Lil Update!
General | Posted 5 years agoSo my vacation went fairly well! I had a good relaxing time with a hint of family madness sprinkled in but that's to be expected. :P Anyway work has been busy as of late so I've been pretty focused on unwinding after with video games and the such but yeah! As you can see life going as per normal with things so I'm not complaining too much! Finished up a commission yesterday and that was good! Debating about some sorta special or gimmick commission offer or idea up-and-coming so we'll see how that goes. :3 Wouldn't mind snagging a few but not really sure what to do! ^.^ It always varies what my mood swings from you know? XD
Anywho that's about all on my end! Work, eat, sleep, repeat and all that! :D Hope you all are doing wonderfully! :D Always appreciate you guys, gals, and such! :3

Commissions Closed! Trip Ahead!
General | Posted 5 years agoSo yeah don't wanna take on any new biters (only had the one anyway heh XD) before I head north and leave them to wait for a week+ on it! So commissions will be closed until I get back! I'll be working this week and then on Friday will be going north to visit my family. As always will have my mom's slow internet to peek in on a few things but for the most part will be gone for a while! ^-^ Don't miss me much!

General | Posted 5 years agoSo in a few weeks I'm going north to visit my family for the first time in a year. It'll be nice to get away and take a break from work to go see them but also with that said I wouldn't mind picking up a few commissions! HOWEVER I will NOT be accepting anything sequential right now! Just single shots preferred at the moment! I'm very much burnt out on sequential stuff, my plan was not to draw a bunch of those in a row but it's kinda how it came to be...whoops. :P

I won't go into too much detail but work recently went to mandatory masks and I wasn't dealing well with having to wear them at all. To the point of having some health problems pop up. Talking with my Aunt in the nursing field she felt that I was likely dealing with Hypercapnia, a type of C02 poisoning that was affecting my body pretty badly. SO I took 2 weeks off of work to order some faceshields with hopes of giving myself a better ability to work and breathe and not poison myself on a stupid mask. SO yeah...because of that I'm gonna welcome

LOL but yeah otherwise just working more and drawing in my spare time! Otherwise things are good, doc appointment in 2 weeks if I recall to check on my blood pressure numbers and junk so we'll see how that goes! :D Maintaining my weight loss, not losing much more but not gaining either! When spring finally hits tho I'm gonna get out and exercise and try to lose some more weight! ^_^

General | Posted 6 years agoIt's a lil early as it's not til tomorrow but I'm tired and just figured I'd say that yup gonna hit 36 tomorrow. :3 Kinda quiet day expected with a good glob of snow working its way in but it'll be nice to relax and cherish how awesome you guys all are! The last year has been fairly good for the most part! I'd love to find a roommate to lighten my financial burdens but hey overall I cannot complain. :D I appreciate you guys and all you've done for me and I'll be busy drawing in my freetimes to make up for all those who bit on my PWYW commissions. :D

I CANNOT GUARANTEE YOU a time frame. I have to work on this YCH first and foremost BUT I can generally get a pretty good turnaround so I've been told. BUT! basically anything you pay me, I will put you down on a list and the amount you gave me. Then FIRST PAY FIRST SERVE, I will draw you art. I generally ballpark based on my commission tab info for the amount vs what you'd get so i'll letcha know what I'm willing to draw for you AND WILL DO MY DAMNEST TO GIVE A LIL MORE IN RETURN. :D And depending on how many of these I get it may take a while so more incentive to pay first but basically I'm just hoping to get back on my feet with some stability and not be a derp. ^^;

More YCHs? State of the Me
General | Posted 6 years agoSo first and foremost thanks for everyone who bid on my last YCH! I was really happy how it turned out and the buyers were all pretty stoked too. :3 With that said I'd love to hear feedback on if you guys wanna see more of them down the road or in the future. ;) And give me advice on if things like autobuys are better or if you prefer it as it was. :3
As for otherwise work has been a rollercoaster for me. My boss returned from surgery mid Dec. and because of that the bulk of the department hours went back to her and the assistant because they're full-time. On top of that we maintained the younger kid who was helping us out while she was gone and so we were trying to squeeze 4 people's worth of hours in a 5 man department. It meant my hours went down and it didn't bode well for me. BUT recent turn of events have occurred where our verifier has decided to return to retirement as her body cannot handle the pain and stress of the job anymore. Because of this they've given me her position and hours which should add at least 10 hours/week onto my hours which is great! I just need to slide by the last 12 days of the month til she quits and then I can be back on level footing. Your guys' support always helps out and I do appreciate that! :3
With that said, my birthday is coming up in a few weeks. If you guys are looking for gift ideas or such I love me art of Kritter, cash in my paypal, and giftcards to places like amazon and steam. :3 A few years ago you guys were so amazing to gift me over 400 dollars! worth of money towards my one birthday wish of having a month rent free. Not saying I'd wanna do that again but with the current lack of hours man that would be awesome to happen again. XD

Christmas Approaches!
General | Posted 6 years ago2019 is flying by and it's been crazy! Hard to imagine it's already so close to being done! Regardless its' been a pretty great year! I might even be rolling into 2020 with a roommate starting Februrary! :) It's probably only temporary but it will help out my bills and money situation! :D
That said, I'm gonna close commissions for the rest of the year so I can draw for friends or myself. :3 So yeah thanks again for a fairly productive artsy year. :3 Appreciate it!

More Normalish Healthwise, Art Updates
General | Posted 6 years agoJust got home from my doctors appointment and hanging wiht a pal a bit ago! My blood pressure numbers are better tho in the first test it was higher than what my notes had they just laugh it off as doc office jitters. But yeah she's keeping me on the Lisinopril for 3 more months but won't have to go back to the docs til then! She was very impressed with my weight loss and said to keep losing weight and maintain home testing. :D Weight is still down about 40 pounds from my peak, it's slowed off a lil from cheat weekends but I'm gonna start getting better on that and try to keep dropping at least 5 pounds/week. :3
As for art, prices are back to normal as the special is finished. :3 Commissions are very hit or miss, there's some games I've been wanting to play and some projects I still need to work on but yeah! ;D Still drawing here n there. I appreciate all your kindness and awesomeness and as always thanks everyone for their support~ <3

Medical bills SUCK.
Because of the doctors visits and spending money on the things I needed to purchase to test blood pressure and junk, money is SUPER tight right now. SO I'm offering some more rapid-fire commissions of sorts!
REDUCED WAM/SINKING COMMISSIONS!
5 dollars for forehead/ears poking out of the mud with some bubbles!
10 dollars for neck/shoulder deep!
15 dollars for chest/belly deep!
The IDEA is to get these done fairly quick, but can be any substance or goop! :3 And as much coating/covering as you want! :3 Would ask for a lil more on any heavy details tho ^.^ Look at my few recent submissions for examples!

New Health Updates
General | Posted 6 years agoSo this past week I had my next appointment with labs and bloodwork and junk. Well tho I've lost some weight my blood pressure was still high and well they put me on Lisinopril for a month to help control it. Doctor also said to go home test my own blood pressure to see how it goes and such and wait for the letter with my blood work update. My weight was down 10 pounds from my last checkup, and the doctor gave me a lil praise for working towards a better weight! My blood pressure was hitting 149/100.
Well first home test yesterday I was hitting at 145/85 which was really good so I was quite stoked! Either the meds are really kicking it down or well...I just get super anxious and nervous at the doctors office which is probably likely. XD lol but we'll see how it keeps going! Normal is 120 to 130 over 70 to 80. *Nod*
Got my blood work letter in the mail, everything came back normal/good except my HDL Cholesterol which was a lil low. They said it can naturally come back up with some exercise and weight loss so just gotta keepe doing what I'm doing!
