Ahhh, I'm more for serious relationships. I don't think I'd be able to do flings, they're not for me. Quality of quantity, you know? The length of the relationship doesn't matter, though, but I'd prefer it to be long than short; don't want to stretch out something that's not going to work out in the end. Wouldn't be fair to my partner or to me... just as long as we had a great time together up until that point. That's all that matters. People change, ideas change, it's all a part of life; and I'd have been happy to have been a part of their life in that way, at least for a little while.

No, not really. There can be a lot of confusion around "breaks," whether it's breaking up, or just a time out. One person can think the former, the other the latter, and then you get this whole mess of things. I mean, it's fine if other people do it, but it's not my cup of tea.

Up to a certain point, yes. I'd say that a 20-30 year gap is pushing it, though.
