Yeah as I suspected, work is hammering on the hours right now which is why I won't really have the energy or freetime to draw lol. Next week I'm sitting at 40.5 hours before lunch breaks. XD Mind you I'm a part timer, but yeah, it's like hEEERE ya go. Turkeys are on sale and yeah, people love to shop them good sales. XD

Tho I did do a lil doodling yesterday, heh it's some lovely cement play, always fun stuffs. ^_^ Might have to draw s'more of it! Always good to do when I can with some energy. XD Remember to be kind to your local baggers, they're people too. ;)

I've decided since there's no real reason to keep drawing I'm gonna stop for the rest of the year. I pour my heart and spirit into thinking up fun ideas or drawing for others, and honestly I feel really goddamned defeated when the comments don't come in. A simple press of a button to FAVE means jack to me honestly. It's just to pad your porn stash or fap folder. So I'm gonna stop drawing and uploading for a while. Kinda coincides with the whole busy time of year for me. I work food retail, grocery stores ramp up bigtime so my freetime is recovering and brain/sanity holding.

Maybe in 2018 I'll come back with some more art, but honestly don't be surprised if I don't for a while. I really feel defeated in my artwork, the lack of compassion and caring for it is gone and the pride from my hands to create aren't there. If I got the comments and feedback I desired to get was there that'd be one thing but honestly...it never happens. Numbers are down, helpful input or positive reinforcement isn't there sooooo...yup. Of course i"ll be around supporting MY favorite artists by giving them a way to go, a pat on the back and some god damned words of encouragement. Maybe if you all took some time to do that it'd go a long way.

So yeah.

It's hard to believe a year ago  felixpath tragically took his life...the last 365 have been very up and down. There were definitely some rough moments and I broke down on more than one occasion. But I have been doing my best to stay positive, looking forward. Felix wouldn't want me to writhe in self-pity, he'd want me to grab and capture each day with a smile and a bounce in my step.

For those of you who didn't know him or didn't know the circumstances, he was suffering from some sinusitis and over-the-counter meds weren't cutting it. Doctors put him on some more potent stuff that didn't seem to help either, so they went a step further and gave him Ciprofloxicin or Cipro for short. IT had a very rare side effect of suicidal thoughts and tenancies and alas he ended up ending his life a year ago. All I can say is that if you or any loved ones are on Cipro PLEASE keep an eye on them and make sure they don't suffer like Felix did.

Again, we miss you batty, gone but never EVER forgotten my love.

Figured I'd shoot this out there and letcha all know what's going on. :D Been working on a few odds and ends here, getting more hours at work which also helps. :D As of the end of October I shall be living alone! I've been tired of my current situation and apparently people know how to piss me right off and take full advantage of situations. So I asked roommate to take off. She's been helping herself to all my belongings, stole from me once, and outright stopped paying rent. Thankfully her mom was more than willing to cover her but still, it's not cool. :/ So yes! Once again living alone. Will I get another roommate? I'm sure in time I will. XD I always do, and I like having the financial help. But I really need to start laying some laws down and not taking in people I don't REALLY get to know. :(

But yeah! Otherwise just been gaming, working, and drawing when I can. I owe some things, then after hopefully can doodle some for myself. :3 It's nice to draw for yourself once in a while! ;)

So a few weeks back I took some time off to go visit my mom up north. And of course that always includes a casino trip or two. I slipped aside about 150 bucks to go have some fun and ended up hitting some nice big lump chunks of money, including a Quick Hits $900 jackpot and $270 on some free games. ^.^ So came home with an extra grand when it was said and done, which went towards the purchase of a Nintendo Switch and Breath of the Wild! HUFF, I got all hyped up and excited for spring to be here, we had a solid handfull of days well above freezing, even one that hit the mid 60s! In comparison the AVERAGE high this time of year is about 31 degrees...WELL then the day after 65 we go back down to about freezing and get snow, freezing rain, and more snow. Then POOF back to wind chills in the single digits. X_X Freakin Wisconsin. :P

So beyond weather, things are good. :3 Finances are turning around more and more thanks to tax returns, some cool pals with birthday gifties. (Which I thank you for~) THE BIRTHDAY was a really nice time this year, it's not often I'm happy after mine, but it was good and I appreciate it. :3 Thanks for it! :D You guys are a better family than my family...who just stiffed me as per usual for the holidays and birthday. Seriously I've NEVER unwrapped a birthday gift from my whole family. It's depressing. X_X

So yeah, commissions are still CLOSED, just so everyone knows! So my birthday is once again coming up...what should I get for myself this year? :3 Instead of sitting around hoping my family comes through like I always do (AhAHA short answer: They don't) I should consider gifting myself a gift. :D SO what sorta gifts would you guys suggest I get? :) I REALLY WANT AN NES CLASSIC. But yeaaaaha ahahaha good luck amIrite?!

It HAS to be. 2016 started like shit, recovering from the loss of a good artist in Jasen, rebounded just to throw Felix's death at me towards the end. It's been so hard to cope and deal with the pains and thoughts of it all...but recapping on some things that went on this past year will maybe help me just move on more.

WORK: I worked. A LOT. Considering I have NOT gotten a raise in the last 3 years I actually worked about 200 more hours and made around $2000 more in years past. Of course it's been a struggle and an uphill battle getting respect and tho I showed up bigtime in the last few months I'm now getting the "you've worked too much" shaftola. ;) Expecting no more than 25 hours now for a few months...Joy! 5 more months til my 10 year anniversary tho...hopefully that'll rock!

ART: It was...kinda the usual. About 28 pieces of art were drawn this year, up and down spurts of productivity and progress. I also started and quit as a patreon creator. The stress of work and trying to stay frequent on drawing combined with the varying lack of interest was kinda the end of it tho. Commissions still will remain closed unless I come to you and discuss it. I don't want the stress of it all ya know? :)

RELATIONSHIP STATUS: Still single. Still looking. I consider myself very split bi right now, with no real urge from wanting a guy or a gal...maybe more of a girl mood just cuz I've never had a solid relationship with a gal so it might be nice to experience it. ^.^ I'm hopeful to find that thud and show to everyone who has rejected me that they're missing out. :) But til then I guess I'll just try hard to love me and not to get jealous of others. ^.^

THE REST: I've been playing a lot of Pokemon Sun and have had fun with it! World of Final Fantasy before that was great, and prior to that bounced between Skyrim again, Borderlands 2, and various older FF titles. ^_^ Wouldn't mind broadening my 3DS library for sure, get some more good gameness on it! Financially I've been steady, roomie has helped when she comes through. :D Credit card is still up there but tis gonna be til I figure out something better. XD

Well that is it, may 2017 not be as bad as some think, may we not be blown up, and may I find love. :3
