Unfortunately Leaving in Light of Upload Policies
General | Posted 2 years agoSorry to everyone who has followed me here and kept up with my artwork, but due to FA's dodgy upload policy guidelines I can no longer support the website. I do not agree with how minor represented content is being allowed on-site, and to the aspect of fetish content that is widely considered NSFW i.e. Vore, transformation, (FA has created a very strange "looparound" to bypass the minor policy by listing fetishes as non-sexual in an attempt to allow 13+ content). Minors should not be anywhere near fetish content, FA; reprimanding the singular rule as in the news announcement is not enough, this needs to be more strictly adhered to. For some people I know followed me here all the way from twitter or all the way from DeviantArt. It really sucks to feel like I am "throwing away" what I have bult up.
Thank you to the real ones who have stuck by, I could not draw without you all, it really means a lot. I hope you all understand my frustrations and stop supporting these upload policies as well. I will link you all my only other platforms:

Conflict with news submission (TOS)

I am sorry Furaffinity but what the hell, this is absolutely an insane move. Those are NOT non-sexualized interests, those are fetish content specifically labeled by you under "Specialty content". Literally every other platform recognizes these things as fetish art, everyone in the community does to so why are we pretending it is not now.
I am quite honestly disgusted and if these rules don't get revised, I may have to sadly take my leave. I can't support a website that fetishizes 13 year olds.

And regarding the "pregnancy rule" for minors 13 and over depicited in art,
considering YOU Furaffinity have a specialty category dedicated to "pregnancy" artwork as fetish content or NSFW, I find it highly dubious that you would group 13+ pregnant characters under the same category (which again, included lewd representations). You need to have one of the other, this is just wrong. Why are we grouping minor characters into this category if it's a supposedly non-sexualized content. If you have even uploaded here onto FA you will know that under "Theme" pregnancy is listed under specialty fetish content.

So they removed the pregnancy fetish allowance for minor depicted artwork (thank fucking hell) but they are still allowing depictions of minors involved in vore and transformation which I don't like, please FA ban this as well.

General | Posted 2 years agoI will just post this very bluntly, there is no need to excessively explain it. I do not support feral/beast/zoo NSFW works and I do not want to associate or interact with said works. I have, my own personal reasons, I keep my NSFW filter off most of the time. This quite honestly needs to be said because I have noticed a couple of accounts beginning to interact with me that support these things, I will not reciprocate and my profile is not a safe space for you. I have probably missed a couple of individuals who are free to remove themselves. Hope you all understand my comfort zone and have a good day! I know I will lose people because of this but I don't care much at this point.

What Is "IMPLUCIUM"
General | Posted 2 years agoThe name "IMPLUCIUM" is a combination of a few words actually, but more importantly it sounded cool.
I made my username way back when I was playing a game, and needed to make a character.
I settled on IMPLUCIUM because I wanted something unique, not taken, and that sounded a little devious.
Imp just stands for "Imp", Luci for "Lucid" or Lucid Dream. Simply, the name reminds me of the art I make.
How is that for an origin story, eh?

General | Posted 5 years agoI am pleased to announce that I have moved all of my base content (including F2U bases) over to Gumroad to make things easier for those who would like to use my bases and don't want to register a DeviantArt account. This has been a move i've been considering for a very long time and actually makes me feel a little more motivated to continue creating them, so far all of the bases I have posted here may be found on the site + one other base that has not been released on FA.

COMMISSIONS:
- When commissioning me, it is ideal to have at least a Digital or Scanned reference for me to work off of. This may be a full body or an full reference, in the case of customs, provide me a color pallet & detailed description.
- Please do not redistribute my W.I.P.s without my consent (Though this isn't a big deal if you do).
May result in a mild warning! W.I.P.s are always provided except in the rare case you opt to not receive them. Sometimes W.I.P.s are included in a file with the final product, you are free to share them with friends then.
- Be respectful and patient, Commissions are done in order from first to last. Your standing is based on your position in Queue.
- Be mindful of what I am able to draw, complex designs or things I am not familiar with may not turn out as well as other works, I am a self-taught Artist and I will try to work with you to provide the best results.
- Keep your contacts open in case I need to contact or get ahold of you, I am usually a very active talker with my commissioners, if I cannot reach you, then I cannot guarantee the best outcome of your commissioned work(s).
- Receiving work from me in no way entitles you to go against my License or General Terms.
- NSFW or Tasteful Nudity themes are fine, sexist, LGBTQ+ phobic, racist, or hateful themes are not open to discussion. To commission any form of nudity or NSFW you must provide me with an I.D. **I am not currently accepting suggestive or NSFW commissions**.
- I will not draw UNDERAGE NSFW, including Cub, Loli, Etc. I don't care what name you give it, asking for this will automatically place you on Ban!
- I currently do not do Logos, Mascot Designs, Comics, Etc. Or any artwork that is intended to be sold and redistributed.
PAYMENT:
- All payments are via PayPal in USD (If applicable at time of service).
- Payments are up front and required for me to start working for you! Full payment is required for a finished (Unwatermarked) product, it is recommended that you choose to commission me at a time with the full funds rather in parts since I don't typically do "Holds" or "Payment Plans" unless addressed.
- When paying via PayPal, please select "Goods & Services" and "No shipping", this is very important. If you mismark shipping I will have to refund you due to PayPal's terms. I cannot mail Digital content. If this is not requested, then I will INVOICE you.
- Do NOT cover the PayPal fees for me, fees are already accounted for in initial pricing, tips are much appreciated however!
- Please don't try to negotiate or talk a price down, if I cannot fit your budget then maybe wait for a better time!

REFUNDS:
- Refunds are rare but will be given if: I cannot complete your commission, I am going on Medical leave, There is a mistake. In some cases other circumstances will apply, funds are never spent until a commission is completed in the case I must refund.
- I will not refund if you are not happy with the finished product, regret, etc. You commission me at your own risk, don't enjoy my work, don't commission! I try my best to negotiate and provide the best service I can.
- I will not refund you over personal conflict, I believe that business and personal conflict should be kept apart. Personal conflict does not in any way exclude me from my priorities and will not interfere with my work.
- Special cases: If there are any issues regarding this then please contact me and we may discuss if your case is appropriate for refund. Under a special case I will issue a refund.
DESIGNS:
- Designs by me are subject to any of the rules under General, License, Etc.
- You may resell BOUGHT designs for no more than the original price, however if said design has added PURCHASED artwork then you may add up from there. You're allowed to mark down a price as well.
- You do not need to contact me to redesign a character, when posting the original please credit me.
- You cannot turn a design or original concept into a species without my written consent. (If you are interested in doing such, please discuss it with me first). This does *not* mean however I will decline your request!
- Please do not try to replicate my designs without discussing it with me!
RAFFLES, GIVEAWAYS, FREE STUFF, & OTHER:
- You do not have the right to resell FREE designs or Artwork in any way, shape, or form. Unless you have purchased content for said designs. This includes COMMISSIONED or purchased works (not your own art). This rule is in place to prevent people from flipping my designs.
- You are free to trade/gift it to others!
BLACKLIST & WARNINGS:
Failure to comply to any of these terms way result in a Blacklist or Warning based on the severity of the problem caused and frequency, WARNED users will be placed under a 6-Month BAN from participating in any Events, Commissions, Etc. BLACKLISTED users will be PERMANENTLY BANNED from using my services.
