Just wanted to write a quick journal on everything going on lately. lets start in order of soonest to furthest away!
Midwest Furfest is currently running! Now while I live in Denver, I'm originally from Illinois! My whole family still lives back home and I don't get back as often as I would like. Recently my 93 year old grandfather fell and broke his hip, and long story short, the he's literally the most important person in my life and this was terrifying for me. He's doing OK and recovering but he cant do stairs which means he cant live at home. I'm actually headed back to Chicago this weekend to help him and my grandmother move into a single floor assisted living home (temporarily) while he recovers. This is a really rough time for him and my grandmother so I want to do my best to be there every moment I can while I'm there and they are awake.
WITH that being said, however, I am hoping that after 8pm (when they go to sleep) I can break away and just re-visit my former home con. I wont have any of my fursuits, maybe I can bring my kigu, but I hope to bring my fursona plush with me on the trip regardless as she comes with me everywhere. If I'm staring at my phone or acting like "I don't care" it could be due to my worry for my grandpa/grandma. SO if I do attend please just have some patience with me. It would be great to see you or even meet you for the first time. I'll try my best to make it there once again either this weekend or next year (for sure).
Art: Arts been a bit of a rough topic for me for a few months. I have severe tendon damage from sports injuries and when it flares up it can be weeks before I can grip a pencil let alone have motion controls to draw.. and when this happens.. well you guessed it.. you get out of practice.
I seem to be on a upswing and have been catching up on owed art the last few weeks. I plan to just do one massive art dump over on my art account
iPadCat here shortly and I Plan to continue to draw all weekend (and bring my ipad to MFF if I can go!).
Commissions are STILL CLOSED at this time until my queue is completely cleared. I appreciate all your kindness and understanding on the matter I truly don't deserve friends and followers as great as you all.

MOVING~!!! (literally, moving out for the first time!!)

Life is finally on this amazing upswing after well.. a few months of pure chaos.
Got a GREAT new job as a network engineer!!
got engaged... and.. well.. were getting married in September!!
were moving out!!!
With that, all these new things are pretty insane for me right now!
I move out Mid July so im packing up my entire room from my parents (yep. I live at home... lame. I know..) right now to prepare for the move. I will draw/work on commissions as best I can. I have a new schedule of a dedicated 2 hours of work on commissions a week (started yesterday) so i'll stick to that as best I can.
Again super sorry for all delays (Please see Telegram for quickest updates). If you prefer a refund instead of waiting I have NO problem issuing refunds. I work honestly and do NOT spend money until final product is in hand so never fear of asking for a refund it will be instantaneous :)
SO yeah! busy next few months. real life schedule as follows:
New job! hectic! Monday-Friday 7-5pm and sometimes afterhours too!! (assume 3-5 hours of overtime each week!!!)
moving! Mid July!! Packing daily for at least 1 hour!!
Getting Married in September!! (spending weekly 3-4 hours on wedding planning!!)
Art: mon-Friday at least 1 hour of work, preferably 2 hours.
My on hours for art commissions are between 8pm-10pm mountain standard time *UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE*
Once I get moved out and back on my normal schedule I'll be working on commissions from 6pm-10pm mon-fri again.

General | Posted 8 years agoThank you for taking interest in working with me on some art whether that be a commission or a trade! Trades are limited and are a lower priority than paid commissions are. Trades are usually worked on between commission and personal artwork and are taken as a leisure project with no deadline (within reason).

TELEGRAM STICKERS
Single Stickers are $10 EACH (and can be added to packs)
A pack of FIVE stickers is $45
A pack of TEN stickers is $90
Sketches (These are rough sketches with little/no refinement): $5-$10 depending on complexity of the character
Inks (These are refined black lined pieces. Think coloring book pages):
Headshots: $6
Busts: $10 (+5 for extra character)
Fullbody: $12 (+8 for extra character)
Examples:-
Colored (These are refined, inked, and colored with minimal shading):
Headshots: $15
Busts: $20 (+10 for extra character)
Fullbody: $40 (+25 for extra character)
Examples:
Reference Sheets (These are on par with my colored pieces, very refined, some shading, many details and different options)
Simple Reference of Front and Back: $60
Midrange Reference of Front/Back and EITHER a feral or a pelt: $80
Full Reference of Front/Back feral and Pelt OR 2 expressions: $120
+$7 for expression headshots on your reference page
Examples:
Digital badges start at $40 and price can go up depending on complexity of the badge (extras such as props wings complicated designs etc).

1: Payment Policy
All payments are processed as an invoice that I WILL SEND to you via paypal. This is the only form of payment that I accept for legalities and tax purposes. As soon as your payment is received (payment plans are accepted see below for details) work will begin in accordance to your place in the queue.
Payment Plans are accepted on pieces over $20 with at least $10 dollars down. These are a semi pay at your leisure typically for ONE MONTH of time. If a payment plan longer than one month is needed it MUST be discussed prior to a commission and can result in your spot in the queue being pushed back until your payment is made in full.
Failure to complete your payment on your invoice within the discussed time can/will result in a termination of our contract and a full/partial refund. Please see refund policy for details.
2: Refund Policy
A partial refund will be processed if work has been started on your piece and you or I decide that a refund is necessary. A refund of 70% of your total fee will be returned if a sketch has been completed, 50% if inks have been completed, and 25% if the piece is partially colored/near completion.
A full refund will be issued if A: I fail to complete your piece in the projected time frame, B: I feel uncomfortable with your character or the commission in general, C: Personality conflicts such as harassing, pressuring, guilt tripping, or any other non-professional contact about your commission. If no work has been started a full refund can/will be issued.
If a partial refund is issued, you will be provided with whatever work has been completed at the time of stoppage whether that be the sketch layer, inks, partial color, or completed.
3: Work Time
I treat art commissions as a job, therefore I will only work on commissions during monday-friday and do take Saturdays and Sundays off to spend time with loved ones. That being said sometimes I do work on weekends if I have free time, but I usually like to take this time off to go hiking, work on personal projects, or game.
I prefer to work on loose deadlines however if you do have a project that you would like completed in a certain time frame we can discuss that plan and a small fee may be placed depending on how quick your turn around time is and what the piece is.
4: Using my art for Monetary Purposes
This is absolutely NOT allowed unless discussed/disclosed prior to the commission. Please do not use any of my artwork on custom print fabrics, logos, decals, stickers, or any other form of product other than a personal piece of artwork. At this time I do not accept commissions for logos, emblems, stickers, keychains, etc and my work is purely limited use only.
5: Other key notes
Im usually quick to respond to messages (typically within 24 hours unless its Saturday or Sunday where I will most likely respond on Monday during my "Business Hours" and you can reach me here via notes, through my email, or through instant messaging all of which can be found on my main page on the right hand side. If I am not responding to your message and am appearing "online" please allow me time to get to you (a few hours) I may be off doing something else at that moment and will get back to you promptly.
I dont react/respond well to spam messages so dont message me 20+ times within an hour with "hello, Hi, hello, are you well, hello" type messages. Keep it professional and light hearted and I will do the same.
I do take screenshots of every conversation between myself and my commissioner and this is being disclosed here through my TOS.
