I realized that I AM GAY. But haven't figured out how to convince those non-believers. How can i do this? suggestions?

I don't seem to have much feelings for women anymore. And I'm starting to have more feelings towards men. :O Is this bad? Am I gay? Or is it just a phase?

Ok check this out for some reason I'm in this very odd mood lately. For the past few nights I'm in this mood that makes me so angry, aggravated, and sad. I don't know why thought. I try to pin my problems on women for making me mad. But I've come to realize its their fault for my being this way. I guess its cause I really haven't had a GF in like a year LOL. I dont know though. Hopefully this mood will past away soon. I guess my mind is justrying to tell me that I need to put myself out there?
