucket.com/albums/.....ps6f5d0d25.jpg
Subtitles:
"Exciting from 1993"
"Infrared Light Gun Pistol"
"Shoots in a mode similar to a regular pistol."
Stereo sound, effect with the shooting."
"3 meters of 'strinking' distance."
"Exciting."
Yeah, I bought this strange Nintendo Zapper from a seller in Venezuela. Both the box and the seller claim that the gun is an official Nintendo product, but even if it isn't, I'm not going to cry as it only cost me $3.25.
As the box also claims, this thing apparently has stereo sound, which comes out of the speaker when you fire it. I also like the really unique laser gun design, which is a lot cooler than the American Nintendo Zapper design. I must also note that this is for the 15-pin port on the Famicom.
Now, I have good news and bad news: The good news is I do, in fact happen to have a Famicom (a Twin Famicom, even) and the gun's port fits in there like a glove. The bad news is that I have no light gun games to try it out on, as most light gun games for the NES/Famicom have been released in the west, particularly Duck Hunt, Wild Gunman, and Hogan's Alley, leaving me with little reason to import them to begin with. I might still try to score a Japanese copy of Duck Hunt to try this beast out in the future, though.
What are your thoughts on this thing? Do you think it's authentic? Do you think it's just some ripoff? Do you like the design of this thing?
Edit: I also apologize for the crappy pic. There will be more pics in the future, too.

Edit: Jesus Christ, how do you get YouTube videos to show up in those journals? And where in the hell is the preview button?

I might do a video game stream tomorrow night. . .
General | Posted 13 years agoI figured I'd give everyone at least a night's notice before I stream again, so I can give people some time to decide on a game for me to play. I think I'll still focus on the light gun games, so here's a list of games I might potentially play:
NES:
Duck Hunt
Hogan's Alley
To The Earth
SNES:
Battle Clash (Second Stream)
SNES Super Scope 6
I might save "Yoshi's Safari" and "Metal Combat" for future streams unless I get a sufficient amount of viewers.

Sweet booty with sad story. . . (3DS Swapnote Special)
General | Posted 14 years agoHey, guys, I'm in Texas for a week, and I got some sweet booty today. However, to tell you what it is, I'll have to start it off with a pretty sad tale.
I'll start this tale off by telling you my mom had a cousin, one who used to be a doctor, to boot. This guy was very successful and had a lot in his estate. I thought he was going to be successful forever.
However, he had a serious problem, apparently for longer than I knew; he had a serious addiction with prescription sleeping pills. It would take a toll on his life later on.
Throughout the years, his health deteriorated drastically. At first, he didn't seem all that different; he seemed like a normal person. But, as the years passed by, the signs apparently became more obvious. In fact, the last time I saw him alive, which was some years ago, he looked like he lost a ton of weight. . . in a rather unhealthy way.
Since then, he apparently grew worse. His health deteriorated even more; he would spend the majority of his days taking more sleeping pills and going back to bed. He would even become malnourished.
He finally died this recent January. My mom, for the most bizarre reasons, took a picture of him in his casket, and I was shocked at how he looked.
Why am I telling you all this? Well, it wouldn't be hard to guess that he accumulated a massive amount of debt. We had to liquidate a lot of his estate to pay it off, and it still seems to be largely unpaid for.
Luckily, however, we've gained some of his possessions, and it includes what I'm about to show you on 3DS Swapnote.
(For those who don't have 3DS Swapnote, I'll post the pics later this week.)
Edit: (4-1-12)
For those who don't have a 3DS, or at least, don't have my friend code, here it is.

General | Posted 14 years agoDamaged Toe. . . (Update)
General | Posted 14 years agoWell, I have an update, guys.
For the past week since the incident, I had to wear a lousy post-op shoe that slowly made my foot uncomfortable and gave me a blister at the end of my foot. After going to the doctor, I'm finally weening myself of it, and let me tell you, it feels great.

Damaged Toe. . .
General | Posted 14 years agoGee, I feel pretty stupid. ^^;
Where do I begin? Earlier this afternoon, I was at the gym, doing some lateral pulldowns on a machine that uses removable weights. While taking the weights off, I stupidly let a 45-pound weight fall out of my hand, and it landed on my right big toe. I heard a nasty crunch and was in extreme pain. After getting it bandaged up by some paramedics, my folks came over to the gym and drove me to an urgent care.
While I was there, I got it repeatedly cleaned out, got an x-ray on it and got it bandaged over. Thankfully, it was apparently only a minor fracture; however, the toenail was seriously damaged and had to be removed. We got some antibiotics and some painkillers.
It'll only get better in time, though. The worst part is all over.

New Yoshi Game?!
General | Posted 14 years agohttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mYGr6b7kvHc&feature=feedf
According to kNIGHTWING01, there is going to be a new Yoshi game on the 3DS, one that will be made by some of the people who worked on Kirby's Epic Yarn. (Presumably Good-Feel Co., Ltd.) Words cannot express my excitement over my favorite, little dinosaur having a brand new game. X3
P.S., God, this journal feature needs a preview button.

What do you prefer?
---
1: Soft/hard/Cv/soul/unbirth/anal vore?
Mostly soft oral vore, but I'm pretty open-minded. I, however, despise anal vore.
---
2: Feet first or Tail first?
Feet first, please. I like the head to be the last thing to go in. >:3
---
3: Mammals, birds, reptiles, or other?
I'm not picky, but if I have to choose favorites, they would have to be Yoshies, birds, dragons, Pokemon and humans.
---
4: Pred or Prey?
Depends on the form and mood. For example, I'm almost strictly pred in my Yoshi form, and I go between pred and prey in my bird form.
---
5: Unwilling or willing?
I like both. They're both equally fun. :3
---
6: loving or nonloving (just eating to eat, or for the joy of it)
Loving. X3
---
7: Digestion?
Probably my favorite part of vore. However, I don't like to kill off other people's characters and I'll only do it if he/she can reform.
---
8: Fatal or nonfatal?
Depends on the circumstances, but normally nonfatal.
---
9: Dark or lighthearted?
Again, it depends on the circumstances.
---
10: Same size, micro, or macro? (prey)
I like all of them. :3
---
Short answer
---
1: Can you reform your prey? If so, how do you do it? If you are a prey, only, write something TOTALLY random, or disregard. :3
Yes, I can, but the method of reformation depends on my form. With my Yoshi and bird forms
---
2: Do you like pure preds? Are you one? If not, why?
I do, especially since my love, Lorane, is one of them. :3
I am a strict pred in my Yoshi form, with certain exceptions that only a few people know. ;3
---
3: Does your pred/prey have powers? what are they if yes? (If no powers, then how do they fight/defend?)
Ky-Yoshi has the ability to run fast and shoot Zappers. He can also throw Bob-Ombs.
---
4: What does your pred think of willing prey? If your char is prey, are they willing or nonwilling?
Ky-Yoshi loves unwilling prey.
---
5: Your prey starts begging you not to eat them! How does the predator react? (If you are prey, disregard or write something random.)
Ky-Yoshi can enjoy a little bargaining every once in a while, especially if the deal involves live food.
My other characters, however, just eat the prey.
---
6: What does your pred prefer to eat? (fave foods) If your char is prey, tell us if you have a predator preference (macro, macro mammal, dragon, ect.)
Ky-Yoshi will eat just about anything, from the smallest creatures to the largest beings he can get his hands on.
Ky-Bird, however, will eat furries, dragons and insects. He can get eaten by them, but only if they're at least his size.
---
7: Is your pred competitive with any other predator? If your char is prey, do they have contests of who can get eaten the most?
Ky-Yoshi can get a little competitive with any pred from time to time, but he also loves to share, especially with other Yoshies.
Ky-Bird doesn't have any vore contests.
---
8: What sort of prey does your pred hate the most? (taste wise) If your char is prey, then tell us if they are afraid of any kind of pred.
The cheap kind, with the exception of Spencer Dragon.
---
9: What is your pred's holding capacity? (how much can they eat?)
Ky-Yoshi can hold just about any amount of prey in his stomach. The sky is literally the limit.

AkuDrache Curveball: "I'm Proud My WMD Lies Led To Iraq War"
General | Posted 15 years ago'Curveball,' Rafid Ahmed Alwan al-Janabi, Iraqi Informant: I'm Proud My WMD Lies Led To Iraq War
LONDON — An Iraqi man whose testimony the United States used as a key evidence to build a case for war in Iraq says he is proud that he lied about his country developing mobile biological warfare labs.
The Guardian newspaper published an interview Wednesday with Rafid Ahmed Alwan al-Janabi, who has been identified as the informer called "Curveball," whose claims about weapon labs formed part of then-U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell's speech to the U.N. Security Council in 2003, shortly before the war began.
The Guardian quoted al-Janabi as saying: "I had the chance to fabricate something to topple the regime. I and my sons are proud of that."
Although some intelligence agents were skeptical of Curveball's story, the U.S. Senate Intelligence Committee reported in 2004 that the Central Intelligence Agency "withheld important information about Curveball's reliability" from analysts dealing with the case.
The Guardian interviewed al-Janabi in Karlsruhe, Germany in a mixture of Arabic and German. The U.S. Senate panel's report said Curveball spoke in English and Arabic when he was interrogated by intelligence officers.
Asked about his feeling's about the deaths and destruction during the war and in the years following, The Guardian said al-Janabi said there was no other way.
"I tell you something when I hear anybody not just in Iraq but in any war (is) killed, I am very sad. But give me another solution. Can you give me another solution?" the newspaper quoted him as saying.
"Saddam did not (allow) freedom in our land," the Iraqi said. "There are no other political parties. You have to believe what Saddam says, and do what Saddam wants. And I don't accept that. I have to do something for my country. So I did this and I am satisfied, because there is no dictator in Iraq any more."
