Hello! I know I don't really talk on here much, but I just wanted to take this moment to thank y'all for sticking around with me and enjoying my content.

I know that it's been a crazy ride, one that's been crazier than we'd like for it to be. But that's why, despite everything, I'm grateful that you're all around. Each and everyone of you, okay?

That's why I wanna thank y'all for sticking around. As things are, we could do with some kindness to both ourselves and each other. Doesn't gotta be huge, could be small little things. Anything to help feel comfortable and a little brighter. So I hope this brightens things for y'all in some way.

On that note...man, I can't believe I'm turning 32 in a little over a week. No idea if I'm doing anything special, but...frankly, I think I'm just happy that I'm able to reach another year, y'know? Makes me appreciate how far I've come.

But...anyway, I don't want to ramble on for too long. Bit of a broken record, but I'd like to thank you all so much for hanging around with me and liking my stuff. And I hope y'all enjoy more of it coming soon.

But anyway, HEY everyone! Man, it's...it's been longer than I thought since I last updated, huh? I'm not even sure if folks are gonna look at this, but you are, then thank you so much for taking your time to do so!

I haven't really gone on a hiatus or anything, but as you've probably noticed I've pretty much been silent. Work's been a hassle throughout the pandemic, but now we're just trying to get everything set up for the school year. Uploads have been somewhat consistent, as the plan has been to simply try and update every two weeks. More than likely over the weekend as that's the best time for me. For the most part though, things have been...neutral, I guess?

Given the state of how current and certain events have been, I do wish situations were handled better. But at the same time, well...we're still here at the start of September. With a third of this year to go, no less. I'm sure we'd prefer having things being less on fire...both figuratively and literally, given how this Summer's been. However, I suppose things could be worse too, so...best thing we can do is to keep trying to manage everything that's going on. Which is easier said than done, but, hey, we've come this far, right?

Heeeey, hey. Joshi here! I dunno who still reads journals and such, buuut I figured I'd take this time to announce that I'm gonna be dumping some pictures that I've done since May!

I've been planning to do so for some time, but couldn't because of a mix of real world stuff and just laziness/not being in the mood for it. Hey, everyone! ...Been quite awhile since I've made a journal and such, hasn't it? Not like I'm sure if you guys even read these but I digress, I suppose.

Lots of things were on my mind, things got busy, and then whenever I did get free time, I just...lazed about due to things being on my mind and the like. Guess you could say I've been mulling over about the future in general.

But for the most part, things have been sorted out and less stressful/busy, so I should be able to get myself back into posting more art soon enough. There will most likely be an art dump of the stuff I've done over the remainder of 2019 over the weekend, so look forward to that!

Aha, heya guys! I'm just letting you know that there's going to be a big art dump very soon, so I figured I'd let you guys know just in case or whatever!

Hey hey, everyone! I don't really know who exactly reads these anymore, but I figured I'd give you guys a bit of an update on how things have been and how things are looking ahead of now, I guess soooo yeh

For the most part ,things have been a bit shaky if only because my job lost 2 co-workers for good for reasons I'd rather not share here. Due to that, I've been having to put in more of an effort to help make sure things stay clean and such until the school's able to get replacements, which'll most likely be between next month and January of next year, so...yeah, my hands are probably gonna be full.

What does that mean art-wise? Well...I don't think it really effects my art, per se. There'll still be pictures and the like, but there might not be as much due to the fact that I'm gonna be busier than normal until things settle. Also means for now no more polls, so sorry if you guys were looking forward to the next one.

Aside from that, I've been trying to get enough money lately so that I'm able to afford a new mattress 'cause I dunno how much longer the current one is gonna last.

Aaaand I think that settles everything I have to share for now.

Hi and hello! Haha...been awhile since I've made an update but I figure it's been needed for awhile now.

Okay, so for those that are wondering what I've been up to and stuff, over the summer I've been working of course. But this summer got surprisingly busy by the time August rolled by 'cause instead of working 4 hrs in the afternoon, I was working 6 hrs from 8 to 2, so because of that I haven't really been as active as I would've liked to've been...hasn't help that I've been in a state of 'meh' for awhile.

But now that it's September and I no longer seem to be in a 'meh' state, I think I'll be able to get back on track eventually!

I know I may not do a whole lot like do commissions and I'm not perfect, but I'm still grateful of you guys for sticking with me and such. Thanks so much for liking me and my work!

Hey, everyone! I know it's been awhile since I've posted any journals here and stuff, so I figured I'd give you guys a little update...provided people still read these. =P

Kay, so first off, I've been slacking off on showing some stuff lately sooo I'll be trying to get up as much of the things I've done uploaded as soon as I can...just expect there to be a lot.


Second thing I wanna talk about is that I plan closing the Suggestion Box temporarily by the end of the month. Nothing's wrong per se, it's just there's a lot of suggestions and I wanna try and catch up with 'em. So to let you guys know, you all have up 'til April 30th to put up suggestions. After that, the Suggestion Box'll be closed until further notice.

Last thing I wanna talk about kinda relates to the reason why I'm temporarily closing Suggestion Box, and that's because I've honestly been getting into some kind of slump lately...like it feels like things have been going fine, nothing's been going wrong and all that...but I guess I feel like there could something more to it. Kinda caused me to burnout with my art as of recent, so I've been taking some time to just...mull it over. I've been told that I might need to try some safe ways to get out of my comfort zone and such, which is a good start..guess I just need to figure that part out..but anyway I just wanted to get this off my chest. Not really asking for help, but I'll appreciate it. I just felt it was important to tell since you guys are my friends and fans.

Heeeya, everyone. Joshi here to share with you guys an idea that I've been forming in my head for awhile now!

The idea is called "Big Fan-Art Royale"! And what it is is, basically, YOU GUYS get to give out characters and then you'll get to vote whoever gets to be drawn...or not drawn. I'll explain more in detail below so PAY ATTENTION!

So here's what you guys are gonna do:

1. Starting tomorrow (April 26th) around 9 PM, I'll make a journal and allow people 2 characters they'd like for me draw up big and fat. Just for references sake, it can basically be any fictional character that's not an OC. An example of this will be like:

"Bowser - Mario Series
Slippy - Star Fox Series"

You're allowed to give 'em out up until the deadline, which in this case, will be up to next Wednesday (May 3rd) around 9 as well. Once the deadline is up, that's it.

2. From then on, from the however many characters are given out, you must vote for who you DON'T want to be drawn. Meaning if you don't want Slippy to be drawn, then you vote for Slippy. Basically, you're voting to eliminate any choices you don't like. And this will go on for 10 days from May 3rd (Wed) to May 13th (Sat). However many characters there are will determine how many spots there will be for the week after that. Like, say if there's 60 characters, there will be a minimum of 30 spots provided there aren't any ties. Which'll mean 30 of the 60 will be eliminated.

3. After that's done, you guys'll then vote for the 10 characters you'd like to be drawn in the end! And whichever 10'll get the most votes will be drawn up big and fat for June! This will go on for a week from May 14th to May 21st.
