Anthrocon was awesome. Merk and I got to hang out with many of our friends and pack members. The one drawback was staying at the Double Tree, but I had a blast. To get more of an idea of how my days at AC were spent, check out all of my AC 2010 photos and videos at:

Merk and I will be attending AC this year. We both were there last year, but we didn't meet until September 2009. Out of the 640 fursuiters in the AC '09 group photo, Merk and I were about 6' away from each other and we didn't even know it at the time. Pretty astounding if you ask me.

Our flight is on Thursday June 24. We will have a 2 hour and 42 minute layover in Atlanta from 16:14 to 18:56. I'm sure there will be many furs at ATL and on the same flight to Pittsburgh. I will have on some furry identifiers and I will keep an eye out for people with some too. Maybe we will eat dinner with some furries at the airport if we find any.

We will be staying at the Doubletree. I never been there, but Merk says it is not far to walk to the con from this hotel in fursuit. We will be staying until Monday morning.

June 26, 2009 is when I received my "JimDale Fox FINISHED!" email from Furr Happens. Saturday June 26, at AC 2010, will be the one year anniversary of the completion of my fursuit. How awesome is that!?

I was a lost little fox running around AC last year, which was my first fur con. But now that I'm going back to where my fursuiting adventures began; I will let go my humility and my old military reserve and have the most fun ever at a fur con.

This campout, which is now known as the Central Plains Fur Meet, was a complete success! I would like to thank everyone for coming and for the contributions you brought. We will do this agan. I hope to see everyone again and more next year.

It’s all looking good. So far 16 furs will be there on Saturday and a few others said they will try to make it if they can.

The weather is forecasted to be mostly sunny with a high in the low 80s for the weekend. Everyone and their dog will be at the lake for Memorial Day (no pun intended). But don't worry I prepaid for a good spot weeks ago.

In addition to your camping gear, you might want to bring: A lawn chair, swim suit, sandals or swimming shoes, sun block, flashlight, camera, and your chipmunk plushies.

There are bathroom and shower facilities close by, as well as a general store/bait shop.

Fishing is allowed if you have a KS fishing license.

Merk and I will be bringing our fursuits.

Merk and I are hosting a BBQ/party/camp out for Idle Valley (AKA Steven). He is volunteering to help rebuild stuff in New Orleans (yes, there is still work to be done there because of Katrina). He will be there for a year and this party is to wish him good luck, safe return, and that we will miss him.

ALL the local furs are invited to come! But anyone, 18 or older, who is willing to travel, can join in.

When: May 29, 2010, come as early as noon, food will be served around 3 PM. Merk and I will get there early in the morning to grab the best spot we can find. This will be on Memorial Day weekend. There is a small charge to camp and use the park at Cheney Reservoir. Merk and I will camp overnight and leave Sunday morning, so bring your tent if you want to stay the night.

If the weather is forecasted to be too bad for camping, then the BBQ/party will be at my house in Wichita KS. My address will be given later if this should occur.

Hamburgers and hot dogs will be provided by us, but bring something if you want to help out, chips, pop, tater salad, or whatever. If you are 21 or older, BYOB.

Wow, what a con! Lots good friends were there including many of the Sinners and Saints Pack. I did some new things at this con that I have not done at any other con before. Rock climbing and repelling at Robbers Cave for one. Oki let me use his gear and I repelled down a cliff face, I almost thought that I was back at Ft. Campbell's Air Assault course, I say almost because I was having fun at Robbers Cave. Oki repelled in suit, perhaps the first one to do so.
The best part was just hanging out with Merk and our friends, and I would like to personally thank all the ones who stayed in our cabin, I could have not asked for better roommates.
I have 6.46 GB of pictures and videos to sort though and post. They are coming soon, and I will also get caught up replying to my new FA messages, so please fox with me, lots and lots of stuff to do.

All my FC 2010 pictures are now available for viewing and sharing! They are mostly of fursuiters of course. FC was perhaps the best fur con I have been to yet. There were so many friendly fursuiters, 479 in the fursuit parade, and lots of furries that I have finally met in person or in suit, that I have only met here on FA before.  merkindesr and I are looking for a roomshare to attend Furry Fiesta. We are both easy going, non smokers, and are mindful of others, but we are still fun to party and to have a few drinks with (but not in the room unless allowed).

Further Confusion was AWESOME!!! I got to meet up with old friends and made many more. The Fairmont Hotel is a great place to have the convention and it was in a very convenient location. I did most of the usual fursuiting events, but just mingling around the hotel, inside and outside, in suit was real fun too.
Saying my goodbyes and my until the next cons and getting my last hugs before I left Monday morning was not easy, but fortunately, I did not get “Post Con Depression”, however I do have “Phantom Tail Syndrome”. I still feel that it is there, and I still anticipate it’s momentum from my own body movements.
My photos from the con are coming soon, they all will be downloaded to my Flickr photostream, but I will also submit some of the best ones on Fur Affinity. I couldn’t ask for a better kick off for my 2010 Fur Con Tour than Further Confusion!

Further Confusion will be the kick off for my 2010 fur con tour! This will also be my first time to FC and to California. Say hi if you run into any red foxes there (I'm sure there will be many). ^^

What is the first thing that comes to your mind when someone mentions the city of Wichita? Good or bad let me know. ^^

Oklacon 2009 was my first outdoor furry convention and I had a real fun time. If my friends were not with me, I would have probably been eaten alive because of my cute fursuit. Things are a lot more "open" at this convention. The weather was awesome for fursuiting, it got cold at night though. The staff was friendly and most of the attendees were cool to hang out with. I will be there next year for sure!
